Abstract

ARTICLE HISTORY Received Revised Accepted KEYWORDS Application, Blended Learning, Learning Abstract: The Covid-19 pandemic that occurred was extraordinary and disturbing and had an impact on almost all sectors in life. In this case the education sector is facing challenges with the presence of the Covid-19 pandemic, where learning activities cannot run normally as usual, and require a switch to a new learning model arrangement. The alternative used can be by using the Blended Learning learning model. Likewise, IDIA Prenduan, in addressing this matter, also uses a blended learning learning model. This research was conducted to find out how students' understanding of Blended Learning and how the application model was carried out at IDIA Prenduan. This study uses a qualitative research approach with a case study type. The methods used in collecting data are interviews, observation and documentation. Then the researchers used source triangulation and technique triangulation. This research resulted in several conclusions that students' understanding of Blended Learning is learning that takes place with a combination of face-to-face in class and online learning. The blended learning implementation model implemented at IDIA Prenduan is by integrating the SIMASTER IDIA platform with other online learning platforms such as Google Classroom, Zoom and Whattsap.
