Abstract

Abstrak Pendidikan Karakter merupakan aspek penting dalam mengembangkan ranah afektif, khususnya bagi anak usia Sekolah Dasar. Muatan pendidikan karakter diterapkan dalam pembelajaran di Sekolah Dasar berdasarkan materi dari standar isi kurikulum. Pendidikan Karakter penting untuk ditanamkan pada anak usia Sekolah Dasar karena untuk membentuk pribadi siswa agar memiliki nilai- nilai luhur bangsa dan dapat menjadi warga negara yang baik. Pendidikan karakter memiliki misi penting dalam menciptakan siswa yang tidak hanya pandai secara kognitif, namun juga berbudi pekerti yang luhur. Guru dapat mengembangkan materi berbasis kearifan lokal dengan berbagai kegiatan pembelajaran yang menarik yang diharapkan dapat mengembangkan karakter siswa seperti karakter kerja sama, toleransi, dan sikap peduli. Siswa sepatutnya memiliki sikap yang arif dan bijak dalam memandang kearifan lokal yang dimiliki oleh daerahnya, sebagai bagian dari pengembangan pendidikan karakter sebagai bekal dalam hidup bermasyarakat.  Sehingga manfaat kajian ini adalah (1) memberikan ide kreatif bagi guru untuk mengembangkan materi pendidikan karakter bagi siswa selolah dasar yang berbasis keraifan lokal, (2) memotivasi guru dan orang tua untuk mengarahkan siswa menjadi pribadi yang cerdas dan berbudaya, dan (3) memotivasi semua pihak untuk melestarikan kekayaan budaya yang ada di daerah setempat. Kata Kunci : pendidikan karakter, kearifan lokal, sekolah dasarAbstract. Character Education is an important aspect in developing affective, especially for student at elementary school. Character education content is applied in Elementary School lessons based on material from curriculum. It is important to create good values of the nation and to be good citizens. Character education has an important mission in creating students who are not only clever cognitively, but also have good characters. Teachers can develop materials based on local wisdom with creative learning activities that to develop the character of students such as the character of cooperation, tolerance, and caring attitude. So the benefits of this study are (1) to provide creative ideas for teachers to develop character education materials for students based on local wisdom, (2) motivate teachers and parents to direct students into intelligent and cultured individuals, and (3) motivate all parties to preserve the cultural treasures that exist in the local area.Keyword : character education, local wisdom, elementary school

Abstract

This study discusses one of the famous cultural products in East Java, namely the Majapahitan Statue from Mojokerto. The purpose of this study is to analyze the material contained in the Majapahitan Statue to support the development of local wisdom-based learning in Elementary Schools. The existence of The Mojopahitan Statue can be developed as a learning resource for thematic learning in accordance with the 2013 Curriculum to develop the competence of Elementary School Students comprehensively. The research using a qualitative approach with data collection techniques using interviews and observations. The values contained in the Majapahitan Statue were developed into a Learning Plan with a scientific approach.  The Majapahitan statue contains the value of knowledge about history, natural resource, location. Affective aspects that can be obtained by students are learning about cooperation, discipline, and creativity. The psychomotor aspect includes skills in making reports about Majapahitan statues. Learning local wisdom is also a form of developing contextual learning that utilizes the environment as a source of student learning.

Abstract

Abstract: Globalization has positive and negative impacts on human survival and culture. The positive impact discusses the role of advances in science and technology to make it easier for humans to solve problems, related to information literacy. The negative impact is related to the ease with which students are influenced by a culture that is not in accordance with the personality and character of the nation. Local wisdom-based education has an important role in internalizing the nation's values and culture. Social Studies as an integrated subject in elementary schools, accommodates material about the socio-cultural diversity of the local community. The Using community in Banyuwangi, East Java has a tourist village that supports cultural preservation, but the reality on the ground shows that teachers still do not have enough information about local wisdom. The purpose of the study was to describe the local wisdom of the Using Community as a source of social studies learning in elementary schools. The method in this research is literature study, by reviewing international and national journals about the local wisdom of the Using community in the last 10 years. The results show that the local wisdom of the Using community that can be used as a source of social studies learning and is relevant to the 2013 curriculum in elementary schools is the local wisdom of water conservation, agriculture, traditional houses, traditional ceremonies, and arts. The Using community upholds the customs that have been passed down from generation to generation. This local wisdom can be integrated into social studies learning in elementary schools at the high grade level.Abstrak: Globalisasi memberikan dampak positif dan negatif bagi kelangsungan hidup dan budaya manusia. Dampak postif membahas tentang peran kemajuan Ilmu Pengetahuan dan teknologi memudahkan manusia dalam meneyelesaikan masalah, berkaitan dengan literasi informasi. Dampak negatif berkaitan dengan mudahnya siswa terpengaruhi budaya yang kurang sesuai dengan kepribadian dan karakter bangsa. Pendidikan berbasis keraifan local memiliki peran penting dalam menginternalisasikan nilai dna budyaa bangsa. IPS sebagai matapelajaran yang terintegrasi di Sekolah dasar, mengakomodir materi tentang keragaman social budaya masyarakat setempat. Masyarakat Using di Banyuwangi Jawa Timur memiliki desa wisata yang mendukung pelestarian budaya, namun kenyataan di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa guru masih belum memiliki cukup informasi tentang kearifan lokal setempat. Tujuan penelitian adalah mendeskripsikan kearifan lokal Masyarakat Using sebagai sumber belajar IPS di Sekolah Dasar. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah studi literatur, dengan mengkaji jurnal Internasional dan nasional tetang kearifan lokal masyarakat Using dalam 10 tahun terakhir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keraifan local masyarakat Using yang dapat dijadikan sumber belajar IPS dan relevan dengan kurikulum 2013 di Sekolah Dasar adalah kearifan lokal konservasi air, bidang pertanian, rumah adat, upaca adat, dan kesenian. Masyarakat Using menjunjung tinggi adat istiadat yang telah diwariskan secara turun temurun. Kearifan lokal tersebut dapat diintegrasikan dalam pembelajaran IPS di Sekolah Dasar pada jenjang kelas tinggi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the experiences of elementary school teachers in developing students' social skills during online learning during the covid-19 pandemic. This study was explored using a qualitative approach with a phenomenological type of study, by examining the experiences of 10 elementary school teachers in developing students' social skills. Data collection in this study used semi-structured interview techniques. The teacher's strategy in forming groups based on the distance between students' homes, making it easier for students to work with their teams. The learning method used to develop social skills is discussion and assignment. The teacher gave reinforcement verbally, using words to motivate students. Classroom management to run effectively and efficiently includes making class rules, giving examples and habituation. Teachers agree that learning social skills is very important in preparing students to live in society.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman secara teoritis maupun praktis tentang tindakan preventif dalam menghadapi adanya Virus Covid 19. Melalui kegiatan ini diharapkan warga semakin termotivasi untuk menjaga Kesehatan baik diri sendiri, maupun keluarga serta masyarakat. Peserta sosialisasi adalah keseluruhan warga RT 48 RW 13 Desa Jumputrejo Kecamatan Sukodono Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan dan tahap evaluasi. Tahap persiapan meliputi observasi awal dan koordinasi dengan Ketua RT untuk mengidentifikasi warga yang perlu mendapat penanganan. Tahap pelaksanaan kegiatan penanganan Covid-19 ini melalui program Family Self Checking. Tahap ini dilakukan dengan mendisitribusikan Termometer dan buku saku penggunaan selfchecking di lingkunan keluarga. Tahap evaluasi meliputi pemberian angket pada masing- masing keluarga sebagai bentuk Tindakan evaluasi dari mitra. Hasil dari kegiatan ini berupa terciptanya warga yang sadar akan pentingnya menjaaga eksehatan dengan dibantu alat thermometer dan buku saku untuk selalu rutin menjaga Kesehatan lingkungan keluarga. Selain melakukan evaluasi kegiatan PKM kepada warga, kegiatan ini juga menghasilkan output yakni publikasi ilmiah dan publikasi di media massa. Kata Kunci: covid-19, keluarga, family self checking program

Abstract

Objects tourism in premises increasingly growing and provide impacts positively on the economy of the community. The existence of tourist attractions can also contribute to the world of education, especially as a source of learning. Purpose research is the exploration use of tourism attractions in learning in Elementary School Education. The method of research that is used is research qualitative study of the case. The data collection technique used two steps, namely questionnaires and semi-structured interviews. The participants were 89 elementary school teachers in 6 cities of East Java who filled out a questionnaire and 12 people were willing to do semi-structured interviews. The findings in this study are 59% of teachers use the type of natural tourism object in learning, 55% of teachers choose tourism objects based on teaching materials, 55% of teachers use tours to make learning more fun, and 52% of teachers explain the obstacles to learning by utilizing these attractions come from costs. The study is expected to give a contribution positive to the development of learning that is based on experience in the School Elementary with tourism objects. This study also emphasizes the importance of providing effective learning resources for social studies learning in elementary schools.

Abstract

Pembelajaran yang menumbuhkan proses belajar yang menyenangkan dan bermakna bagi siswa menjadi sebuah kebutuhan dan kewajiban bagi guru. Salah satunya dengan adanya Lembar kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) sebagai bahan ajar yang membantu siswa belajar. Namun nyatanya tidak semua guru menyusun LKPD ini, sehingga berdampak juga pada motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa. Masalah ini juga dihadapi oleh para guru di Kabupaten Magetan. Masalah yang dihadapi para guru ini adalah minimnya keterampilan untuk menyusun LKPD yang menarik, interaktif dan memenuhi unsur penggunaan inovasi teknologi. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk melatih para guru untuk terampil menyusun LKPD Interaktif berbasis Liveworksheets bagi para guru Sekolah Dasar di Magetan, yang dilaksanakan pada Juli 2022. Target yang diharapkan adalah 65% dari mitra merasa sangat puas dengan pembimbingan yang telah dilakukan oleh Tim. Data dideskripsikan melalui survey kepuasan dan proses pendampingan bagi guru sebagai peserta pelatihan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini meliputi pemberian pemahaman konseptual tentang penyusunan bahan ajar, LKPD yang baik dan Liveworksheets sekaligus pendampingan penyusunan LKPD Interaktif Liveworksheets berdasarkan kelas masing- masing. Pelatihan ini dilakukan secara luring dengan memperhatikan protokol kesehatan. Pada akhir kegiatan, didapatkan rata- rata 79,5% mitra merasa sangat puas terhadap pembimbingan yang dilakukan oleh Tim.  Hasil pre-test dan post-test juga menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kompetensi guru dalam mengembangkan LKPD Liveworksheets, sebesar 19,8%. Harapannya, peserta dapat mengaplikasikan keterampilan yang telah diperoleh ini secara berkelanjutan di kelas.Learning that fosters a fun and meaningful learning process for students becomes a necessity and obligation for teachers. One of them is the existence of Student Worksheets as teaching materials that help students learn. But in fact, not all teachers compile this student worksheets so it also impacts student motivation and learning outcomes. Teachers in Magetan also face this problem. The problem these teachers face is the lack of skills to prepare attractive, interactive worksheets that meet the elements of using technological innovation. This activity aims to provide elementary school teachers with knowledge and skills in compiling Interactive student worksheets based on Liveworksheets. The expected target is that 65% of the partners are very satisfied with the team's guidance. The data is described through satisfaction surveys and mentoring processes for teachers as training participants. The methods used in this training include providing a conceptual understanding of preparing teaching materials, good student worksheets and Liveworksheets. The training continued with hands-on practice compiling Interactive student worksheets based on each class. This training is carried out offline by observing health protocols. At the end of the activity, it was found that an average of 79.5% of the partners were very satisfied with the guidance carried out by the Team. The pre-test and post-test results also show an increase in teacher competency in developing student worksheets Liveworksheets, amounting to 19.8%. It is hoped that participants can apply the skills they have acquired sustainably in class.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve student learning outcomes in Mathematics in the material for adding numbers for Grade 1 (one) students through the application of a project based learning model at SDN Medaeng 2 Sidoarjo Regency for the 2022/2023 academic year. The research design is class-based action research (CAR). The research consisted of two cycles with planning, action, observation, and reflection stages. The focus of the research was the teachers and students in class I (one) of SDN Medaeng 2 Sidoarjo totaling 23 students with details of 12 students being boys and 11 students being girls. Data collection techniques consist of observation techniques, learning achievement tests, and field notes when learning activities take place. The conclusion of the research results shows that the implementation of the Project Based Learning (PBL) model can improve student learning outcomes from Pre-cycle to Cycle I and to Cycle II in the activities of teachers, students, and students' Mathematics learning outcomes with a pre-cycle percentage of 34.7%. the average value is 55 then the first cycle increases by 69.56% the average value is 67.17 and increases again in the results of the implementation of the second cycle to 91.3% the average value is 80.43. Based on these result data by applying Problem Based Learning (PBL) addition material can improve the Mathematics learning outcomes of class I (one) SDN Medaeng 2 Sidoarjo and present a fun learning atmosphere and inspire students to be actively involved in learning.

Abstract

Penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka dalam Pendidikan Dasar dibagi menjadi dua kegiatan utama yaitu pembelajaran intrakurikuler dan projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila. Melalui projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila ini diharapkan dapat mendorong peserta didik menjadi pelajar sepanjang hayat yang kompeten, berkarakter, dan berperilaku sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Pancasila. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila dengan tema “Gaya Hidup Berkelanjutan” kelas IV di SD Negeri Pepelegi 2 Sidoarjo sebagai bentuk inovasi dari Kurikulum Merdeka. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif untuk mengamati pelaksanaan proyek termasuk pembagian peran, pembuatan infografis, pembuatan media tanam (POT) dari limbah, hingga menanam dan merawat tanaman TOGA. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa projek ini berhasil mengintegrasikan profil pelajar Pancasila, menanamkan karakter, meningkatkan keterampilan, dan partisipasi aktif peserta didik. Melalui kerja sama antar guru, peserta didik, dan orang tua, projek ini memberikan pengalaman belajar yang holistik dan bermakna sehingga mencerminkan keberhasilan implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka dalam meningkatkan karakter dan keterampilan peserta didik.
