Abstract

This study aims to determine and explain the effect of education and training on employee performance by testing the moderating variable at PT BPRS Aman Syariah Sekampung. With the population conducted in the study as many as 36 people. Based on the results of the analysis conducted by researchers, it shows that education has a significant effect on employee performance, resulting in a coefficient of t-count value of (31.777) and a significance value of (0.000), training has no effect and is not significant on employee performance, resulting in a coefficient of t-count value of (-902) and a significance value of (0.373). Then the reward does not moderate the effect of education on employee performance, resulting in a significance value of (0.513). Reward also does not moderate the effect of training on employee performance, resulting in a significance value of (0.707).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work conflict, workload on employee performance.This type of research is a quantitative study with a population of 63 employees registered atPT. Pln (Persero) Up3 Metro City, only 54 samples used were in accordance withpredetermined criteria. The data used is secondary data distribution of questionnaires in theform of a list of questions with several alternative answers for respondents. The statisticaltest used to test the hypothesis was multiple linear regression analysis and was tested usingthe statistical packages for the social science (SPSS) version 26 program. Based on theresults of statistical tests indicate that Work Conflict, Workload has a positive and significanteffect on employee performance.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is an indirect way to overcome poverty. Namely by providing knowledge,skills and fostering entrepreneurial attitudes in job seekers through entrepreneurshipdevelopment. Fostering an entrepreneurial spirit in students is believed to be an alternativeto reducing poverty levels, because graduates are expected to become educated youngentrepreneurs who are able to start their own businesses. Entrepreneurship can not only beused as short-term business tips but also as a general life hack in the long term to createopportunities. in the business sector, for example, companies are successful and obtain greatopportunities because they have creativity and innovation. The aim of this research is to findout whether e-commerce and entrepreneurial knowledge together influence entrepreneurialinterest in management study program students at Muhammadiyah Metro University. This research uses a quantitative approach and the research method used is the Slovin formula.The sample in this research was only taken from 86 students from the class of 2018 at theFaculty of Economics and Business, Muhammadiyah Metro University. The data analysistechniques used are validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test. Testing theanalytical model in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test and rdetermination. Based on the results of research using the t test, it was found that e-commercehad an effect on interest in entrepreneurship among students in the management studyprogram at Muhammadiyah Metro University. Knowledge of entrepreneurship has no effectand is not significant on interest in entrepreneurship among students in the managementstudy program at Muhammadiyah Metro University. From the f test, it was found that ecommerce and entrepreneurial knowledge together had a significant effect on interest inentrepreneurship among students in the management study program at MuhammadiyahMetro University.

Abstract

Banking that prioritizes social and environmental finance and the preservation of natural resources is known as "green banking". Man has an obligation to take care of the environment he has created through the preservation of the environment.  The objectives of this study are: (1) Knowing   the green banking program implemented by Bank Syariah Indonesia, and (2) knowing that the green banking program is implemented at Bank Syariah Indonesia.   Qualitative proximity and descriptive analysis become research models through literature study activities of similar research. The secondary data used came from the findings of other researchers. Thecomponents of data analysis activities are as follows: 1) reducing data, 2) presenting data, and 3) drawing conclusions.  According to research findings, Islamic banking in Indonesia has adopted environmentally friendly practices such as the efficiency of paper and electricity use, water use efficiency, waste management and reduction, and the efficiency of paper use and use.  The tauhid value of the Islamic economic system is upheld by Bank Syariah Indonesia's green banking model which is very similar to the green banking business model.
