Abstract

The existence of Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Bukalapak, blibli.com and other marketplaces has more or less been realized by the entire community. This gives rise to the phenomenon of diminishing buying interest in Conventional Store customers who sell their products offline. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the existence of a Marketplace which refers to the variables of price, product completeness, convenience, and promotion on the buying interest of conventional store customers in Gunung Terang Village, Bandar Lampung City. This study uses a sampling research method with accidental sampling technique with the number of respondents as many as 103 Conventional Store Customers in Gunung Terang Village. Data collection techniques using literature study, interviews, observations and questionnaires. Data management in this study will use the smartPLS software version 3.3. The results of the study found that the variable price and product completeness had a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest, while the convenience and promotion variables had no effect on consumer buying interest in conventional stores

Abstract

Employee performance in providing public services can be seen from several indicators including quality, quantity, timeliness, effectiveness and independence of employees while providing services. The purpose of this study was to analyze the community's perception of the performance of village office employees' administrative services to the community at the Sukadana Tengah Village Office, Sukadana District, East Lampung Regency. The research design is quantitative. The method used is the descriptive analytic method. The object of this research is the quality, quantity, effectiveness, independence and administrative services. This research activity was carried out at the Sukadana Tengah Village Office, Sukadana District, East Lampung Regency. The research population was residents of Central Sukadana Village, Sukadana District, East Lampung Regency with the number of samples taken as many as 96 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The analytical tool used is data quality analysis and multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS program. The results showed that the quality, effectiveness, work independence had a positive and significant effect on employee administration services, while the quantity of work had no effect on administrative services. Simultaneously quality, quantity, effectiveness, and work independence simultaneously have a significant influence on administrative services. This research was conducted at PT. Sumber Indah Perkasa Tulang Bawang Sungai Buaya Estate (SBYE) is a company engaged in oil palm plantations. Where its operational activities require competent workers, therefore human resource management must also be improved. This research was conducted on employees of PT. Sumber Indah Perkasa Tulang Bawang Sungai Buaya Estate (SBYE). By distributing questionnaires in the form of questions about Workload, Work Stress, Work Environment, and Compensation for Employee Performance. Then processed with SPSS version 21 with the classical assumption test approach with the linearity normality method, homogeneity. This study uses quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis, partial test, F test, determination to determine the effect of workload, work stress, work environment and compensation on the performance of employees of. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously workload, work stress, work environment and compensation on employee performance. Research specifically shows that workload has a positive and significant effect, work stress has a positive and significant effect, the work environment has a positive and significant effect, and compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

PSAK 71 merupakan standar akuntansi yang mengatur pengakuan serta pengukuran instrument keuangan yang baru efektif pada tahun 2020. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak implementasi PSAK 71 terhadap cadangan kerugian penurunan nilai (CKPN) asset produktif pada perbankan konvensional. Penelitian ini menggunakan 42 sampel perusahaan perbankan konvensional yang dipilih melalui metode purposive sampling dengan periode pengamatan dimulai dari tahun 2018 sampai 2021 yang dikelompokkan menjadi 2 periode yaitu; periode 2018 dan 2019 merupakan periode sebelum implementasi PSAK 71, periode 2020 dan 2021 periode setelah implementasi PSAK 71. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis statistika deskriptif dan paired sample T – Test sebagai metode analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan secara statistic implementasi PSAK 71 memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap nilai cadangan kerugian penurunan nilai (CKPN) asset produktif yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai rasio cadangan kerugian penurunan nilai (CKPN) pada asset produktif di periode setelah implementasi PSAK 71 yang semakin besar dibandingkan dengan periode sebelum implementasi PSAK 71.

Pengumpulan data diperoleh dari hasil kuisioner kepada pelanggan yang datang ke Toko Ria Subur dari tahun 2018 sampai tahun 2020 yang diambil menggunakan rumus dari slovin. Analisa data penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis data kuantitatif dengan pengujian persyaratan instrumen, Persyaratan analisis dan hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahwa Promosi dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari nilai Fhitung (23,284) >Ftabel (3,07) dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi diperoleh nilai Adjusted RSquare sebesar 0,315 hal ini berarti 31,5% dari variasi variabel dependen yaitu keputusan pembelian. yang dapat dijelaskan oleh variasi variabel independen promosi dan kualitas pelayanan sedangkan sisanya sebesar 68,5% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini, seperti harga, citra merek dan sebagainya. Thus, this study aims to determine how the influence of the quality of promotional strategies and service quality on purchasing decisions at the Ria Subur store in metro city. This type of research is quantitative research with the data used is field data (field research). Data collection was obtained from the results of questionnaires to customers who came to Ria Subur Shop from 2018 to 2020 which were taken using the formula from slovin. Analysis of research data was carried out using quantitative data analysis by testing instrument requirements, analysis requirements and hypotheses. Abstract

Kepuasan atas pelayanan yang diberikan merupakan sesuatu yang dipersepsikan oleh pelanggan. Terkait kondisi pelayanan yang ada di Bengkel Mulia Motor dapat diketahui masih terdapat karyawan yang memberikan pelayanan sekedarnya yang terlihat dari cara mereka menanggapi keluhan dari konsumen yang kurang antusias dan tidak memenuhi semua permintaan konsumen yang menyebabkan konsumen harus mengulang berkali0kali apa yang mereka inginkan. Hal ini menunjukkan kesenjangan antara konsep pelayanan yang seharusnya diberikan penyedia jasa kepada konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelayanan, fasilitas dan lokasi terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Bengkel Mulia Motor. Desain penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif atau penelitian verifikatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode explanatory survey. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah pelayanan, fasilitas, lokasi dan kepuasan konsumen. Kegiatan penelitian ini dilakukan di Bengkel Mulia Motor. Populasi penelitian adalah pelanggan Bengkel Mulia Motor dengan jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 70 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah menggunakan analisa kualitas data dan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara partial pelayanan, fasilitas dan lokasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Secara simultan juga menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan, fasilitas dan lokasi berpengaruh signifikan secara bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Berdasarkan angka coefisiensi dan nilai thitung maka dapat diketahui bahwa faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen adalah fasilitas bengkel. Kata kunci: Pelayanan, Fasilitas, Lokasi, Kepuasan Konsumen.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Kebijakan social distancing dan physical distancing akibat pandemi COVID-19 menimbulkan gangguan pada rantai nilai dunia usaha sehingga menyebabkan berbagai dampak pada perekonomian Indonesia yang berakibat timbulnya goncangan pada sektor-sektor dalam perekonomian. Salah satu sektor yang mengalami goncangan terparah adalah sektor UMKM khususnya di Kota Metro. Kebijakan yang ditempuh oleh pemerintah untuk mengurangi goncangan tersebut adalah dengan cara memberikan stimulus ekomoni berupa insentif pajak. Insentif pajak yang diberikan ternyata belum dapat mengakomodir semua kebutuhan Usaha UMKM dalam menghadapi dampak pandemi COVID-19. Hal tersebut mendorong pengabdi untuk mengetahui kebutuhan sektor UMKM dalam menghadapi dampak negatif akibat pandemi COVID19, manfaat insentif pajak pada sektor UMKM, dan alternatif solusi kebijakan insentif pajak bagaimana yang dapat untuk mengatasi masalah ekonomi pada sektor UMKM akibat pandemi COVID-19. Pengabdian ini menggunakan metode pendampingan soialisasi pemanfaatan insentif pajak kepada pelaku usaha UMKM di Kota Metro. Hasil pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat dua kebutuhan sektor UMKM yang belum direspons dalam kebijakan insentif pajak oleh pemerintah, yaitu dukungan untuk menaikkan permintaan dan konsumsi, serta kemudahan akses kredit usaha. Tim Pengabdi merekomendasikan untuk diberikannya insentif pajak pertambahan nilai untuk menaikkan permintaan dan konsumsi, dan insentif pajak untuk platform dan pemberi pinjaman dalam fintech lending untuk kemudahan akses kredit usaha. Kata kunci : Insentif pajak, PelakuUMKM, Pandemi Covid19  ABSTRACT The social distancing and physical distancing policies due to the COVID-19 pandemic have disrupted the value chain of the business world, causing various impacts on the Indonesian economy which resulted in shocks to sectors in the economy. One of the sectors that experienced the worst shocks was the MSME sector, especially in Metro City. The policy taken by the government to reduce the shock is by providing economic stimulus in the form of tax incentives. The tax incentives provided have not been able to accommodate all the needs of MSME businesses in facing the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. This encourages servants to find out the needs of the MSME sector in dealing with the negative impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, the benefits of tax incentives in the MSME sector, and alternative tax incentive policy solutions that can be used to overcome economic problems in the MSME sector due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This service uses the method of assisting the socialization of the use of tax incentives to MSME business actors in Metro City. The results of this service indicate that there are two needs of the MSME sector that have not been responded to in the tax incentive policy by the government, namely support to increase demand and consumption, and ease of access to business credit. The Service Team recommends providing value added tax incentives to increase demand and consumption, and tax incentives for platforms and lenders in fintech lending for easy access to business credit.Keywords: Tax incentives, SMEs, the Covid-19 pandemic

Abstract

Abstract Environmental responsibility is a consumer perception of environmentally friendly management, particularly for a business. Environmental issues are becoming a new problem in the era of marketing.Green marketing can be a bad way to get people to buy from you."Green marketing" refers to satisfying customer needs, wants, and desires in relation to environmental preservation and upkeep. At Boemi Kedaton Mall in Lampung, the aim of this study is to ascertain how customers perceive Starbucks' green marketing.When it comes to the information about the subject that is the subject of the study, the type of research that is carried out is qualitative. In particular, the type of information that is examined can be a presumption, perspective, meeting, or quality of the individual or group that is the subject of the study.In order to process numerical data using statistical methods, qualitative methods are used to analyze the data. It is hoped that more precise measurement results will be obtained regarding the responses provided by respondents.The findings demonstrated that customers are at ease in the facility.Customers have two choices at every Starbucks location:smoking region or not.This is for the convenience of Starbucks customers entering the interior.Additionally, the ease with which information and promotions could be found on the Starbucks website piqued the interest of this study's respondents in the most recent promotions.

Abstract

The author gives the title thesis "The Influence of Online Customer Ratings and Reviews on Purchase Decisions for Tokopedia Marketplace Users, (Case Study on Muhammadiyah Metro University Students). This research was conducted in order to determine the effect of online customer ratings and reviews on purchasing decisions on Tokopedia marketplace users at Muhammadiyah Metro University students. The type of research used is quantitative research with a population of 5,743 students. Sampling technique using Accidental Sampling. Only 98 samples used were in accordance with predetermined criteria. The data used is primary data with the distribution of questionnaires in the form of a list of questions with several alternative answers for respondents. The statistical test used to test the hypothesis was multiple linear regression analysis and was tested using the statistical packages for the social science (SPSS) version 25 program. Based on the results of statistical tests, it shows that online customer ratings and reviews have a positive or significant influence on the purchasing decisions of Tokopedia marketplace users for Muhammadiyah Metro University students. Based on the results of statistical tests, it shows that online customer ratings and reviews have a positive or significant influence on the purchasing decisions of Tokopedia marketplace users for Muhammadiyah Metro University students.

Abstract

Fenomena terkait investasi yang terjadi saat ini adalah banyaknya mengenai penipuan berkedok investasi atau investasi bodong yang banyak merugikan masyarakat, hal ini diakibatkan kurangnya pemahaman literasi keuangan terutama pemahaman mengenai investasi. Untuk itu, kegiatan pengabdian kali ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi mengenai investasi terutama instrument investasi rendah risiko deposito dan obligasi. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penyuluhan secara langsung kepada masyarkat dengan cara mengumpulkan masyarakat di sebuah forum diskusi dan konsultasi yang berlokasi di My Cakes Metro pada 26 November 2022 dengan jumlah peserta penyuluhan sebanyak 25 orang. Kegiatan pengabdian berlangsung dengan lancar dan melalui kegiatan ini diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa masih minimnya pengetahuan peserta mengenai investasi terutama investasi pada instrumen obligasi dan deposito. Selain itu, peserta menganggap bahwa jika ingin berinvestasi memerlukan modal yang cukup besar dan banyak yang bingung bagaimana cara untuk memulainya.
