This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the optimal quantity of flour raw material purchases at Tiga Saudara's company, the frequency of purchasing raw materials, the amount of safety stock, determining the reorder point and the total cost of the flour raw material inventory. using the Economic Order Quantity method. The object of this research is the Tiga Saudara Tanah Datar company. Sources of data obtained by interview observation and documentation. This type of research used by the author is descriptive research using a quantitative approach. The results of the analysis show that if the company applies the Economic Order Quantity method in 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 for the optimal purchase of flour raw materials, the difference in savings in the total cost of raw materials for flour 2015-2019 is IDR 232,521, IDR 228,902. IDR 233,580, IDR 232,531 and IDR 250,419. Based on the results that have been analyzed using the Economic Order Quantity method, the company should use this method in determining optimal raw material purchases so that the Tiga Saudara company can minimize the total inventory costs incurred for the coming period.Keywords: Economic Order Quantity Method, Raw material inventory

This study aims to determine the effect of continuous improvement on employees productivity, education and training on employees productivity, employee engagement and empowerment on employees productivity at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Sei Pagar. The methode of data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to employees to prove the result of the reserach. The sampling technique used is census methode with totaling 138 respondents. In this study, the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS (Statistical Program For Social Science). The result of this study show that : 1) Continuous Improvement have positive and significant effect on employee productivity, 2) Education And Training have positive and significant effect on employee productivity, 3) Employee Engangement and Empowerment have positive and significant effect on employee productivity.Keywords : Continuous Improvement, Education and Training, Employee Engangement and Empowerment, Employee Productivity

The company who has intention to improve their competitiveness in this tough industrycompetitive era must concern about the supply chain, and also can produce quality products. This study aims to determine the effects of Total Quality Managementand Supply Chain Management to Organizational Performance at PT. Wahana Wirawan Riau. The sample in this study includes employees at PT. Wahana Wirawan Riau, totaling 30 people. Primary data was collected by questionnaire as an instrument to prove the result of the research , to test the hypothesisin this study is using multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Sciences). The sampling technique is a method that has been selected with an interview and distributing questionnaire directly. The result showed that: 1) There is a positive and significant effect of Total Quality Management on Organizational Performance at PT. Wahana Wirawan Riau, 2) There is a positive and significant effect of Supply Chain Management on Organizational Performance at PT. This study aims to determine the effects of Total Quality Management (TQM) on employee performance and product quality. The population in this study includes all the employees at PT. Kimia Tirta Utama. Primary data was collected by questionaire as an instrument to prove the results of the research, to test the hypothesis in this study is using path analysis (path analysis). The sampling technique is a purposive sampling technique (118 employees at PT. Kimia Tirta Utama). The result showed that: (1). Total Quality Management (TQM) to have a significant positive to employee performance, (2).Total Quality Management (TQM) to have a significant positive to product quality, (3).employee performance to have significant positive to product quality, and (4). The problems that occur in this competitive era, are not only in the manufacturing industry but in the service industry, especially in the industry engaged in the health sector, namely hospitals. This study aims to determine the effect of waste and value stream on employee lean service performance at Prima Pekanbaru Hospital. The sample in this study were employees at Prima Pekanbaru Hospital to 76 respondents. Primary data were collected using a Likert scale questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study, to test the hypothesis in this study was to use multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The results in this study indicate that: 1) Waste has a significant effect but has a negative relationship to lean service performance at Prima Pekanbaru Hospital, 2) Value stream has a significant and positive effect on lean service performance, 3) Waste and Value Stream has a simultaneous effect on lean service performance on employees at Prima Pekanbaru Hospital.Keywords : Lean Service Performance; Waste; Value Stream; Multiple Linear Regression.

Production is the center for implementing concrete activities for the procurement of goods and services in a business entity and company. The production process is the most important part of the company, because if it stops, the company will suffer losses and these losses are not wanted by every company This study aims to analyze the effect of supervision on production performance, the effect of long term relationship on production performance. The population in this study were PT. Semunai Sawit Perkasa in Pinggir District, Bengkalis Regency and a sample of 36 respondents. The data obtained will be analyzed. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression, which includes the validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple regression test, t test, F test and the coefficient of determination test. The test results show that the indicators in this study are valid and reliable. Complaints of Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) and Work Stress are one of the problems that frequently occur in employees that can interfere with work productivity with this phenomenon, this study aims to describe the level of risk of musculoskeletal system complaints and an overview of the level of work-related stress in employees in the production department. PT Tirta Sari Surya Indragiri Hulu. The population in this study included all employees of the production division in 2020 who work at PT Tirta Sari Surya Indragiri Hulu, which has 374 employees, the sample calculation is carried out employing the Slovin technique on as many as 80 respondents. Data were collected using a standardized and valid questionnaire. The method used to affect the level of complaints of the musculoskeletal system represent the Nordic Body Map method. The method of assessing the level of work stress is the scoring method and the stress research questionnaire from the Health and Safety Executive with 5 Likert scales. The results indicated that from 80 respondents, and it was portrayed that: 1) the level of risk of musculoskeletal system complaints was 30 respondents (37.5%) in the moderate risk category, 46 respondents (60%) in the high-risk category and 2 respondents (2.5%) in the very high-risk category. The highest risk level for musculoskeletal system complaints is in the high risk category, so immediate corrective action is needed from the company and employees. The results of the Nodic Body Map questionnaire show the category of complaints of mild pain in the elbows and thighs. The category of complaints is cramp in the neck, shoulders, superior arms, waist, hips, forearms, and wrists. The category of complaints is terribly sick in the back of the body. 2) the level of work stress risk as many as 6 respondents (7.5%) in the moderate stress risk category and 74 respondents (92.5%) in the high stress risk category. The level of work stress is dominated by the high risk category, so immediate corrective action is needed from the company and employees.Keywords: Musculoskeletal System Complaints, Work Stress, Nordic Body Map, Health and Safety Executive

This study aims to determine the effect of (1) layout and location on buying interest, (2) layout on buying interest, and (3) location on buying interest. The sample in this study was taken using probability sampling technique, namely sampling by providing equal opportunities for each element of the population to be selected as sample members. The questionnaire was addressed to consumers of the O'Chicken franchise in Pekanbaru. The number of sample population used is 75 respondents from O'chicken franchise consumers in Pekanbaru. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression to determine the effect of the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable through the IBM SPSS Statistic 25.0 software. The results showed that (1) layout and location simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on the consumer buying interest variable of 48.60%, (2) layout had no significant effect on consumer buying interest, and (3) location had a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest.Keywords: Layout, Location, and Buying Interest

Total Quality Management (TQM) is a way to maximize the performance of an organization that involves human resources and available capital for patient satisfaction. This research is a quantitative research using multiple linear regression test. This study aims to determine the effect of Total Quality Management (TQM) which includes a focus on customers, system improvement, as well as involvement and empowerment on the performance of nurses at Eria Hospital Pekanbaru. The sample in this study were all nurses at Eria Hospital Pekanbaru, totaling 73 respondents from the population. The data collection method used is a questionnaire. Primary data were collected using a questionnaire as an instrument. To test the hypothesis in this study, IE by using multiple linear analysis with the help of SPSS version 23. The results of this study indicate that Total Quality Management which consists of variables focused on customers, improvement of the cooperation system, and employee involvementand empowerment has a positive and significant effect on performance. is 72.1% while the remaining 27.9% is influenced by other variables that are not included in this regression model. Nurses at Eria Hospital Pekanbaru, either simultaneously or partially.Keywords: Total Quality Management (TQM), Nurse Performance
