Abstract

Objectives. This research was motivated by the lack of physical condition of volleyball players at SMPN 37, especially regarding physical endurance. This research aims to develop an endurance training model that will also increase the endurance of volleyball players at junior high school. This model was developed use the ADDIE model, analysis, planning, development, and implementation, which consists of 5 stages: analysis, planning, development, implementation, and evaluation. Materials and methods. These five stages are carried out through training program analysis, material analysis, and analysis of volleyball player characteristics. Then, the validation test was carried out by three validators, namely two expert team validators and one language validator. The practicality test was carried out by a volleyball coach and 12 volleyball players. After the model was categorized as valid and practical, an effectiveness test was carried out by carrying out a multistage fitness test (bleep test). Results. The results of research on the development of an aerobic training model for the endurance of volleyball players in the validity test obtained percentage data with an average of 86.19% categorized as very valid, practicality tests by volleyball coaches with a percentage of 90%, and players with a percentage of 83.88% categorized as very practical. In comparison, the effectiveness test was 83% in the very effective category. Conclusion. Based on the results obtained, the aerobic training model for endurance volleyball players is categorized as valid, practical, and effective, so it can be concluded that it can be applied to endurance volleyball players. This model is also an alternative form for trainers and teachers delivering material and exercises.

Abstract

The development model uses the ADDIE model which consists of 5 stages, namely, analysis (analyze), design (design), development (development), implementation (implementation), evaluation (evaluation). The five stages were carried out through material analysis and analysis of student characteristics. Then the validation test by 3 validators, practicality test by PJOK teachers and 10 basketball athletes, after the model is categorized as valid and practical, then the effectiveness test is carried out. The research results of researchers have been tested for validity, practicality and effectiveness. In the validity test conducted by the validator of this model, it obtained an average of 84.48% and was categorized as very valid. the practice of this model was carried out by a feasibility test, 1 teacher obtained a proportion of 92%, was considered very valid and 25 students who made a jump in achievement of 82% were categorized as complete. Based on this explanation, it can be concluded that this model is suitable for use in the long jump learning process at SMPN 02 Tebo Regency

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the stroke smash training method and the playing practice method on the smash ability of badminton players at SMP N 4 Koto Baru. This research is a type of quantitative research using an experimental method approach. While the form of research design used is "one-group pretest-posttest design". The population in this study were students of class VIII SMP N 4 Koto Baru with a total of 31 students. The samples in this study were male and female class VIII students who were in good health and had no history of serious illness and were willing to take part in the treatment during the research. The specified assessment that fulfilled was 19 people. The data analysis technique used in this study is the normality test and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the influence of the smash hitting training method on the smash ability of badminton players at SMP N 4 Koto Baru obtained t count of 2.1185 and t table of 1.8595 which means t count > t table. Based on the hypothesis testing criteria, namely Ho is accepted. So in this study it was concluded that there was an influence of the smash practice method on the smash ability of the badminton players of SMP N 4 Koto Baru which was accepted at a significant level of 0.05 and tested the truth in this study, the influence of the playing practice method on the smash ability of the badminton players of SMP N 4 Koto Baru gave the result t count of 3.1167 and t table of 1.8331, which means t count > t table. Based on the hypothesis testing criteria, namely Ha accepted. So in this study it was concluded that there was an influence of the playing practice method on the smash ability of badminton players at SMP N 4 Koto Baru and the truth was tested in this study. the results of the study between groups A and B had different improvement results, that group B was better than group A on the badminton smash ability of SMP N 4 Koto Baru players

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low physical condition of Deltra Sitiung II volleyball athletes. Efforts to overcome these problems require aerobic endurance training. This study aims to determine whether aerobic endurance training has a significant effect on the physical condition of Deltra volleyball athletes. This research is an experimental research type, while the research design used is a "one-group pretest-posttest design". The data collection technique used in this study was the Multistage Fitness Test. The data analysis technique used in this study is the normality test and t-test. In the data from the results of normality, the result is 0.017 which is normally distributed. And from the results of the t-test it can be seen that sig (2-tailed) is 0.000 <0.05, so it can be concluded that there is a significant difference between the physical condition after and before being given aerobic endurance training treatment

Abstract

The background of this research is the low kick speed of the PSHT Pencak Silat athletes from the UNDHARI Commissariat. Efforts to overcome these problems require training Leg Muscle Explosive Power and Waist Flexibility. This study aims to find out whether leg muscle explosive power training and waist flexibility have an effect on the sickle kick speed of PSHT pencak silat athletes. This research is a type of quantitative research using an experimental method approach. While the form of research design used is "one-group pretest-posttest design". The population of this study were all PSHT pencak silat athletes with a total of 10 sons and 10 daughters. The sample of this research is the PSHT PSHT commissariat UNDHARI athletes. The data collection technique used in this study used the leg muscle strength and waist flexibility tests. The data analysis technique used in this research is the normality test and hypothesis testing through SPSS 20 at the level of 0.05. The results of the research show that training on leg muscle explosive power and waist flexibility has a good influence on the results of the sickle kick speed of UNDHARI Commissariat PSHT pencak silat athletes, this can be seen from the pretest and posttest hypothesis test scores obtained from Commissariat PSHT pencak silat athletes. UNDHARI with gains of 0.001 and 0.002 for male athletes and female athletes. Based on the analysis performed, a significant value was obtained from the Explosive Power of the Leg Muscles and Waist Flexibility

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of elementary school students' mathematics content. The low student learning outcomes are caused by students having difficulty understanding mathematics materials, the lack of variation used in the use of learning models and the need for innovative and fun models in learning mathematics content, the lack of response and enthusiasm of students in learning mathematics so that students' motivation becomes low and interest in learning mathematics students also become low. The purpose of this study was to determine what points are related to the influence of the snowball throwing cooperative learning model on the learning outcomes of elementary school students' mathematics content. This type used the method of the literature study. This study examined 11 article and 1 theses. From several journals that have been studied by the author, the results show that: The snowball throwing type of cooperative learning model has an effect on the effectiveness of student learning, the snowball throwing type cooperative learning model makes students motivated to learn, the snowball throwing type cooperative learning model can make students have interest in learning.
