Abstract

Based on the study results indicate that the improvement of public services in district Juwana Pati haven't quite successfully, although there are some indicators that are considered very successful, but many more who rated the author less successful. Indicators that have not succeeded is the improvement of service to a maximum of belu since many employees who own a chat either what is discussed, sometimes insufficient peralan lemot, as well as the availability of means of supporting infrastructure.Conclusions in this study is the overall improvement of public services in the Office of District Juwana Pati Subdistrict Office conducted Juwana Pati. Abstract

Performance is a result of person or organization that obtained as a whole within a certain time period organizational performance is the organization's ability to perform the task well to achieve the goals and vision that has been determined. Sub-district position is the county area or city as a regional technical implementation that has a particular work area and led by Camat . District of Karangsambung’s vision namely the creation of excellent service based on professionalism. The purpose of this study is to know the performance of Karangsambung District Office and to know factors that support and hinder performance Karangsambung District Office. Assessment of the performance at the District Office Karangsambung is seen from the five dimensions of productivity, quality of service, responsiveness, responsibility, and accountability. While the factors that support and hinder the performance of the District Office Karangsambung are seen from human resources and existing infrastructure. This study uses descriptive qualitative. Based on the existing barriers in performance, the author provide recommendations: 1) Increasing the capacity of human resources in the district ad a Karangsambung. 2) Instilling discipline and responsibility to the employees. 3) Giving motivation to the employees. 4) Providing facilities and infrastructure in order to increase the service to the public. 5) Communication with the public needs to be more intensive through formal and informal media so people know that there is information 6) Managing Karangsambung’s website as a transparency of information means.

Abstract

Suatu organisasi dibentuk untuk mencapai tujuan tertentu. Kinerja pegawai dalam suatu organisasi sangat ditentukan oleh sumber daya manusia. Sumber daya manusia dapat mencapai sasaran dan tujuan strategis organisasi dibutuhkan individu atau sumber daya manusia yang kompeten, handal dan visioner Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja pegawai serta mendiskripsikan kinerja pegawai di Biro Pemerintahan Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Tipe penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, menggunakan produktivitas, kualitas, responsivitas, responsibilitas dan akuntabilitas sebagai indikator kinerja. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan maka kinerja pegawai Biro Pemerintahan sudah baik namun masih belum efektif dan efesien karena masih banyak kendala yang dihadapi dalam peningkatan kinerja pegawai di Biro Pemerintahan Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Maka di sarankan kepada pegawai Biro Pemerintahan untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai dengan menerapkan kerjasama yang baik, meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas serta di dukung dengan sarana dan prasarana yang memadai

Abstract

Quality of public services is the extent to which a public facility in providing services to the public. The government is required to provide quality public services. Services can be said to be good if the performance is given in accordance with the expectations required by the user community services . By using the five dimensions of service quality that is Tangible, Realibility, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Emphaty it will be able to analyze the quality of services provided by Puskemas Kecamatan Kaliangkrik Kabupaten Magelang. In this research, using a method of analysis of Importance Performance Analysis to analyze the level of satisfaction of the public by comparing the performance provided by the Puskesmas with the needs of service users.

Abstract

Funds needed to realize the development agenda in the region, its raised from Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD). One source of Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) in the city of Semarang is through reclame, carried out by Dinas Penerangan Jalan dan Pengelolaan Reklame Kota SemarangThis study used an advanced management theory by George Terry which is Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling. Research approach use a type of descriptive research with qualitative methods. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews of the informants who have been determinedThe results of the study explained that the management of reclame in Semarang conducted by reclame field at the Dinas Penerangan Jalan dan Pengelolaan Reklame through three sections: structuring section, section arrangement, billing section, and licensing section. Management of billboards in the city of Semarang is not optimal due to weak supervision conducted. This happens because of non-performance on standard measurements and sizes oversight and planning is not conducted in accordance with the existing local regulation. Weak supervision due to a lack of organization and mobilization in the form of motivation given to the employee.

Abstract

Various problems such as lack of competent human resources areas and a lack of community participation in the management of PHC Padangsari follow Semarang into the background of this research. This study aims to determine how the analysis of the health center management functions Padangsari in Semarang and identify factors driving and inhibiting factors in the health center management functions Padangsari in Semarang. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The subjects in this study consists of three (3) key informants.The results showed that the health center management functions Padangsari been going well, but in the Human Resources sector is still lacking to fill the existing field. Most of these employees are still concurrently or have two different responsibilities, this indicates the duties and functions of employees to be heavy in the implementation cause less focus employees in performing their obligations to be not optimalize results. Then, community participation is still low the limiting factor in the management of health centers Padangsari. Elements of such participation is absolutely necessary for the success of the programs implemented by PHC ( Public Health Center ) Padangsari. The community is only as passive participators in some programs implemented in the management of health centers Padangsari which is the National Health Development Program as an attitude or lifestyle clean environment.Based on these conclusions, the researchers recommend to Padangsari health centers to provide training - training to employees in accordance with the competencies required in the implementation of management functions. PHC Padangsari need to increase the active participation of the community to implement the National Health Development Program as an attitude or a healthy lifestyle environment.

Abstract

Less than optimal performance of employees at Central Agency of Statistics in Batang has prompted the authors to conduct the study, entitled "Relationship Work Ability and Motivation With Employee Performance at Central Agency of Statistics in Batang ". The main problem in this study is less optimal level of work ability and motivation. This study aimed to determine the relationship and determination of each independent variable with the ability to work and motivation of employees in the performance of the Central Agency of Statistics in Batang.This type of research is explanatory research. The data were collected by distributing questionnaires to the respondents and conduct interviews. This study used a sample of 32 respondents to the poll saturated sample technique. Analysis of the data in this study using quantitative methods. Analysis tool used in this research is the analysis of Rank Correlation Coefficient Kendall, Kendall concordance coefficient, and the coefficient of determination by using SPSS version 16.0.The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant relationship between the independent variable and motivation with the ability to work performance of employees in BPS, Batang. The magnitude of the relationship of each variable is as follows: the ability to work (0.453) and motivation (0.439). Relations between the two independent variables together to employee performance 0.763 with the influence of 58.21%.

Abstract

National Community Empowerment Program is a national program of poverty reduction mainly based community empowerment. Indonesia has the problem of poverty and unemployment.Poverty in Indonesia can be seen from the three approaches, namely natural poverty, structural poverty, and the gap between region.Problem be triggered by low unemployment and employment opportunities for the labor force in urban.effort to mitigate them should use a multi-tiered approach discipline.Pemberdayaan proper dimension should incorporate aspects awareness aspects. National Program for Community Empowerment (PNPM Mandiri) empowerment-based course provides a space for people to be directly involved in addressing the problems of poverty, from the planning phase, the determination of the program, implementation, monitoring and evaluation. The general purpose of the National Program for Community Empowerment-Self is to improve the welfare and employment opportunities for the poor in mandiri.Dan specifically intended that the people in the village improvement program participants can enjoy the social, economic, and local governance.

Abstract

Use of information technology is very important in government institutions, such as the electronic government, where the government attempted to improve service to the community in a more convenient, fast, effective and efficient. Development of e-government in Kudus district that has not run up pushing me to do this research. The research problem is : How does the development of e-government in Kudus district? and what constraints the development of e-government in Kudus district?.The purpose of this study to describe and analyze how the development of e-government and to describe the obstacles faced by the development of e-government in the District of Kudus. To answer the problem and the research objectives using successful elements of e-government development in the Harvard JFK School of Government, namely : support, capacity, and value. It also uses elements of the development of e-government according to Moon in Book Information Management System consists of a willingness and local culture. This study uses descriptive qualitative sample snowballing technique so that it can be explained the extent to which the development of e-government in the District of Kudus. There are two sources of data were used, namely primary and secondary data. This study using in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation as well as triangulation associated with the development of electronic government in Kudus district in collecting the data.The results showed that the implementation of e-government in the District of Kudus has not been able to run optimally because there are issues that affect development, as there is no support in the implementation of e-government in the absence of the political will of the government's full and socialization. Capacity is very limited financial resources, human resources and technology infrastructure is still inadequate . The absence of public willingness to use and avail the facility of e-government as well as the cultural/local culture Kudus Regency society who prefer the manual way instead of using information technologies in a variety of jobs.
