Abstract

Financial recording and reporting are very important in a company. SKPD is works unit of the region government in the capacity of budged user/commodity user. Each and every region work unit provide information about financial recording and reporting. In this study the object taken at Department of Marine and Fishery of North Sulawesi Province.  This study aims to show how financial recording and reporting appropriate with government regulation number 71 yaer  2010 cornerning governmental accounting standard ang internal affairs minister regulation number 57 year 2007 concerning regional financial management and to identify constraint which is faced by department of marine and fishery of north Sulawesi province. The research method used is qualitative method by collecting financial report, general overview of the company, and analyze financial recording and reporting. The results showed that the financial recording and reporting the Department of Marine and Fishery of North Sulawesi Province is not in accordance with the regulation No. 71 year 2010 concerning Governmental Accounting Standards for the presentation are not included Cash Flow Statement, Statement of Changes Equity, Statement of Changes in Balance Budget Surplus, and operational reports.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of the internal controls weaknesses, non-compliance with the laws and regulations and the settlement of regional losses against  granting BPK-RI audit opinion on LKPD in Indonesia. The sample in this study amounted to  230 LKPD 2014 throughout Indonesia and used multinominal logistic regression analysis. This study used secondary data which obtained by the Information and Communication Centre (PIK) BPK-RI. The results showed that the  accounting controls and reporting system weaknesses (KSPAP), theimplementation system of the budget revenue and expenditure weaknesses, the non-compliance with laws and regulations that cause  value of local losses influence the granting BPK-RI audit opinion. The internal control structure weaknesses, adherence to laws and regulations that lead to the potential loss of area, a lack of revenues and irregularities in the administration and the settlement of regional losses do not affect granting BPK-RI audit opinion on LKPD. Abstract

In a government organization requires the existence of an internal control system because with the existence of  an internal control system, activities carried out by government agencies are more directed and avoid fraud and safe guard the company’s assets from irresponsible parties. The object in this study is the Regional Revenue Service of South Minahasa Regency. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of the internal control system on the performance of government agencies in the Regional Revenue Service of South Minahasa Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Results of research internal control systems applied Government Institution in Regional tax and Retribution Management Agency of South Minahasa Regency are less effective. The achievement of Revenues and realization of Regions in 2016 is less effective because the regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency was only formed in early 2016.Keywords: Effectiveness, Internal Control

Abstract

Tax Evasion is a major problem in the Indonesian economics which related to state tax income. To know the perception of tax evasion done by taxpayers, we can observe it from the perception of future taxpayers like college student. The method used in this research is descriptive method, in the way of analyzing each data and then presented based on narrative data groups for conclusion to be mades. The result of this research is prospective student taxpayers of Politeknik Negeri Manado see that tax evasion from perceptions of tax system, feeling of justice and discrimination as an unreasonable act against the law.Keywords : Perception, Student, Prospective Student Future Taxpayers, Tax, Tax Evasion

Abstract

There are three main objectives in government accounting, namely accountability, managerial and supervision. Government accountability is a manifestation of providing information about actions or activities of government financial management during that period. Village Fund Allocation comes from Transfer income sourced from the central and regional financial balance received by the district / city. This research was conducted in the village of Tikela Tombulu, Minahasa regency. in this study using a qualitative method of descriptive approach. The description was obtained through measurement by comparing the Minister of Home Affairs regulation number 113 year 2014 with actual field activities. The results based on the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation number 113 year 2014 indicate that the management of village fund allocations in Tikela is accountable and transparent. But there is still an implementation phase that needs to be improved to the principle of transparency. But it is also supported by people who actively participate in making rural development.Keywords: village fund management, accountability

Abstract

The credit provided by PT SulutGo Bank is very helpful to the community in obtaining its business capital. The problems that often arise in credit are bad debts, and this risks the smooth operation of the bank. This research aims to determine the application of accounting information systems in supporting the internal control of micro business credit financing at PT SulutGo Bank to get a clear picture of this application. This research uses descriptive analysis method. The type of data used in this research is qualitative data. The result showed that the application of the micro finance credit information systems at PT SulutGo Bank has been carried out well and has supported the internal control of micro business credit financing. This is indicated by elements of the accounting information system that supports each component of internal control. Keywords:  application of accounting information system, internal control

Abstract

Regional Tax is one of the biggest revenues of the regional government. To optimize local tax revenue, it is necessary to see the effectiveness and efficiency of the regional tax. The objectives of this study are (1) to determine the level of effectiveness of local tax revenues in North Sulawesi Province in 2013-2017 (2) to determine the level of efficiency of local tax revenues in North Sulawesi Province in 2013-2017. This research was carried out at the Office of the North Sulawesi Province Tax and Retribution Management Agency (BP2RD). The analytical method used in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis. The research results obtained are that local tax revenue from 2013-2017 has the highest variation in revenues in 2017 at 107.65% and the lowest in 2015 amounted to 91.66%. The level of effectiveness and efficiency of local tax revenues in North Sulawesi Province from 2013-2017 is very effective and efficient.Keywords: Local Tax, Effectiveness, Efficient

Abstract

Accounting information systems are the main formal system in most companies. Accounting information systems have an important role in lending in which companies can see the effectiveness of accounting systems in lending. The aim of the study was to find out how the procedure for granting credit at the Koppelog Bulog Manado. The results showed that the accounting information systems in giving credit to the Koppelog Bulog Manado was quite effective, but it was just that the lack of good quality resources  in Koppelog Bulog Manado was due to the average level of education of employees who were not very skilled in their field.Keywords : Accounting information systems, Procedure for granting, Credit

Abstract

Activity Based Costing (ABC) is a simple calculation system to determine the cost of a product / service on the basis that it is the activity that causes the cost to arise, not from the product and the product that consumes the activity, the indirect costs can be determined through the activity it passes and the costs for each activity are then charged the product on the basis of consumption of each product in the activity. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of the cost of vehicle rental using Activity Based Costing method at PT Serasi Autoraya. This study uses descriptive analysis method, which is done by interviews and documentation. The results showed a comparison between the methods used by PT Serasi Autoraya and the application of Activity Based Costing System. For the calculation of the cost of the rental vehicle using Activity Based Costing System, namely for the type of Avanza car Rp. 3,710,271 and for Innova cars Rp. 6,567,413. There is a lower price difference between the calculation of PT Serasi Auotaraya and the results of calculations using Activity Based Costing System, namely for the Avanza Rp. 1,864,750 and for the Innova type there is a difference in the price of Rp. 1,313,728.Keywords: cost of rental service vehicle, Activity Based Costing System

Abstract

Income tax Article 21 is tax on earnings in the form of wages, salaries, honorarium, benefits, and other payments by the name and in any form in connection with employment or Office, services, and activities performed by those Taxpayers persons in the country. On the basis that's then Government agencies or companies give salary to employees is obliged to apply the calculation and reporting of income tax Article 21 and received by employees correctly. This research was conducted on the company that is responsible for contracting i.e. PT. Samerot Tri Putra, the goal in this study was to analyze the calculation and reporting of income tax Article 21 carried out by PT. Samerot Tri Putra does were in accordance with Act No. 36 year 2008 about income tax. This research uses descriptive research methods with qualitative approaches. The results of this research show that the calculation and reporting of income tax Article 21 carried out by PT. Samerot Tri Putra has been in accordance with Act No. 36 year 2008 about income tax.Keywords: Analysis, Reporting, Income Tax Article 21
