Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of stress on student motivation in completing thesis, academic ability on student motivation in completing thesis and communication on student motivation in completing thesis. This research was conducted on students of the Department of Electrical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, University of Riau with a population of 142 active students who are in the thesis completion stage by taking samples by accidental sampling (random sampling) and using the slovin formula. So, the samples in this study were 59 people. The data analysis technique used path analysis and multiple linear regression test. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that stress had a significant negative effect on student motivation in completing thesis, academic ability had a significant positive effect on student motivation in completing thesis and communication had a significant positive effect on student motivation in completing thesis.Keywords: stress, academic ability, communication, student motivation in completing thesis

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of Perceived Organizational Support and Supervision with Organizational Citizenship Behavior as an Intervening variable at PT. Hutahaean Group Pekanbaru. Primary data was collected through a questionnaire as a tool to prove the results of the research. Data analysis techniques in this study is using Path Analysis. The sampling technique is a method that has been selected census (60 employees at PT. Hutahaean Group Pekanbaru). The results showed that : 1) Perceived Organizational Support had a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior 2) Perceived Organizational Support had a positive and significant effect on employee performance 3) Supervision had a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior 4) Supervision had a positive and significant effect on performance employees 5) Organizational Citizenship Behavior has a positive and significant effect on employee performance 6) Perceived Organizational Support indirectly through Organizational Citizenship Behavior as an intervening variable has a significant effect on employee performance 7) Indirect supervision through Organizational Citizenship Behavior as an intervening variable has a significant effect on performance employee.Keywords: Perceived Organizational Support, Supervision, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Employee Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of coaching and training on Increasing the creativity of batik craftsmen in Indragiri Hulu Regency. The population in this study included all employees/craftsmen in the industry in Indragiri Hulu Regency, totaling 30 people. Primary data was collected with a questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study, to test the hypothesis in this study was to use path analysis (path analysis) with the help of the SPSS(Statistical Program For Social Sciences). The sampling technique that has been chosen is the census method (30 industrial employees / batik craftsmen in Indragiri Hulu Regency. The results showed that: 1) there was a positive and significant effect of coaching on increasing creativity in industry in Indragiri Hulu Regency, 2) there was a positive and significant effect of training on increasing creativity in industry in Indragiri Hulu Regency.Keywords: coaching, training, creativity

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work stress and cyberloafing on the performance of employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Sei Buatan. The population in this study includes all employees of the financial administration and HR/General administration at the PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Sei Buatan, totaling 37 people. Primary data were collected using a questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study, to test the hypothesis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The sampling technique that has been selected is the saturated sampling technique (37 employees at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Sei Buatan). The results showed that: 1) there was a significant effect and cyberloafing on the performance of employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Sei Buatan, 2) there is a negative and significant influence of work stress on the performance of employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Sei Buatan, 3) there is a negative and significant influence of cyberloafing on the performance of employees of PT. Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of the work environment and compensation onemployee performance through work discipline as an intervening variable at theregional drinking water company Tirta Kampar. The population in this study wereall employees in 2021 as many as 111 people. The number of samples in this studywas carried out by means of a saturated sampling technique (census), which madeall members of the population a sample, so that the number of samples that becamethe object of this study were 111 employees. The data analysis method used is pathanalysis using the SPSS 26 program. The results of the study found that the workenvironment and compensation had a significant effect on employee workdiscipline. Then the work environment, compensation and work discipline have asignificant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, the work environmentand compensation have a significant effect on employee performance through workdiscipline. As much as 88.1% of the research model can be explained by thevariables used in the study. Keywords: Work Environment, Compensation, Work Discipline and Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Leadership (X1), Compensation (X2),and Workload (X3) on Job Satisfaction (Y) employees of the sales division at PTAgung Automall SM. Amin Pekanbaru. The population of study included allemployees of the sales division at PT Agung Automall SM. Amin Pekanbar was 35people and the sampling technique was saturation sampling. Primary wascollected by questionnaire as an instrument to prove the result of research. Linearregression analysis used as methods of data analysis. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of capital, ability, andexperience on the performance of Air Gallon SMEs in Pekanbaru City. Thepopulation in this study is the Water Gallon MSME in Pekanbaru City in 2022,amounting to 657 MSMEs. With the Slovin formula, the number of respondents(samples) in this study was 87. In this study, the sampling technique used waspurposive sampling technique. The types of data used in this study are primarydata and secondary data. The data collection technique used in this study is aquestionnaire (Questionnaire). Data analysis used multiple linear regression. Theresults showed that capital, ability, and experience partially and simultaneouslyhad a positive and significant effect on the performance of MSMEs. Keywords: MSME Performance, Capital, Ability, Experience

Abstract

This research was conducted at Eria Bunda Hospital Pekanbaru. Thisstudy aims to determine the effect of reward, trust and empowerment on thecommitment of nurses at Eria Bunda Hospital Pekanbaru. The population in thisstudy included all nurses at Eria Bunda Hospital Pekanbaru, totaling 73 people.The primary data was collected through a questionnaire as an instrument to provethe result of the study. The sampling technique in this study is a saturatedsampling technique (census) which means making all member of the population asa sample. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis method withSPSS version 23 program. Abstract

This research was conducted at the Al-Ittihad Islamic Education Unit FoundationPekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of motivational and workenvironment variables on teacher performance through job satisfaction as an intervingvariable at the Al-Ittihad Islamic Education Unit Foundation. This research is aquantitative research that uses path analysis. This study used a questionnaire datacollection method which was distributed to 100 teachers at the Al-Ittihad IslamicEducation Unit Foundation. Abstract

Every organization or company carries out various policies in overcomingvarious problems within the organization. One of the problems that is often faced is thelarge number of human resources who have the intention or think to leave theorganization. Factors that influence this include leadership, compensation policy,promotion, work environment and job satisfaction. So, with these indications, the authorschose to conduct research in one of the hospitals, namely RSIA Eria Bunda Pekanbaruwith a focus on leadership issues, compensation which has an impact on nurses' turnoverintention. RSIA Eria Bunda is one of the hospitals in the Pekanbaru area with 78 nurses.The respondents are all nurses with the analytical method used is path analysis. Theresults show that leadership and compensation have a significant effect on nurses'turnover intention with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at RSIA Eria Bunda. Keywords: Turnover Intention, Leadership, Compensation, Job Satisfaction
