Abstract

This research was conducted in March – April 2018 in the waters of Indragiri River estuary. This study aims to analyze the concentration of Pb, Cd, Cu and Zn in water and scallop (Placuna placenta) and to calculate the safety limit in consuming the scallop from the estuary. Sampling was done at 6 stations and analysis of heavy metals concentration was performed by AAS Shimadzu AA-7000. The results of the study showed that the concentration of heavy metals between stations varied but the concentrations between stations in outer part and inner part of the estuary was not significantly different (p>0.05). The average concentration of Pb, Cd, Cu and Zn in surface water were 0,0744; 0,0038; 0,0302; 0,1761 mg/L, and in scallop were 0,3100; 0,5300; 7,8669; 43,1069 µg/g, respectively. Heavy metals concentration in water and scallops shows positive correlations, except Pb. Based on the calculation of PTWI, it is recommended to consume the scallop from Indragiri river estuary of not more than 22,58 kg/week (Pb); 3,69 kg/week (Cd); 124,57 kg/week (Cu) and 45,46 kg/week (Zn).

Abstract

This study was aimed to examine the effect of training, reward, and motivation of the lecturer’s research. This research was conducted at The Faculty of Economic and Business Riau University. Primary data was collected by questionnaires to 74 lecturers as a sample. Secondary data comes from the literature related to this study. To test the hypothesis in this research is using Multiple linear regression analysis with Statistical Program for Social Sciences (SPSS). The result showed that 1) Training has a positive and significant effect on the performance of lecturer’s research 2) Reward does not have a positive and significant effect on the performance of lecturer’s research, 3) Motivation had a positive and not significant effect on the performance of lecturer’s research 4) Training, Reward and Motivation has a significant effect on the performance of lecturer’s research.Keyword: Perfomance, Motivation, Training, Reward

Abstract

The purpose of this study was tortment of determine the effect of leadership, employee motivation and ability Civil Affairs Departmen of Labour jobs, Transmigration and Population Riau Province totaling 269. While the sampling technique with the formula proposed by Slovin thus obtained of 73 people. Data analysis using multiple linear regression with SPSS 20.o rocks. Pursuant to the results of data analysis known that the leadhership, motivation and ability to work simultaneously and partially significant effect on the peformance of the Departmen of Employment civil servants work, Transmigration and Population of Riau Province. The large number of such influence is 78%. It is suggested to the Departmen of Employment Labor, Transmigration and Population of Riau province, need to be developed to create a sort of inductive reasoning logically it duties employed, so that an employee is able to actualize capabilities. Need to provide motivation in the form of reward (award) in the form of personal attention, praise for the achievement so that employess can always try to run the job. Need to improve the pevormance of employess at the Departmen of Employment Labour, Transmigration and Population of Riau Province, employers need to make efforts to improve the quality of work. Abstract

This study aims to see the influence of leadership and job satisfaction on employees performance of PD. BPR Kubu Babussalam Branch, Rokan Hilir Regency. The population in this study were all permanent employees who worked at PD. BPR Rokan Hilir, Kubu Branch, as many as 39 people. Sampling using the census method, namely taking the entire population as the research sample. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis, with quantitative analysis tools, namely multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 20.0. Based on the test results it was found that leadership and job satisfaction simultaneously and partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The contribution of the influence of the leadership variables and job satisfaction on employee performance is 70.1%, while the remaining 29.9% is by other variables not included in this model.Keywords: Leadership, Job Satisfaction And Employees Performance

Abstract

BERKAH ANANDA adalah sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang penjualan limbah pabrik. Dalam aktifitas menggambilan barang pada pabrik membutuhkan penjadwalan kerja karyawan agar tidak ada seorang Karyawan yang tercatat dalam pengambilan barang pada waktu yang sama untuk lokasi pabrik yang berbeda. Saat itu CV. BERKAH ANANDA dalam pembuatan jadwal kerja pengambilan barang masih dilakukan secara manual yaitu dengan mencatat pada buku catatan jadwal kerja. Hal ini mengakibatkan bayak waktu yang sia-sia karena Seorang Karyawan yang akan mengambil barang ke Pabrik harus datang terlebih dahulu ke Kantor untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang jadwal kerjanya dengan melihat pada buku JadwaL Kerja Karyawan dan selain itu Karyawanpun melakukan absensi dengan cara menulis kehadirannya pada dalam buku Absensi Karyawan. Untuk menangani masalah tersebut maka dibangun Aplikasi Jadwal Kerja dan Absensi Karyawan yang dapat memberikan informasi jadwal kerja karyawan tanpa harus datang ke kantor serta dapat melakukan absensi di luar kantor. Perancangan aplikasi ini menggunakan metode WDLC (Web Development Life Cycle) dan bahasa pemrograman PHP , database MySQL serta pemodelam sistem UML (Unified Modeling Language) . Hasil pengujian memperlihatkan bahwa tidak ada waktu yang sia-sia karena Karyawan dapat langsung ke lokasi pabrik untuk mengabil barang serta dapat melakukan absensi. Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang sangat cepat sudah dipakai dalam berbagai macam aspek kehidupan khususnya di bidang e-commerce. Kemudahan yang diberikan sebuah teknologi membuat masyarakat dapat melakukan banyak hal hanya melalui smartphone dalam satu genggaman tangan. Kegiatan travelling tidak hanya lagi menjadi hiburan namun membuka peluang orang untuk melakukan kegiatan transaksi bisnis, salah satunya dengan melakukan kegiatan jasa titip beli barang. Perancangan aplikasi Jasa Titip berbasis Android ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Java dan dengan basis data Firebase yang terintegrasi dengan Google Cloud, serta menggunakan Android Studio sebagai editor tampilan XML dan Java. Pengguna aplikasi ini dibagi menjadi 2, yaitu sebagai penyedia jasa titip dan konsumen sebagai pengguna jasa. Diharapkan aplikasi ini dapat menjadi wadah para penyedia dan pengguna jasa titip barang untuk melakukan kegiatan jual beli menjadi lebih mudah. Kata Kunci : Jasa Titip, e-commerce, Android, Java

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and organizational culture on the performance of employees of the regional development planning agency (BAPPEDA) of Kampar district located on Jl. Lingkar Kota Bangkinang.The population in this study were 66 employees. The data collection technique used a census. then using the instrumental test, validity test and reliability test. The method of analysis used in this research is regression analysis using SPSS 23 for windowsFrom the results of the tests that have been carried out, the simultaneous regression test (f test) shows that the work motivation and organizational culture variables simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. And the results of the partial test (t test) show that the variable work motivation and organizational culture partially has a significant effect on employee performance. The calculation result of the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.579, which means that the percentage effect of work motivation and organizational culture on performance is 57.9%. While the remaining 42.1% is influenced by other variables that are not included in this regression model.Keywords: employee performance, work motivation, organizational culture

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Earning Per Share (EPS), Price To Book Value(PBV) dan Current Ratio (CR) Terhadap Return Saham Pada Perusahaan Makanan Dan Minuman YangTerdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2014 – 2018. Analisis yang digunakan dengan mencaripengaruh, determinasi, dan hubungan antar variabel dengan menggunakan program Eviews versi 9 forwindows. Dari pengolahan data yang dilakukan dengan program Eviews versi 9 maka didapat R =0.314658, dengan determinasi berganda sebesar 31,47% dan sisanya sebesar 68,53% kontribusi faktorlain. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial earning per share berpengaruh signifikan terhadap returnsaham, price to book value tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap return saham, dan current ratio tidakberpengaruh signifikan terhadap return saham. Sedangkan secara simultan, earning per share (X1), priceto book value (X2), dan current ratio (X3) secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap struktur modal (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of the work environment and compensation onemployee performance through work discipline as an intervening variable at theregional drinking water company Tirta Kampar. The population in this study wereall employees in 2021 as many as 111 people. The number of samples in this studywas carried out by means of a saturated sampling technique (census), which madeall members of the population a sample, so that the number of samples that becamethe object of this study were 111 employees. The data analysis method used is pathanalysis using the SPSS 26 program. The results of the study found that the workenvironment and compensation had a significant effect on employee workdiscipline. Then the work environment, compensation and work discipline have asignificant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, the work environmentand compensation have a significant effect on employee performance through workdiscipline. As much as 88.1% of the research model can be explained by thevariables used in the study. Keywords: Work Environment, Compensation, Work Discipline and Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine simultaneously and partially the influence of motivation,work discipline, and morale on the performance of employees at PT. PembangunanAbadi Andalas Agung Duri, Riau. The population in this study amounted to 35 people. Inthis study, the census method was used, the entire population was sampled. The types ofdata used in this research is primary and secondary data. The data collection techniqueis a questionnaire. Hypothesis testing in this study using multiple linear regression testwith t-test, F-test and coefficient of determination. The data collected was first analyzedby testing the quality of the instrument, classical assumption test and hypothesis testingusing SPSS version 23 test tool. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Motivation,Work Discipline and work Morale simultaneously have a significant effect on employeeperformance. (2) Motivation partially has a significant effect on employee performance.(3) Work Discipline partially has a significant effect on employee performance.
