Abstract

Marketing management is the process of all exchange activities with the aim of obtaining profits and also satisfaction for consumers. The company will achieve good goals if the business undertaken is in accordance with the predetermined marketing strategy. The purpose of this study was to analyze and test the effect of marketing strategy on increasing product sales at UD. JUGLE. The population in this study were all UD consumers. JUGLE which is located in Situbondo Regency. The sampling technique used is a probability sampling technique with a simple random sampling method. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Smart PLS 3.0 (Partial Least Square) application with the Structural Equation Model. The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that product quality has a significant positive effect on consumer buying interest, product quality has a positive but not significant effect on purchasing decisions, promotions have a significant effect on consumer buying interest, promotions have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, interest consumer buying has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions through consumer buying interest, promotions have a significant effect on purchasing decisions through consumer buying interest.

Abstract

Financial management is the most important management for a company. The purpose of this study was to analyze and test the effect of profitability, profit growth and firm value on food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018-2020. This research is quantitative descriptive. The sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation – Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that profitability has a significant positive effect on profit growth, profitability has a significant positive effect on firm value, profit growth has a significant positive effect on firm value, profitability has a significant positive effect on firm value through profit growth.

Abstract

Online business has become the most popular business with a strong market in recent years. The increasing number of internet service users has resulted in online business experiencing rapid development. The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the effect of online promotion and product diversity on consumer satisfaction at Healthymask.idn through purchasing decisions. This research is a quantitative research. The population in this study are Healthymsk.idn consumers. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM).The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that online promotion has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction, online promotion has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, product diversity has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, product diversity is not proven to have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction, purchase decisions have an effect significant to consumer satisfaction. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that the online promotion variable on consumer satisfaction through purchasing decisions has a significant positive effect, product diversity on consumer satisfaction through purchasing decisions has a significant positive effect.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and test the effect of liquidity on stock prices with Financial distress as an intervening variable in Property and Real Estate Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018-2020. This research is a descriptive research. The population in this study are all Property and Real Estate Companies listed on the IDX for the period 2018-2020. The sampling technique in this research is using purposive sampling and sample in this study amounted to 33 financial statements. The analysis technique usedis the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test, Liquidity has a significant positive effect on Financial distress, Liquidity has a significant positive effect on Stock prices, Financial distress has a significant negative effect on Stock prices. Liquidity variable on Stock prices through Financial distress has a significant positive effect.

Abstract

The development of technology and information brings very rapid changes in human life. One of them is the innovation in non-cash payments along with the increasing development of technology. The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the effect of financial technology on financial inclusion with financial literacy as an intervening variable for students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Abdurachman Saleh University, Situbondo. The sampling technique was determined by probability sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that financial technology has a significant effect on financial literacy, financial technology has a significant effect on financial inclusion. Financial literacy has a significant effect on financial inclusion. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that the financial technology variable has a significant positive.

Abstract

Economic growth is a tool to measure the progress of a country which can be measured from the production sector. Food and beverage companies are growing rapidly and are expected to meet the daily needs of the community. The purpose of this study was to analyze and test the effect of Growth opportunity and Leverage on firm Value through capital structure. The population in this study are food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, indicate that Growth opportunity has a significant negative effect on capital structure, Growth opportunity has a positive but not significant effect on firm Value, Leverage has a significant positive effect on capital structure, Leverage has a significant positive effect on firm Value, and structure capital has a significant negative effect on firm Value, Growth opportunity on firm Value through capital structure has a significant positive effect, Leverage on firm Value through capital structure has a significant negative effect.

Abstract

Financial management is all company activities related to efforts to obtain the necessary funding with minimal costs and the most favorable terms, as well as efforts to use these funds as efficiently as possible. assets, log size, stock market value, etc. The value of the company is the selling price of the goods when the goods are sold. The capital structure is an illustration of the form of the company's financial proportions, namely between owned capital which is sourced from long-term liabilities and shareholder's equity which is a source of financing for a company. To find out the size of the company on the capital structure with firm value as an intervening variable in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2020 period. In this study, the sample was taken using purposive sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). Firm size has a significant positive effect on capital structure. Firm size has a significant positive effect on firm value. Capital structure has a significant negative effect on firm value. Accepted Firm size has a significant negative effect on firm value through capital structure.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of service and price on purchasing decisions through product quality at Waroeng Kopi Kayu Mas, Asembagus District, Situbondo. The sampling technique used in this study was simple random sampling with the Slovin formula with a tolerable error rate of 10% as many as 95 people. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that service has a positive and significant effect on product quality, price has a positive and significant effect on product quality. Service has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, service has a positive and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions through product quality, price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions through product quality

Abstract

At this time the company is no longer focused on seeking profit and prioritizing profits and assets in growing the company but on valuation. Changes in technology have made small companies global. Companies big or small can no longer be separated. The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the effect of Firm size and Growth opportunity on Firm value through Cash holding as an intervening variable in the Property and Real Estate sub-sector companies on the IDX. The population in this study are all property and real estate companies that have gone public on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period as many as 80 companies. The sampling technique was determined by purposive sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM).The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that Firm size has a positive but not significant effect on Cash holding, Growth opportunity has a positive significant effect on Cash holding, Firm size has a negative but not significant effect on Firm value, Growth opportunity has a positive but not significant effect significant effect on Firm value, Cash holding has a significant positive effect on Firm value. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that the Firm size variable has a positive but not significant effect on Firm value through Cash holding, Growth opportunity has a significant positive effect on Firm value through Cash holding.

Abstract

Tax is a very potential alternative. As one of the potential sources of state revenue, the tax sector is a very appropriate choice, apart from the relatively stable amount that is also a reflection of the active participation of the community in financing development. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Leverage and Institutional Ownership on Firm Value through Tax Avoidance. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. The population in this study is the Food and Beverage Sub-Sector Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, Leverage has a positive but not significant effect on Tax avoidance., Institutional ownership has a positive but not significant effect on Tax avoidance, Leverage has a significant positive effect on firm value, Institutional ownership has a positive but significant effect on firm value , Tax avoidance has a positive but not significant effect on firm value. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that Leverage on Company Value through Tax Avoidance is positive but not significant. Institutional Ownership on Company Value through Tax Avoidance is posiyive but not significant.
