Abstract

Tujuan penelitian – Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga, produk, promosi dan distribusi terhadap keputusan konsumen menggunakan jasa pesan antar makanan secara online. Desain/Metodologi/Pendekatan – Penelitian dilakukan dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada 200 orang responden yang menggunakan aplikasi jasa pesan antar makanan online yaitu aplikasi Go-Food, GrabFood, McDelivery, KFC Pesan Antar Online dan Pizza Hut Delivery. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan SPSS. Temuan – Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa pada keputusan penggunaan jasa pesan antar makanan online dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh e-marketing mix dengan faktor e-place sebagai faktor yang paling dominan, sedangkan dari semua faktor tersebut diketahui bahwa faktor e-product tidak berpengaruh signifikan pada keputusan pengguna jasa pesan antar makanan online di Palembang. Originality/value – Penelitian ini meneliti pengaruh bauran pemasaran yaitu harga, produk, promosi dan distribusi dengan konsep digital yang berbeda dari penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya yang masih menggunakan konsep bauran pemasaran tradisional. Keywords: e-Marketing mix, Consumer decision, Online food delivery.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was held to reveal whether Impulsive Buying at Carrefour and Hypermart in Palembang are different or not, and whether there are any different influence to Impulsive Buying by among variables merchandise, price, promotion and retail atmosphere. The research was conducted in Carrefour in Palembang Square and Hypermart in Palembang Square Extension, where both these modern retails are located on two adjacent buildings. The calculation results indicate that discriminant Impulsive Buying in both the retail is not different. Also merchandise, pricing, promotions and atmosphere influence Impulsif Buying in both the retail is not different. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the credibility and attractiveness of Prilly Latuconsina as a celebrity endorser on the purchase decision at online shopping sites “Shopee” in Indonesia both partially and simultaneously. This study uses primary data obtained from the questionnaire. The number of samples was 100 respondents and using the convenience sampling method. The analysis techniques that be used are multiple linear regression analysis, F test, and t test. The results showed that the credibility and attractiveness of the celebrity endorser had a simultaneous effect on the purchase decision at online shopping site “Shopee”. The partial test results show that the credibility of celebrity endorser has a positive and significant effect on the purchase decision, while the attractiveness of celebrity endorser does not effect the purchase decision at online shopping sites “Shopee”. Through the adjusted coefficient of determination test (Adjusted R Square), a value of 0.193 is obtained, it means that 19.3% of purchasing decision as the dependent variable can be explained by credibility and attractiveness as independent variables. While the remaining 80.7% is explained by other variables which are not examined in this study.

Abstract

Brand image is one of the important aspects of marketing, this also happens to the 212 minimarkets which is being discussed lately. The aims of this study are to understand the role of viral marketing on the formation of brand images and interest in shopping at minimarket 212. This study is qualitative using questi0nonaire as the method of data collection. The population of this research is the general population of Palembang aged 16-69 years who have sufficient knowledge of 212 minimarkets. The result of this study, are as follows: first, that viral marketing has a significant effect on the brand image (Est: 0.426; SE: 0.033; CR: 0.033; P: 000). Second, that viral marketing has a significant effect on behavioral intentions (Est: 0.261; SE: 0.040; CR: 6.538; P: 0.000). Third, that brand image has a significant effect on behavioral intentions (Est: 1,187; SE: 0,067; CR: 17,708; P: 0,000). Thus, the effect of viral marketing on shopping interest in a 212 minimarket has the smallest influence value among other variables which is only 0.26 point. However, with the brand image variable as an intervening variable, the effect is greater up to 0.50 point, this means that brand image which formed through viral marketing get a good response from the public to increase the willingness to shop.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide services to MSME actors who want to maintain and develop their businesses amid economic competition and during the Covid-19 Pandemic by maximizing the use of technology in their business. Through the urgency of the MSME needs for digital marketing facilities and financial consulting, as well as the availability of human resources for the service team that can meet the needs of MSME assistance services in Kerinjing Village, Tanjung Raja District, Ogan Ilir Regency from April 2022 to November 2022. This community service activity includes assisting the needs of related MSMEs making online marketing media and making financial reports that are carried out in stages, starting with partner coordination meetings, collecting data on MSME needs and allocation of companions, preparing services, and ending with the implementation of the mentoring process to fulfill MSME needs in Kerinjing Village, Tanjung Raja District, Ogan Ilir Regency. to increase the added value of the business for MSMEs. The outputs of this activity include publications in the Sumatra Express mass media and national journals. Through publications, community service activities become transparent and can continue to become regular MSME service activities to continue to provide solutions to the needs of MSME actors

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of brand image and brand awareness on purchasing decisions for pizza hut delivery at the Plaju branch. This study used a quantitative approach with data collection methods through questionnaires. The population in this study were people in Palembang City aged 15-25 years who had purchased pizza hut delivery from the Plaju branch in October, November, December 2022 and January, February, March 2023. The sampling method used purposive sampling with a total sample of 100 respondent. Data analysis techniques in this study were hypothesis testing, coefficient of determination testing, and multiple linear analysis. the results of testing the calculated F value of 73,597 with a significance value of 0.000 (0.000 <0.05), brand image and brand awareness together have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Pizza Hut Delivey Plaju Branch.
