Abstract

This research focuses on the implementation of cyberspace cooperation between Indonesia and the United States in an effort to tackle cyber terrorism in Indonesia in the 2019-2023 period. The background of this research is based on the increasing cyber threats faced by Indonesia, including attacks on critical infrastructure and government data. This research uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach to collect and analyze data from various sources such as documents, books, journal articles, reports related to the problem to be solved, and publications related to cyber security and cyber diplomacy. The results show that cooperation between Indonesia and the United States has strengthened Indonesia's cyber defense capabilities through various initiatives, including incident management capacity building, national cyber strategy development, and information exchange. This cooperation is also supported by global cybersecurity policies and initiatives that involve both countries in international forums such as the ASEAN-US Cyber Policy Dialogue. This research concludes that cyberspace cooperation between Indonesia and the United States is a strategic step to address cyber threats and enhance security stability in the Southeast Asian region. Policy recommendations include further developing the cooperation framework and increasing cybersecurity awareness among the public.

Abstract

The students in 5th-semester often experience this learning anxiety because of the amount of work that builds up with a short deadline and is unable to manage time properly. One attempt to lower a student's anxiety level was by listening to murottal. Hence, the study aims to test the effectiveness of listening to murottal in reducing learning anxiety levels and to know how murottal listening affects the level of anxiety on 5th-semester students at the UIN Raden Fatah Palembange . This kind of research is pre-experiment design the one group precursor posttest design. Samples of as many as 30 students from the faculty of prodi islamic psychology who were in the fifth semester, with sample takings using propotional random sampling. Research instruments in this study use the learning anxiety scale from nilawati, u (2020). Data analysis uses Paired Sample T-Test with the help of version 22.0 of the IBM SPSS application. Studies show that the t test results shown in this study are "0,000 <.05," hence the significant decline between the pre-test and its post-test. The results prove that the action given or experimentation on the Koran's multirottal Koran has a significant or effective impact on reducing the level of learning anxiety on 5th - semester psychology student in raden fatah palembang.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah pentingnya penerapan keterampilan membuka dan menutup pelajaran dalam proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan keterampilan guru dalam membuka dan menutup pembelajaran, Metode yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kajian literatur, kajian literatur adalah desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam mengumpulkan sumber data yang berkaitan dengan suatu topik. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk mengkaji pentingnya keterampilan guru dalam membuka dan menutup pelajaran. Keterampilan membuka dan menutup pelajaran merupakan keterampilan dasar yang sangat penting dimiliki oleh seorang guru untuk mencapai pembelajaran yang efektif, efisien, menarik dan menyenangkan. Bagaimana Guru Pintar membuka dan menutup pembelajaran memiliki pengaruh besar terhadap keberhasilan dan semangat atau minat siswa dalam belajar. Karena itu menjadi kunci mengajar yang menyenangkan dan tidak membosankan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengendalikan kecacatan produk akar tanjung dengan Seven tools. Produksi Akar Tanjung saat ini masih memiliki produk cacat dari beberapa stasiun kerja. Data frekuensi jenis produk akar tanjung memiliki 2 jenis cacat yaitu serbuk hangus sebanyak 500 Kg (68%) dan serbuk basah sebanyak 230 Kg (32%). Penyebab cacat produk berasal dari kualitas proses produksi belum berjalan secara maksimal. Hasil perhitungan koefisien korelasi pada diagram scatter memiliki korelasi yang positif yaitu 0,310 karena r > 0. Pada diagram scatter menunjukkan pergerakan kearah kanan yang berate semakin banyak produksi maka semakin banyak pula jumlah kecacatan. Baik dari pengadaan bahan, maintenance mesin produksi maupun dari segi karyawannya. Dari jenis cacat serbuk hangus sebesar 68%, pada peta kendali jumlah cacat melebihi batas UCL yaitu 0,935.

Abstract

 Perkembangan teknologi telah mengubah pola bisnis secara dramatis, tidak terkecuali dalam industri fashion. Usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) seperti Renas Fashion di Citeureup, Kabupaten Bogor, kini berupaya menyesuaikan diri dengan arus digital yang tengah bergulir. Dalam rangka menghadapi tantangan ini, penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional Renas Fashion melalui pengembangan aplikasi mobile yang inovatif. Melalui penerapan metode Design Thinking, penelitian ini berhasil mengidentifikasi permasalahan utama Renas Fashion, yaitu proses pemesanan dan pembayaran yang masih konvensional offline. Penelitian bertujuan meningkatkan penjualan dan eksistensi toko dengan pendekatan modern, serta memberikan kemudahan kepada konsumen dalam memesan baju secara online. Tahapan penelitian meliputi identifikasi pengguna, analisis kebutuhan, prototyping, pengujian, serta penyimpulan dan saran perbaikan. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efektivitas operasional Renas Fashion dan memberikan pengalaman belanja lebih memuaskan bagi konsumen. Dengan demikian, harapannya entitas bisnis tersebut dapat mengembangkan jangkauan pasar dan meningkatkan kompetitivitas di era digital. Kesimpulannya, penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan panduan berharga bagi UMKM lainnya berupaya beradaptasi dengan tren digital dalam industri fashion.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of adversity quotient, self-efficacy and family social support on achievement motivation during distance learning at SMAN 67 Jakarta. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The population reached in this study were all 11th grade students at SMAN 67 Jakarta, as many as 287 students. The sampling technique is proportional stratified random sampling. Data was collected using questionnaires or questionnaires distributed via google forms to 143 11th grade students at SMAN 67 Jakarta This study reveals that: 1) adversity quotient has a positive and significant effect of 36.2% on achievement motivation, 2) self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect of 30.3% on achievement motivation, 3) family social support has a positive and significant effect on 23 ,9% on achievement motivation, 4) adversity quotient, self-efficacy and family social support together have a positive and significant effect of 68.4% and the rest are influenced by other factors.

Abstract

In 2017, under the leadership of Donald Trump, the United States left the Paris Agreement. Substantially, the United States has played a role in reducing global emissions by 21 percent. At the beginning of his tenure, Joe Biden promoted several policies, one of which was the return of the United States to the Paris Agreement. This study is a qualitative research that relies on literature study as its data collection method. Data collection is carried out by searching and compiling information from various sources, such as news analysis, concepts from experts contained in books, scientific works, articles, the internet, or journals relevant to the research theme, with the aim of knowing what is behind the United States returning to the Paris agreement under Joe Biden's leadership, before the United States had left the agreement in addressing climate change. The issue of climate change has a high level of significance for all earthlings. Therefore, Joe Biden at the beginning of his tenure as President immediately made the decision to return to the Paris agreement in overcoming this climate change issue. The author uses the theory of decision making to analyze the problems in this journal. With the return of the United States to the Paris Agreement, it provides major changes in the international world by strengthening global cooperation, encouraging the participation of other countries, influencing energy and economic policies, and restoring the image of the United States as a global leader in the issue of climate change.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to find out how students' perception of the use of game in increasing vocabulary mastery. This research was conducted in SMPN 2 Petir Kab. Serang. A qualitative method was used for this research and there were 30 students in the eighth class as the sample of this research. In collecting the data, this research used a questionnaire, interview, and observation. The findings took the result that most students agree and gave a positive response than the negative one of the uses of game in increasing vocabulary mastery. Game as a media gave the advantages and contribution to both the students to improve vocabulary mastery. 1) This media made the students feel enjoyable in learning English and made the learning process became fun; 2) This media gave a significant impact and increased students' vocabulary mastery and improved their English; 3) Using this media, the students had a chance to improve their English whenever they want to learn it. The conclusion could be taken that the students had positive responses and perceptions in using game as a media for increasing vocabulary mastery. Abstract

The work from home trend is increasingly popular throughout the world. In Indonesia, the internet has contributed to the development of the work from home trend, because the internet network is very easy. However, various existing regulatory provisions tend to only regulate matters related to office work, while the rights and obligations of employers in the work from home scheme are never specifically regulated. The purpose of this study is to analyze the suitability of the work agreement with the fulfillment of the rights of workers who work remotely from home from the perspective of law and regulations and the principles of employment development. The approach method in this study is a sociological legal approach. The findings of this study indicate that the fulfillment of workers' rights, both those stated in the contract and in their realization are important factors in the fulfillment of workers' rights that are not fully in accordance with the principles that support employment development.

Abstract

This research evaluates Indonesia's implementation of the Glasgow Pact in the face of climate change. The main focus is on how Indonesia implements this international commitment, using the theories of international cooperation and international regimes as theoretical basis. Qualitative methods were used by analyzing journals, government policies, official reports, and related academic literature. The results show that Indonesia has taken significant steps, especially in reducing deforestation, despite facing challenges such as international politics and diverse domestic interests. A strong commitment from Indonesia in implementing the Glasgow Pact is important to maintain environmental sustainability, reduce carbon emissions, and increase resilience to future climate change impacts.
