Abstract

Jurnalisme robot merupakan salah satu jenis dari computer-assisted reporting (CAR) tingkat lanjut yang menggunakan Artificial Intelligence (AI). Penggunaan teknologi tersebut dilakukan oleh media daring di Indonesia, Beritagar.id dengan nama Robotorial dalam pelaporan berita hasil pertandingan sepak bola. Penelitian ini bertujuan menjelaskan penggunaan jurnalisme robot dan peran jurnalis di Beritagar.id. Metode penelitian yang digunakan  adalah studi kasus dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan penelusuran dokumen secara daring dan luring. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, pertama, media daring Beritagar.id merupakan media yang menggunakan pemakaian AI dalam produksi berita. Kedua, penggunaan jurnalisme robot pada Beritagar.id diaplikasikan pada produk Robotorial, tetapi tidak sepenuhnya melakukan praktik elemen jurnalisme karena belum memiliki kesadaran etika layaknya jurnalis manusia. Ketiga, peran jurnalis manusia masih dibutuhkan untuk penulisan di luar berita hasil pertandingan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the perception of the people of Nagari North Tandikek about the subsidize provided by the government during the Covid 19 pandemic. The population in this study were people who received assistance from the government which consisted of assistance from the Social ministry of the republic Indonesia, West Sumatra Province, Padang Pariaman Regency, Nagari North Tandikek, and the Family Hope Program, which opened 617 people. The sample in this study found 123 people with a systematic sampling technique. This study uses a descriptive analysis method with a quantitative approach and the type of data in this study is primary data obtained from the collection of questionnaires using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique in this study is descriptive analysis of research variables seen from the average value (mean), standard deviation, maximum, minimum and the analysis of the level of achievement of respondents. The results of this study indicate the lowest public perception of 42.114% (Not Good) with indicators of community expectations with the assistance provided and the highest public perception of 62.602% (Less Good) with indicators of assistance that can improve the community's economy. Meanwhile, the average perception of the people of Nagari Tandikek Utara towards the assistance provided by the government during the Covid-19 pandemic is very low or not good.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the presence of students smoking in the school environment which is a violation of school regulations. Character education is one way to reduce students' smoking behavior at school. This study looks at how the application of character education to smoking behavior at SMA N 1 Batang Onang. This study uses a qualitative case study type. The informant selection technique was purposive sampling, which was based on the researcher's criteria. Data collection was carried out by interviewing the principal, deputy head of curriculum, deputy student affairs, counseling teacher, 5 subject teachers, 16 students, and 3 parents as well as the surrounding community at SMA N 1 Batang Onang, then observing activities at school such as classrooms, cafeteria, in the parking lot, and outside the school and the latest data is in the form of documentation in the form of photos, lesson plan documents and so on. In this study using data analysis Miles and Huberman namely data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The theory used in research on the application of character education to smoking behavior at SMA N 1 Batang Onang is Thomas Lickona's character theory. The results of this study are character education at SMA N 1 Batang Onang, application of character education at SMA N 1 Batang Onang, smoking behavior at SMA N 1 Batang Onang.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan coffee shop di kota Padang sangat pesat pada masa pandemi. Jumlah coffee shop yang terus bertambah perlu diimbangi dengan peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan barista karena kualitas barista berdampak pada sustainability of the coffee shop. Realitanya, terdapat dua masalah utama yang dihadapi coffee shop: (1) para barista yang bekerja di coffee shop merupakan individu yang memiliki pengetahuan yang minim terkait pengolahan kopi, (2) akses pelatihan kopi professional yang terbatas di Pulau Jawa sehingga tidak terjangkau oleh para barista maupun calon barista. Berdasarkan masalah di atas, perlu adanya kegiatan pendampingan melalui kelas pelatihan kopi professional yang dilaksanakan bersama mitra Rimbun Coffee melalui FGD dengan mitra untuk mengidentifikasi masalah dan mendiskusikan solusi yang disepakati secara partisipatif dan tepat sasaran, diskusi dengan barista dan pemilik coffee shop, menyusun modul dan pelatihan keterampilan mengajar bagi calon fasilitator pada pelatihan kopi professional.

Abstract

Industry 4.0 has influenced the process of human communication from face-to-face to virtual. The communication process aligns with the Cyber-Physical System (CPS) concept. The CPS concept shows what is physically represented in cyberspace and vice versa. This has resulted in content production and distribution in the mass media adopting technological developments summarized in the CyberPhysical and Smart Factory systems. The adoption of technology that the mass media should carry out is a challenge for the sustainability of the media industry to carry out the function of the press. Thus, this article offers forms of technology adoption in the mass media using the literature review method in previous studies. The literature review results in this article offer technology adoption in the mass media from the perspective of industry 4.0. The form of technology adoption is the process of computational journalism as a production action based on Smart Factory. Furthermore, news automation is a production act and a CPS-based news distribution. This production and distribution process should involve the mass media workforce, which requires an approach to technology adoption by humans in the future mass media.

Abstract

Dangdut adalah musik yang lahir dan populer di Indonesia. Tren dangdut yang terus menanjak dipandang sebagai sebuah potensi oleh media-media besar. Ragam acara dangdut pun mendapat ruang tersendiri di program-program televisi nasional. Menjamurnya program dangdut menandakan bahwa peminat dangdut adalah segmen penting dalam industri pertelevisian. Berbagai ajang pencarian bakat dalam musik dangdut juga terus digelar. Melalui fenomena ini, konsep budaya populer merupakan pisau analisis utama yang digunakan untuk membedah musik dangdut di dalam studi ini. Sehingga, sudut pandang ini memberi ruang ekplorasi yang lebih dalam terhadap konsep budaya populer untuk mengkaji musik dangdut itu sendiri. Studi ini adalah conceptual paper dan menggunakan teknik kepustakaan dalam proses pengumpulan data. Tujuan dari studi ini adalah untuk melihat dan menganalisis bagaimana posisi musik dangdut dalam dalam bingkai (perspektif) budaya populer. Hasilnya, studi ini menunjukkan bahwa dangdut sebagai musik yang populis menjadi arena pertarungan kekuasaan yang tidak pernah netral, dangdut sebagai produk budaya populer seringkali menjadi arena perebutan kekuasaan bagi kelompok-kelompok dominan. Sementara itu, dangdut yang acap kali dilekatkan dengan citra budaya rakyat kecil dan rakyat jelata, justru hari ini juga semakin menegaskan eksistensinya.

Abstract

The implementation of smart government and improving the quality of service at the Pekanbaru City Public Service Mall is a form of implementing the smart city program carried out by the Pekanbaru City government for the community. This realization is evidenced by faster, more effective, and economical services. The efforts made by the government aim to make it easier for the public to carry out government bureaucratic affairs, which are sometimes still considered complicated. Smart government and improving the quality of services that have been carried out are expected to satisfy the community in terms of service. In this study, the author uses the S-O-R theory to make it easier for researchers to analyze existing problems. This S-O-R theory is used as a basis by researchers to see the communication process that takes place in public services where the stimulus conveyed by the message source can be received and interpreted by the target of communication or the recipient of the message in the form of perception or attitude. This study aims to determine the effect of smart government and service quality simultaneously on community satisfaction at the Pekanbaru City Public Service Mall. The research method used is quantitative,e with data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a total sample of 100 respondents taken based on a random sampling technique for data processing in this study using SPSS with multiple regression analysis techniques. Based on the results of this study, it was found that there was an influence between smart government and service quality on community satisfaction at the Pekanbaru City Public Service Mall, partially or simultaneously. The coefficient of determination test shows that the contribution of smart government influence and service quality to community satisfaction at the Pekanbaru City Public Service Mall is 0.411, which means that the smart government variable influences the community satisfaction variable and also service rate of 41.1% and the rest is influenced by other factors that are not present in this research.
