Abstract

The problems faced by entrepreneurs are not only how these entrepreneurs provide services and promote their place of business, but what is no less important is how an entrepreneur can survive or even excel in business competition. The purpose of this study was to analyze and test the effect of product quality and service quality on consumer satisfaction at the Barokah Grocery Store through purchasing decisions. The population in this study were consumers at Barokah Grocery Store. The sampling technique was determined by quota sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that product quality has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, service quality has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, product quality has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction, service quality has no significant effect on consumer satisfaction, decision purchases have a negative effect on consumer satisfaction. The results of the indirect hypothesis test show that product quality on purchasing decisions through consumer satisfaction has a significant negative effect, service quality on purchasing decisions through consumer satisfaction has no significant effect.

Abstract

Product diversification is an effort made by the company to diversify products or services by creating new products or services to suit the taste and needs of consumers so as to increase sales. The purpose of this stufy was to analyze and examine the effect of product diversification that influences purchasing decisions by mediating consumer trust at the UD Subur store in Bondowoso regency. The pupolation in this study were UD Subur consumers, the sampling technique was determined by probability sampling. Analyze of data and hypotheses in this study used the Structural Equation- Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) model. Hypotheses test result directly using the Smart PLS 3.0 application. Show that product diversification has a significant positive effect on consumers confidence, product diversification has significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. The result of the indirect effect test show that the product diversification variable on purchasing decisions through consumer trust has a significant positive effect.

Abstract

A rational company will always try to maximize the profits it gets. The company will maximize profits to improve financial performance and firm value. The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the effect of earnings management on firm value with financial performance as an intervening variable. This research is a quantitative research. The population in this study are mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2020. The sampling technique was determined by purposive sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM).The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that earnings management has no significant effect on financial performance, earnings management has no proven effect on firm value, financial performance has a significant effect on firm value. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that the earnings management variable has a positive but not significant effect.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) to determine the effect of ROA, CAR, LDR, and BOPO influence partially to profit growth (2) to know influence of ROA, CAR, LDR, and BOPO influence simultaneously to profit growth (3) to know among ROA , CAR, LDR, and BOPO most dominant effect on profit growth. The method used in this research is quantitative method. The results of research is multiple linear regression equation Y = -31,223 + 261,741 X1 + 9,704 X2 + 6,480 X3 + 24,699 X4 + e. Partially ROA have positive significant effect with value equal to 15,690, equal to 2,014, CAR have not significant effect with value equal to 1,768, equal to 2,014, LDR have significant positive effect with value equal to 3,871, equal to 2,014, BOPO have significant positive effect with value equal to 19,159, equal to 2,014. Simultaneously ROA, CAR, LDR, and BOPO influence to profit growth with value equal to 131,670, equal to 2.58. The most dominant variable in this research is BOPO with value 19,159.

Abstract

The company is an organization that has an important role in the economic development of a country. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of capital structure and non-performing loans on company value through profitability as an intervention variable. The populations in this study are conventional commercial bank companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The sampling technique for this study used a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural-Partial Least Square Equation Model (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that capital structure has no significant effect on profitability, non-performing loans have no significant effect on profitability, capital structure has no significant effect on company value, non-performing loans have not proven to have a significant effect on company value, profitability has an effect significant to company value. The results of the indirect hypothesis test show that the variable capital structure has a positive but not significant effect on company value through profitability, non-performing loans have a negative effect on company value through profitability but not significant.

Abstract

This study aimed to find out how the effect of Electronic Word Of Mouth (E-WOM) and flash sale on purchase decisions of students at Faculty of Economics, Universitas Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo on Shopee marketplace with trust as an intervening variable. This study used a quantitative approach with a population of 709 people who are students of Faculty of Economics, Universitas Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo, class of 2019 – 2022. The sampling technique in this study used non-probability sampling, namely purposive sampling technique. The sample obtained was 88 respondents. The results of direct effect hypothesis test showed that Electronic Word Of Mouth has a significant positive effect on trust, flash sale has a positive but not significant effect on trust, Electronic Word Of Mouth has a negative but not significant effect on purchase decision, flash sale has a significant positive effect on purchase decision, and trust has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. The results of indirect effect hypothesis test indicated that Electronic Word of Mouth has a positive but not significant effect on purchase decisions through trust as an intervening variable, flash sale has a positive but not significant effect on purchase decisions through trust as an intervening variable.

Abstract

Investment decisions among students are the most important element to avoid consumptive behavior from the funds obtained. The purpose of this study is to analyze and test financial literacy and financial behavior that influence investment decisions through financial management as an intervening variable in students receiving KIP at Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo University. The sample used was 72 KIP recipient students at Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo University class of 2020. The sampling technique was determined by Purposive Sampling . Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Wquation Model – Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application show that Financial literacy has a significant positive effect on Financial management, Financial behavior has a significant positive effect on Financial management, Financial literacy has a positive but not significant effect on Investment decisions, Financial behavior has a significant positive effect on Investment decisions, Financial management has a significant positif effect on Investmen decisions. The result of the indirect hypothesis test show that Financial literacy has a significant positive effect on investment decisions through Financial management, Financial behavior has a positive but not significant effect on Investmen decision through Financial management.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze factors that influence profitability in mining companies listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) with dividend policy as an intervening variable. The population of this study is all coal mining companies listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) involving 28 companies. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling by choosing 10 samples. Data analysis and hypothesis testing use Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hypothesis testing of direct and indirect effect use Smart PLS 3.0 application. The results of direct effect hypothesis testing indicate that liquidity has a positive but not significant effect on dividend policy, liquidity and solvency have a negative but not significant effect on profitability, and dividend policy has a significant negative effect on profitability. The results of indirect effect testing show that liquidity has a positive but not significant effect on profitability through dividend policy, solvency has a negative but not significant effect on profitability through dividend policy.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to find out the Analysis of the Factors Influencing Purchase Decisions Through Consumer Satisfaction as Mediation Variables at Bebek Farannissa Restaurant in Situbondo. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling with a total sample of 98 people. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze and test the influence of tourism promotion, service quality and tourist facilities on repeat visit intentions through visitor satisfaction as an intervening variable in tourists from Blekok Village, Situbondo Regency. The population in this study is visitors or tourists from Kampung Blekok. The sampling method is determined by probability sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, indicate that tourism promotion has a significant effect on visitor satisfaction. Service quality has a significant effect on visitor satisfaction. Tourism facilities have a significant effect on visitor satisfaction. Tourism promotion has a significant effect on intention to revisit. Service quality has no significant effect on intention to revisit. Tourist facilities have no significant effect on intention to revisit. Visitor satisfaction has a significant effect on intention to revisit. Tourism promotion has a significant effect on intention to revisit through satisfaction. Service quality has a significant effect on intention to revisit through visitor satisfaction. Tourism facilities have a significant effect on intention to revisit through visitor satisfaction.
