Abstract

Implementasi pendidikan karakter di sekolah dilaksanakan secara terintegrasi melalui proses pembelajaran. Agar pelaksanaannya lebih optimal, harus ditunjang oleh perangkat pembelajaran bermuatan nilai-nilai karakter.  Namun kenyataannya di sekolah perangkat pembelajaran yang ada belum optimal, terutama dalam bentuk buku ajar yang bermuatan nilai-nilai karakter. Oleh sebab itu perlu adanya buku ajar bermuatan nilai-nilai karakter yang valid, praktis dan efektif untuk digunakan. Untuk menghasilkan buku ajar yang berkualitas  maka  dilakukan penelitian Pengembangan model 4-D dengan tahapan pendefinisian (define), perancangan (design), pengembangan (development), dan penyebaran (dessiminate). Sebelum dilaksanakan tahap akhir berupa penyebaran, terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji validitas oleh validator. Setelah diperoleh Buku ajar yang valid selanjutnya dilakukan uji terbatas terhadap produk Buku ajar bermuatan nilai-nilai karakter yang dibuat, sehingga diperoleh efektifitas dan praktikalitasnya. Uji terbatas dilakukan dengan statistik one group pretest-postest design. Untuk mengetahui  efektifitasnya digunakan tes Hasil Belajar yang diberikan 2 kali yaitu sebelum uji terbatas (pretest) dan setelah uji terbatas (Postest). Praktikalitas buku ajar diperoleh dari angket yang disebarkan pada guru yang terpilih sebagai sampel. Dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan diperoleh rata-rata nilai praktikalitas 86,1 (kategori sangat baik) dan rata-rata nilai efektifitasnya 61,74 % (kategori berpengaruh kuat). Abstract

One of the problems found in the implementation of the curriculum of 2013 is not all competency skills can be performed well. Therefore, to overcome these problems, virtual laboratory designed to competencies skill  of physics. One of the design objectives virtual laboratory is to improve the quality of education and learning in physics in high school. The method used in this study is a research method development four D model with the definition phase , design phase , development phase, and dissemination phase.  Research has reached the stage of development and has been tested valid specialist. The instrument used in the research is a questionnaire consisting of: 1) the material substance; 2) The display of visual communication; 3) instructional design; 4) the use of software;  and 5) Linguistic. The results obtained to test the validity in general has been very good category (85.6), so that the design of virtual labs designed can already be used in high school.

Abstract

Perancangan struktur bangunan di daerah rawan gempa seperti Bukittinggi harus mengikuti peraturan-peraturan yang ditetapkan pemerintah. Pemerintah telah menerbitkan peraturan tentang Tata Cara Perencanaan Ketahanan Gempa Untuk Struktur Bangunan Gedung dan Non Gedung, yaitu SNI 03-1726-2002 dan pemerintah juga telah menerbitkan peraturan terbaru tentang Tata Cara Perencanaan Ketahanan Gempa Untuk Struktur Bangunan Gedung dan Non Gedung, yaitu SNI 03-1726-2012. Perlu untuk diketahui perbedaan antara kedua peraturan tersebut, serta nilai perbandingan dimensi struktur yang direncanakan berdasarkan SNI 03-1726- 2002 dengan dimensi struktur yang direncanakan berdasarkan SNI 03-1726-2012. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil design antara realisasi lapangan yang telah dirancang menggunakan SNI terdahulu dengan SNI terbaru yang telah ditetapkan oleh pemerintah. Struktur dianalisa melewati tahapan seperti halnya perencanaan dimulai dari preliminary design, pembebanan struktur, pembebanan gempa menggunakan metoda terbaru yaitu respons spectrum atau memasukkan grafik berdasarkan tabel percepatan dasar batuan, analisa gaya yang terjadi pada struktur dengan menggunakan SAP 2000 versi demo, penulangan berdasarkan hasil output SAP 2000 versi demo, membandingkan penulangan realisasi lapangan dengan hasil analisa. Didapatkan hasil bahwa bangunan didesign  menggunakan faktor keamanan yang tinggi sehingga hasil analisis tidak menyimpang dari realisasi lapangan yang terlihat pada hasil penulangan kolom, balok utama, balok anak, ring balok, dan plat masih lebih kecil dari pada realisasi penulangan di lapangan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of virtual laboratory worksheets on parabolic motion material and circular motion in class X of SMAN 5 Padang. To achieve the research objectives, quasi   experiments were used and one group of pretest-posttest was research design. The population is students of class X MIPA at SMAN 5 Padang who are registered in the 2018/2019 Academic Year. Simple random sampling technique is used for sampling and obtained by class X MIPA 1 as a sample. The research data includes data on attitudes, knowledge and skills competencies. Attitude competency data is obtained through attitude assessment observation sheets, then described and analyzed in graphical form. Knowledge competency data was obtained through pretest and posttest. Skills competency data are obtained through performance assessment sheets. Knowledge and skills competency data were analyzed using correlated t-test. Based on data analysis, it can be concluded that virtual laboratory worksheets on parabolic motion material and circular motion are effectively used in learning which can be seen from increasing student learning competencies in aspects of knowledge and skills after using virtual laboratory worksheets. As well as attitudinal competence shows students have done a very good attitude during learning, marked by an increase in the average value of student attitudes at each  meeting

Abstract

In order to realize the goal of development between an area to another region through land transportation, it is very important in the construction of road facilities. In civil construction science, material that can be used as material greatly determines the quality and quantity of the construction.Base construction or foundation layer is very besides as a foundation layer also to bear the burden of vehicles or traffic that passes through the construction of the road, so that material is needed quality.For the implementation of planning for pavement thickness of pavement construction layers, it is necessary to consider all the factors that can affect road construction such as road function, age of plan, traffic, carrying capacity of land, regional factors, surface index (IP), equivalent numbers, average daily traffic, Pavement Thickness Index and Relative strength Coefficient.In making road construction, the material used determines the quality of the road, so in the implementation of road construction it is necessary to carry out laboratory testing, which in the labor test discussed is coarse aggregates originating from Solok Sumatra B arat district, which will later be used for Base Class A on the road. The implementation of the Tests that the authors carried out was the calculation of the aggregate class A class proportion, Aggregate Specific Gravity, Compaction Test of the Base Class A aggregate mixture, Laboratory CBR Testing, and CBR Plan determination.The test results obtained can be a recommendation whether or not the aggregate can be used. Laboratory test results were obtained from the results of the testing of aggregate Class A material derived from solok. Testing the aggregate proportion of base A meets the requirements because it enters the filter 2 "to filter 200, Testing the aggregate density obtained density 2,685, Testing for aggregate compaction obtained Weight Content = 2.763% and Optimum moisture content = 5.75%. From the value of the above test results it can be concluded that the coarse aggregates originating from Solok can be used for Base Class A on Road construction work.

Abstract

Learning is a process that contains a series of actions of teachers and learners on the basis of reciprocal relationships that take place in educational situations to achieve learning objectives. The science of mathematics is a natural science that studies about the science of measuring the certain. A person who studies mathematics requires not only skill, but also a thought process for understanding, discovering, developing concepts, theories and laws and solving problems in everyday life.Subjects in the subjects of mathematics are required understanding, analysis and ability of learners to link learning in everyday life. One of the materials learned in mathematics learning is trigonometry, therefore teachers are expected to develop the creativity of learners in learning.This is because creativity is able to interpret abstract concepts by involving curiosity, the ability to discover, explore, express ideas and feelings Learning Tournament is a technique that combines a group of learning and team competitions, and can be used to develop lessons on a wide variety of facts, concepts, and expertise. The presence of tournaments or matches every learner wants to get good grades, both individual desires and group desires.Therefore, learners who have weak skills are expected to be motivated to learn, in order to win the game and learners who have more ability, feel the need to share knowledge with learners who are less clever to get a high score and win the game. Based on the result of research, the value of first cycle, second cycle and third cycle in a row (76,76%), (79,11%) and (85,29%).

Abstract

Abstract: Oversight carried out by the Supreme Court and Judicial Commission will be very closely related to the independence of judges in deciding a case. The authority of the Supreme Court and the Judicial Commission in terms of ethical oversight of judges is intended to maintain and uphold the honor, dignity, and behavior of judges. From the results of the study found that the relationship between the authority of the Supreme Court and the Judicial Commission on the ethical supervision of judges must not exceed the authority regulated by the Act. The authority of the Supreme Court in following up the judicial ethics oversight report by the Judicial Commission, namely if the Supreme Court considers it appropriate or not, the Supreme Court notifies the Judicial Commission. In Islamic law supervision is carried out structurally operationally by the judicial institution Qadi al-Qudat and spiritually by Allah SWT.Keywords: Oversight; Authority; Supreme Court; Judicial Commission; Judge.

Abstract

This article is based on the research about to design instructional model base on Graphic Organizers as one of the alternative instructional model to increase the understanding of student to Physics concepts in SMA. Special purpose  is yield valid have been study peripheral model passed validation process to broader sample. To reach this purpose steps done is: 1) identifies student problems in high school, 2) discussion with physics teachers in the form of workshop, 3) designs of instructional model, and 4) verification model to expert and physics teachers in high school, and 5) Revision model as according suggestion. 6) Determines school sample  based on school level. From model test result at sample school is obtained by score postest better than pretest Based on result of validation of study model through expert, high school physics teachers, and student as sample, inferential that model who designed have been valid although still many suggestions that need to be paid attention.   Key words : Graphic Organizers, diagnostic test,  instructional model

Abstract

The problem of this research is the limitation of learning resource on Islamic Education and Character. In the learning process, the teacher only has book package of Islamic Education and character without presenting module, handout, LKS and other materials. The general purpose of this research is to find a module of Islamic education and character based on Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL). Meanwhile, the specific purpose is to createthe valid and practical modules of Islamic education and character based on Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) so that it can be used by teacher and students in the school as a guiding in the learning process. The type of this research is developing research and also using 4-D models. It has 4 stages, they are  define, design, developdan disseminate. The result of this research shows theeverage is 86 % from validity of module Islamic Education and  Character based on Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) with very valid category.Meanwhile, the result of practicality from development of module islamic education and chacter based on Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) on material of organizing the corpse are obtained 90 % with very practical category.Based on the description above, it can be concluded that the development of PAI & BP Modules based on Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) on the material of organizing the corpse can be declared it is very valid and very practical so that it is suitable using for all teachers of Islamic Education and Character in the school.
