Abstract

This paper searchs the patternof agricultural competitivenessand its important variables that may influence on agroindustrial growth. Agriculture sector need to developed by industrialization that based on sectoral and spatial competitiveness. The competitiveness can reflected by natural capacity, and industrial efficiency that taken by economic of scale and agglomeration benefits. So, clusterization and industrial linkage will affect to increasing of agroindustrial competitiveness. By using location-quotient index, dynamic shift-share, principle component anaylisis, and cluster analysis, the result shows that most of farm and dairy products has competitiveness. They need an incentive instruments that can provide all of agroindustrial growth. Keywords: agricultural, dynamic shift-share, principle component anaylisis, and cluster analysis.

This study aimed to analyze the economic potential and economic performance of the sector in each region lagging East Java Province that could affect GRDP growth and could be a priority in the implementation of regional development. This study uses secondary data in the form GRDP data, with analysis tools Location Quotient and Shift Share Esteban Marquillas, which consist of the data time series during the period from 2009 to 2013, using the GRDP 9 sectors and cross section 4 underdeveloped districts in East Java. The result of this study indicate that the tool Location Quotient, a sector basis contained in the district of Bondowoso is the agricultural sector, a sector basis in Situbondo district is agricultural sector, trade, hotels and restaurants sector, a sector basis in Sampang district is agricultural sector, mining and quarrying sector, a sector basis in Bangkalan district is agricultural sector, construction sector and services sector. From the analysis of the Shift Share Esteban Marquillas sector with competitiveness (competitive) in the Bondowoso district is agricultural sector, manufacturing sector, electricity, gas and water supply sector, construction sector. A competitive sector in Situbondo district is agricultural sector, manufacturing sector, electricity, gas and water supply sector. A competitive sector in Sampang district is agricultural sector, manufacturing sector, trade, hotels and restaurants sector, finance, leasing and corporate services sector, services sector and a competitive sector in Bangkalan district is agricultural sector, manufacturing sector, trade, hotels and restaurants sector, finance, leasing and corporate services sector and services sector. The overall results of these studies demonstrate the implications that the development in disadvantaged areas still not evenly so that it takes the development priorities like as developing the local economy through the use of local resources and community empowerment through increased people's access to education and health services, job creation and the ability to utilize and manage the market. Keywords: Gross Regional Domestic Product, Base Sector and Competitive Advantage

Poverty is one of the main problems in both developed and developing countries. Various factors that can cause poverty include low investment levels, slow economic growth, uneven infrastructure development, ineffective government spending on poverty alleviation programs. The government has not been effective in allocating the APBN or APBD in the poverty program so that poverty still cannot be overcome. As we know that poverty is one of the conditions discussed by the community, one of which is in Jombang Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of village fiscal on poverty that occurred in Jombang Regency. This type of research is explanatory research with secondary data type in the form of panel data consisting of time series data for 2010-2019 and cross-section data of 8 villages in Jombang Regency. Analysis of the data in this study using Multiple Regression. The test results of this study indicate that the APBDes Infrastructure budget has a negative and significant effect on poverty in Jombang Regency. Poverty subsidy APBDes has a negative and significant effect on poverty in Jombang Regency. While the BUMDES economic APBDes has a positive effect on poverty. The influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable has an effect of 99.99% as well as a measure of the success rate of regression in predicting the value of the independent variable on the dependent. Keywords: Poverty, APBDes, Panel Data Regression

Abstract

This study aims (1) to determine the effect of service quality, product diversity, price partially affect the consumer loyalty variable (2) to determine the effect of service quality, product diversity, and price have a simultaneous effect on the variable of consumer loyalty (3) to determine the dominant influence among the variables of service quality, product variety, price, which is the most dominant on the variable of consumer loyalty. The method used in this research is quantitative method. The results showed the results of multiple linear regression analysis, namely Y = 1.488E -16+ 0.380X1 + 0.248X2 + 0.263X3 + e. The t-count value for the service quality variable is 3.718. Meanwhile, the value in the 5% distribution table is 1.985, then t-count is 3.718 > t-table is 1.985. Means Ho is accepted or Ha is rejected. This is also reinforced by a significant value of 0.000 > 0.05, meaning that the service quality variable has a partial effect on consumer loyalty. valueT for the variable diversity of products amounted to 3,150. Meanwhile, the value in the 5% distribution table is 1.985, so tcount is 3.150 > ttable is 1.985. means Ho is rejected or Ha is accepted. This is also reinforced by a significant value of 0.002 <0.05, meaning that the product diversity variable has a partial effect on consumer loyalty. The valuecalculated for the price variable is 2.747. The value in the 5% distribution table is 1.985, so tcount is 2.747 > ttable is 1.985. It means that Ho is accepted, Ha is rejected. This is also reinforced by a significant value of 0.007 > 0.05, meaning that the price variable has a partial effect on consumer satisfaction. Simultaneous statistical test or f test shows where the value of farithmetic > ftable 32.554 > 2.47 based on statistical testing using the f test method, where the significant level obtained is 0.000 < 0.05, it can be concluded that the research hypothesis (H2) which states that the quality of service, product diversity, price simultaneously affect consumer loyalty is acceptable.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the production elasticity, scale of production and production efficiency in milkfish production in Mengare, Gresik. The research method used is descriptive method and collegial method. The selection of the research area was done purposely (Purposive Sampling Method) in Mengare Village, Gresik Regency. The population in this study is that all the business of milkfish ponds in the village of Mengare are incorporated into a container organization that partners with the fisheries service in Gresik Regency. The population of noble milkfish members is 522 fishermen, 40 fishers were taken as samples. The data analysis method used in this study is the method of multiple linear regression analysis, calculation of economies of scale and calculation of production efficiency. The hypothesis test used is the t test, F test and coefficient of determination. The results showed that the results of panel data regression analysis showed that elasticity in milkfish production was inelastic. Based on the results of the calculation of business income in the three processing groups. The ratio of receipts to total costs on small and large scale processors, each of the Cost Ratio of fishermen is calculated by comparing total revenues / total costs so that the value of the business scale of 1 - 5 ha is 2.6, the business scale is 6-10 ha of 3.7 and business scale 11-15 ha of 3.9

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of elasticity of sectoral employment absorption labor in East Java Province. The data used is secondary data obtained from the office of National Statistics Institutionand other related institution. This type of research is correlational and regression which aims to find out whether there is a relationship between variables where the variables used in this study are Economic Growth (GDP), and Wage Rateon Labor Absorption in East Java Province. The method used in this study is panel data with the Common Effect approach and is associated with descriptive analysis. Based on the results of the study show that the level of elasticity of sectoral employment in East Java Province is mostly in the inelastic positive and inelastic negative category, meaning that every increase in value of 1 in economic growth and wage ratewill cause an increase in the velueof laborabsorbed by less than 1 (inelastic positive), on the contrary if there is an increase in value of 1 in economic growth and wage ratewill cause a decrease in the number of laborabsorbed by less than 1 (negative inelastic). only in the agricultural sector is positive elastic, meaning that every increase in value of 1 in economic growth and wage rate will cause an increase in the number of laborabsorbed by more than 1.
