Abstract

The growth of the tourism industry has created social, economic, and environmental changes, so management steps are needed. Not only from the government but requires community involvement, both local and regional. North Rupat has various tourism potentials that can be managed in synergy to advance the strength and economic welfare of the community independently. The purpose of this research is to explore, find, and describe a model of communication management in community economic empowerment. This study uses a qualitative method. Data collection techniques through interviews with 10 informants, observation, FGD, and documentation. The research results show that an integrated management model through the control and management of communication resources in various forms of effective communication can improve the community's economy independently. Management of communication through various communication resources by planning, organizing, implementing and controlling communication elements in achieving predetermined goals. Meanwhile, the form of communication in achieving goals is adjusted to the character of the local community, through socialization, assistance, and counseling using information media and technology.

Abstract

Transportasi atau pengangkutan merupakan bidang kegiatan yang sangat penting dalam kehidupan masyarakat indonesia. Pentingnya transportasi bagi masyarakat indonesia di sebabkan oleh beberapa faktor antara lain , keadaan geografis indonesia yang terdiri dari ribuan pulau kecil dan besar, perairan yang terdiri dari sebagian besar laut, sungai dan danau yang memungkinkan pengangkutan dilakukan melalui darat, perairan, dan udara guna menjangkau seluruh wilayah indonesia. Pelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perkembangan jasa angkutan bus besar antarkota di kota palopo. Analisis terhadap perkembangan jasa angkutan bus besar antar kota di lakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian faktor pendapatan mayarakat mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap perkembangan jasa angkutan bus besar antar kota di kota palopo yakni sebesar 98,6% sedangkan 1,4 % di pengaruhi faktor lainnya. Kesimpulan bahwa Pendapatan penduduk berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap perkembangan jasa transportasi bus antarkota, di mana semakin meningkat pendapatan penduduk maka permintaan akan jasa transportasi akan meningkat pula seiring dengan kebutuhan masyarakat akan angkutan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sehari- harinya jumlah penduduk terhadap perkembangan jasa transportasi bus antarkota di kota palopo menunjukan bahwa besarnya nilai R-squared sedang yaitu 0,986. Nilai ini berarti bahwa hanya 98,6 % variable independent dapat di jelaskan oleh model.sehingga di sarankan agar Bagi perusahaan bus atau operator bus agar meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan kepada pengguna jasa angkutan bus.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of Service Quality, and Satisfaction Against Trust and Customer Loyalty KUR Mikro Bank BRI Kota Dumai. As for the population in this study are all KUR Mikro Bank BRI Kota Dumai totaling 3310 people. Sampling using proportional random sampling method. The sample in this study amounted to 97 customers of KUR Mikro Bank BRI Kota Dumai using Slovin formula. Technique of collecting data using questioner which contains statements based on the variables studied. Data analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on variance-PLS. From the research results obtained conclusion as follows: 1) Quality Service Service has a positive and significant impact on Customer Trust. 2) Customer Satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on Customer Confidence. 3) Service Quality has a positive and significant impact on Customer Loyalty. 4) Customer Satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on Customer Loyalty. 5) Customer Confidence has a positive and significant impact on Customer Loyalty. 6) Service Quality has a positive and significant impact on Customer Loyalty through Customer Confidence. 7) Customer Satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on Customer Loyalty through Customer Trust.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership and organizational culture on job satisfaction and employee performance and the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance. The population in this study is all the employees in Dinas Perikanan Kabupaten Kampar as many 55 people. The sample size that will be used is 55 people. Data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. Data collection methods used by the authors in this study is by using Questionnaire. Data analysis method used is descriptive and quantitative. Descriptive is used to provide an overview of the data. Quantitative, ie analysis by collecting, categorizing and tabulating data, using the WarpPLS approach.The research found that the value of leadership variables are in good category. Furthermore, leadership influence on job satisfaction and employee performance. That is, good leadership is a leader who can make employees feel satisfied with their work and ultimately can improve performance. The values of organizational culture variables are in fairly good category. Furthermore, organizational culture affect the job satisfaction and performance of employees. This means that with a good organizational culture, able to provide satisfaction to employee satisfaction and ultimately the performance of employees will increase. The variable value of satisfaction is in the category quite well. Furthermore, job satisfaction affects employee performance. This means that the higher the satisfaction obtained by employees to make employees work with the maximum, so that employees will work optimally to improve employee performance.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of training, communication, andleadership on motivation dan performance of civil servants at Sixth, Seventh AndTwelfth Regional Offices of National Civil Service Agency.The population in this study were civil servants amounted to 240 people. 150 samples were determined by using Slovin formula with concordance rate 5% and taken by stratified sampling method. Data collection technique used questionnaires and interviews. The analysis tool used is SEM using SmartPLS version 2.0.The results of this study indicate that : (1) Training has possitive and significant effect on civil servant’s motivation. (2) Communication has possitive and not significant effect on civil servant’s motivation. (3) Leadership has possitive and significant effect on civil servant’s motivation. (4) Training has possitive and significant effect on civil servant’s performance. (5) Communication has possitive and significant effect on civil servant’s performance. (6) Leadership has possitive and significant effect on civil servant’s performance. (7) Motivation has possitive and significant effect on civil servant’s performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of applying Total Quality Management application on PT. Tirta Guna Abadi Padang of employees Job Satisfaction. The population in this study includes all employees at PT. Tirta Guna Abadi Padang, totaling 31 people. Primary data was collected by questionnaire as an instrument to prove the result of the research. to the hypothesis in this study is tested using multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS (Statistical Prorgam For Social Sciences). The sampling technique is a census method (31 employees at PT Tirta Guna Abadi Padang). The results showed that: 1) there is a positive and significant effect of recognition and appreciation of employee work satisfaction PT. Tirta Guna Abadi Padang, 2) there is a positive and significant influence of teamwork on employee work satisfaction of PT. Tirta Guna Abadi Padang, 3) there is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture on employee work satisfaction of PT. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Supply Chain Management on competitive advantage and company performance at Eria Bunda Mother and Child Hospital Pekanbaru. The population in this study includes employees of the logistics, marketing and general departments of Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak Eria Bunda Pekanbaru, totaling 106 people with a sample of 84 people. Primary data were collected with a questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study, to test the hypothesis in this study using PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis with the help of the SMARTPLS program. The sample chosen in this study were 84 employees associated with the logistics, marketing and general departments. The results showed that: 1) there was a positive and significant effect of Suppy Chain Management on the performance of the Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak Eria Bunda Pekanbaru. 2) there is a positive and significant effect of Suppy Chain Management on the competitive advantage of Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak Eria Bunda Pekanbaru,. 3) there is a positive and significant competitive advantage on the performance of the Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak Eria Bunda Pekanbaru,. 4) there is a mediating role for competitive advantage in the influence of Suppy Chain Management on company performance at Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak Eria Bunda Pekanbaru.Keywords: Supply Chain Management, Competitive Advantage, Company Performance.

Abstract

Awkward posture is one of the ergonomic risk contained in the workers, awkward postures that aren’t normaly done performed by these workers can cause stress on physical conditions of workers who have an impact on the incidence of injury to workers. To prevent injury from happening, it is necessary to conduct evaluation of ergonomic risk level on workers. This research is done through direct observation of all stages of the workers who do welding works. The assesment of ergonomic risk level uses Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) methods, and Ovako Working Analysis System (OWAS). The population of this research include all of the ten workers who did metal welding process who works on PT. Wahana Barametal Pekanbaru. The results of research showed that: 1) metal cutting activities has an average ergonomic risk, 2) carrying iron activities has a high ergonomic risk, 3) welding activities has an average ergonomic risk, 4) grinding activities has a slightly high ergonomic risk, 5) painting activities has a high ergonomic risk. To reduce ergonomic risk level is necessary to change the action and the movement of workers, the provision of working tools and changes in the design of workers.Keywords : Ergonomic Risk Assessment, REBA, OWAS, Ergonomy.

Abstract

This research was conducted in the PT. Suka Fajar Ltd located on Nangka street Pekanbaru. The company is engaged in sale and purchase vehicles either in cash or credit. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of job satisfaction and employee commitment to employee achievements and to determine the factors that influence employee achievements against the dominant in the PT. Suka Fajar Ltd. Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all employees who work at the company of PT. Suka Fajar Ltd. Selection of the population based on their termination of employment or reduction of other employees, while the samples is used by 55 people, in which the determination of the number of samples is done by using the formula Slovin. Hypothesis testing is done by the test F, t-test and the coefficient of determination (R2) Based on the results. we concluded that the job performance, employee satisfaction and employee commitment of PT. Suka Fajar Ltd, based on the respondents to the indictors of each variable is good, where the percentage of respondents to the ideal score is obtained by 66.97 (good), the percentage of the respondents to the indicators of job satisfaction of 65.88 (satisfied) and the percentage of respondents to the indicator of employee comitent obtainet at 69.21 (good). Partially (t-test) at the 95% confidence level there is a significant influence of the variable job satisfaction and employee commitment to employee performance, it is evident from the results of the test t. Simultaneously (F test) at the 95% confidence level, there is a significant influence of the variables of job satisfaction and employee commitment to employees as avidencet interpretation of the results of f. The relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment with employee performance can be said to be strong. it can be seen from the correlation coefficient. The contribution of the variable of job satisfaction and employee commitment to employee performance can be said to be high, it is reflected from the coefficient of determination.Keywords : Job Performance, job satisfaction, Employee Commitment,

Abstract

This study aims to look at the effect of quality management implementation on employee performance in Payakumbuh healt centers. The population in this study includes all employee at healt centers, totaling 312 people. The sample taking technique was using purposive sampling so obtained sample of 175 respondents. The dependent variable (Y) in this study was employee performance the independent variable is customer focus (X1), education and training (X2), continuous emprowerment (X3) amd teamwork (X4). The analisys method was multippled regression linier berganda. For data processing was using SPSS 23. The results showed that There significant effect of customer focus on the employee performance, there significant effect of education and training on the employee performance, there significant effect of continuous emprowerment on the employee performance and there significant effect of teamwork on the employee performance.Keywords : quality management, customer focus, education and training, continuous emprowerment, employee performance
