Abstract

This study aims to identify subjective well being among parking officer around Banda Aceh. The current study also describing about the reason and feeling of being a parking officer. A descriptif qualitative approach has been done with depth interviews and code system data analysis. Participants of this study are 3 parking officer who are working in Banda Aceh. The results of study have shown that they have such a similar aspect of subjective well being, but also spesific condition for each of them. Those aspects including, positive emotions, negative emotion, and life satisfaction. This study has contributed the based line information regarding the description of subjective well being among parking officer in Banda Aceh.

Abstract

Anime shows are popular among the students of Uiniversitas Islam Negeri Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh. The students love to watch action anime. Action anime is one of the anime that has many fans. Featuring diverse stories that want to eradicate the evils of the world. As a result of watching the anime, UIN Ar-Raniry students have a habit of speaking harshly using Japanese, limiting associations, lacking socialism, lacking nationalism, hallucinating people, and considering to adapt Japanese culture. This study aims to find the message and impact of anime communication in the action genre. The research method used is qualitative with an analytical descriptive approach. As for the results found, there are positive and negative messages on the spectacle of action genre anime that have an effect on UIN Ar-Raniry students such as responsibility, wisdom, sacrifice, cooperation, daring to dream, grateful, never giving up, respecting each other, solidarity, science, technology, pioneering, caste differences, genocides, and corruption. The anima shows give impact to the viewers. There are positive and negative impacts in watching action genre anime that can have an effect on student life after visiting.

Abstract

Otak adalah organ utama manusia untuk menjaga kesimbangan fisik dan psikis manusia mulai dari tahapan perkembangan dalam kandungan, bayi, kanak-kanak, remaja sampai usia dewasa dan lansia. Otak menuntun manusia untuk berperilaku positif dan negatif. Otak akan berfungsi positif dalam suasana lingkungan yang positif dan sebaliknya akan berkembang negatif dalam lingkungan yang negatif. Berat otak bayi yang baru lahir 370 g, kemudian pada usia tiga tahun berat otak anak menjadi sekitar seperempat sampai sepertiga dari berat otak orang dewasa, sekitar 1.400 sampai 1.500 g. Perkembangan otak ini dikenal dengan usia “Golden Age”. Setiap orangtua atau significant others yang membesarkan anak harus memahami bahwa pada anak usia dini otak akan berkembang pesat dan sel-sel sel saraf akan berfungsi kuat dan pesat jika diberikan stimulus respon  yang tepat. Maknanya anak akan sangat cepat memahami dan cepat meniru dan menghafal apa yang didengar, dilihat, dan diamatinya. Bagi setiap orang yang membesarkan anak, seorang pendidik, baby sitter pun harus mengerti dan memahami bahwa otak adalah organ tubuh manusia yang harus dilindungi dan dijaga agar tidak terkena benda benda keras dan tajam dan tidak terjadi benturan berat dan luka yang dalam yang menjadikan kerusakan pada tumbuh kembang otak. Kajian ini untuk menjadi referensi awal untuk mengetahui bagian bagian otak untuk mengetahui bahwa otak memiliki bagian-bagian yang memiliki fungsinya masing-masing sesuai dengan hasil kajian ilmiah para ahli saraf.

Abstract

Adolescence is a phase of life experienced by every individual from childhood to adulthood, at this time adolescents are very vulnerable to negative influences, such as theft, drug use, and other things that trigger deviant behavior. The surrounding environment greatly influences the formation of a teenager's character, because teenagers generally spend more of their time in association with their friends or with the surrounding community. Gampong Beunot is the most densely populated village in Syamtalira Bayu District, its heterogeneous population makes the Gampong Beunot community more open. Even though society is more open, social phenomena are also unavoidable, especially with regard to teenagers, from 2010 to 2017 Gampong Beunot is the Gampong with the most frequent occurrence of moral decadence, this causes public unrest and discomfort then the condition changes to a more better over time compared to the past. This is undeniable because the community has made various efforts and efforts, from the preventive, persuasive to the repressive stages which of course will face various obstacles. This type of research is a qualitative research that uses field research methods using primary and secondary data. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The findings of this study indicate that the preventive measures taken by the Gampong Beunot community in overcoming the moral decadence of adolescents are by holding regular recitations, counseling, sports programs, women's programs, and curfew rules, while Persuasive steps taken by the Gampong Beunot community are persuasive communication and exclamation banners, and also for repressive actions carried out by the Gampong Beunot community, namely by giving customary sanctions, criminal penalties, besides that the Gampong Beunot community also has several obstacles in overcoming the moral decadence of teenagers namely the apathy of society, uncooperative parents of teenagers, and teenagers who have a brutal and aggressive nature.

Abstract

This article aims to examine the concept of fines on credit financing using the Murabahan contract at PT Federal International Finance Banda Aceh Branch, Indonesia. The research approach used is conceptual and legislative approach, the type of research used is normative juridical. The results showed that the basis for determining the penalty imposed by PT FIF based on fatwa NO.17/DSN-MUI/IX/2000 is because the debtor is able to make payments but delays payment, this aims to deter the debtor in default. Then from its practice in taking profits it does not use interest but PT FIF tells the amount of profit margin obtained by PT FIF as the financing party, the amount of margin in this case has certainly been agreed by both parties in the agreement, but the fine at PT FIF has been applied at the beginning of the contract which makes the fine haram because it does not meet the requirements of the scholars' opinions in Fiqh Muamalah that fines cannot be required at the beginning of the contract.
