Abstract

Policy for Information Technology (IT) implementation on Higher Ed. Institution should be supported by an analysis about the impact of IT Implementation on Higher Ed. Institution Productivity. IT Implementation tends to be a trend for nowadays Institution, where almost all of them are doing IT Implementation without cares for the high cost and resources spent on it. Which result will be a failure in IT investment because of a rash policy and decision for IT Implementation made by institution board director.IT Productivity Paradox is a relatively new perspective in IT Governance which purpose is to identify the contribution of IT to productivity. The natures of IT Implementation are high cost and plenty of people involved in it, which raise a question for policymaker whether cost and resource allocated for IT Implementation, is a success or a failure investment. The purpose of this research is to develop a conceptual model that explain all variable which impacted IT Implementation on increasing Productivity of Higher Ed. Institution by using direct and indirect approaches. We hope by using this model, Institution board director will be able to avoid and minimized the failure of IT Implementation investment or prevent the happenings of IT Productivity Paradox.

Abstract

Rapid technology advancement requires some business actors to change their habits. Koperasi karyawan Coca Cola is a conventional employee cooperative that has not implemented specific systems to manage its financial data. Problems arise when there is a need to change the daily transactional data in the previous month or even the previous year. In this study, we designed and implemented an accounting information system to facilitate the processing of its financial data until balance reports. In addition, we also added a new menu, a balance list recalculation for the purpose of upholding data integrity which may change due to changes in daily transactional data in the previous month or previous year. The result shows that the accounting information systems that has been developed and implemented is very helpful by shortening the time required by financial staff in managing daily transactional data and generating monthly accounting reports.

Abstract

Perkembangan bisnis dan teknologi informasi harus diantisipasi oleh profesi hukum atau kantor hukum.Terdapat dua bidang inovasi yang harus di kembangkan oleh kantor hukum yakni layanan jasa hukum (legal service) dan proses layanan jasa hukum (legal process). Pada bidang legal services, yang awalnya hanya di bidang litigasi idealnya berkembang di bidang non-litigasi (2) Segi legal process, metode konvensional harus diubah dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi. Kegiatan penerapan legal service dan legal process dilaksanakan pada dua mitra yakni SM&B Law Office dan Alam & Rekan. Metode pelaksanaan melalui (1) Focus Group Discusion (FGD) dengan beberapa kantor hukum, (2) pelatihan layanan jasa hukum non-litigasi berupa legal due diligence, (3) pengenalan penggunaan sistem infomasi layanan jasa hukum berbasis teknologi informasi Virtual Law Office (VIRLO). Hasil dari FGD, pelatihan dan sosialisasi penggunaan sistem infomasi jasa hukum ditemukan (1) peta kebutuhan layanan jasa hukum dari para mitra (2) bidang layanan jasa hukum non-litigasi berbentuk legal due diligence. (3) penggunaan sistem informasi VIRLO pada kantor hukum mitra (4) upaya peningkatan pendapatan dan efisiensi layanan jasa hukum pada kantor hukum mitra melalui pengembangan legal services dan legal process berbasis teknologi informasi. Dari pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dihasilkan (1) pengembangan layanan jasa hukum non litigasi pada mitra berupa legal due diligence. (2) layanan jasa hukum yang diberikan oleh mitra semakin efisien dengan penggunaan sistem informasi VIRLO. (3) terjadi peningkatan pendapatan dan efisiensi pada kantor hukum mitra melalui pengembangan legal services dan legal process berbasis teknologi informasi

Abstract

As per customary in Indonesia, most of Middle School doesn't have special personel for Information Technology, especially on Internet using Wireless Network Management. Even though Indonesian Govenrments policy clearly inclined to using Internet for supporting teaching and learning activities in school. UNBK (Ujian Nasional Berbasis Komputer) indirectly forcing school to provide a fullset computer laboratory which connected to World Wide Web using Internet connection. Thus, the Internet connection can only be used by student and teacher inside computer laboratory only, there are no wireless internet connection that can be used in classroom. Our purpose in this PPM is to provide design and implementation for wireless network topology using Mikrotik Router RB450 and TPLink Access Point to maximized Internet connection usage in several classroom which aren't connected yet.

Abstract

Mitra pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah SMA Wijaya Putra Surabaya. Permasalahan Mitra, yaitu: 1)Guru belum memaksimalkan penggunaan materi digital; 2)Guru mengalami kebingungan mengelolah perangkat pembelajaran daring; 3)Peserta didik mengalami kebingungan belajar karena berbagai aplikasi pembelajaran daring yang dipergunakan guru; 4)Pimpinan sekolah tidak dapat memonitoring kegiatan belajar karena aplikasi pembelajaran daring yang dipergunakan berbeda-beda. Metode menyelesaikan masalah, yaitu: 1)Pelatihan dan pendampingan Guru pembuatan materi digital pada aplikasi pembelajaran daring; 2)Pembuatan aplikasi LMS berupa Virtual Class untuk pembelajaran daring; 3)Pelatihan dan pendampingan Guru dan Peserta Didik dalam penggunaan aplikasi Virtual Class pembelajaran daring; 4)Pelatihan dan pendampingan Pimpinan Sekolah dalam memonitoring pembelajaran daring aplikasi Virtual Class. Pelaksanaan program, yaitu: 1)Koordinasi mitra dalam perancangan materi digital dan storyboard aplikasi Virtual Class; 2)Pelatihan dan pendampingan pembuatan materi digital menggunakan aplikasi Power Point, Kinemaster, dan Google; 3)Pembuatan LMS berupa aplikasi Virtual Class; 4)Pelatihan dan pendampingan aplikasi Virtual Class bagi guru dan peserta didik; 5)Pelatihan dan pendampingan pimpinan sekolah memonitoring pembelajaran daring aplikasi Virtual Class. Evaluasi kegiatan dilakukan setiap selesai pelatihan dan pendampingan serta keberlanjutan dilakukan minimal 2 bulan sekali dalam 1 tahun setelah program selesai dilakukan. Diharapkan SMA di Kota Surabaya yang memiliki permasalahan tentang media pembelajaran dapat diberikan Training of Trainers oleh SMA Wijaya Putra Surabaya.

Abstract

Peramalan curah hujan diperlukan untuk membantu memprediksi awal musim karena anomali cuaca yang sering terjadi saat ini. Pada penelitian ini kami melakukan peramalan curah hujan dasarian di Sumenep menggunakan metode inferensi fuzzy Tsukamoto. Hasil peramalan curah hujan dengan metode inferensi fuzzy Tsukamoto memiliki akurasi yang baik dengan nilai MAPE 10,64%. Peramalan dengan fuzzy Tsukamoto dapat memprediksi awal musim kemarau yaitu pada Dasarian 3 bulan April tahun 2020. Adapun prediksi awal musim hujan adalah Dasarian 2 di bulan November 2020.

Abstract

Employee Cooperative Coca Cola SIER provides several service for its members. One of it is convenience in buying staple which can be paid using cash or credit, another one is the ease of applying for a loan with lower interest. The cooperative officers also need to write income statement and balance sheet report for all of its activities. Especially reports on salary cuts, store transaction paid by credits and loan payment by its member. All of this process is done individually thus the cooperative management wants to integrate all of them into several information systems with interconnected database. Our purpose in this research is to find the interconnected point, shared member’s data and automatic entry of daily journal of store transaction paid in credits, and implement it into the information system.

Abstract

Pembelajaran harus tetap berlangsung, walaupun terjadi bencana pandemic yang menjadikan pemerintah menerapakan pembatasan tatap muka pada dunia pendidikan. Solusi yang dianggap tepat adalah pembelajaran daring yang dilakukan seara virtual memalui aplikasi virtual yang tersedia. Pada rumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah pengembangan pembelajaran daring menggunakan Virtual Class untuk meningkatkan keaktifan mahasiswa pada perkuliahan daring di Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Surabaya serta kendala-kendala yang mungkin ditemui dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan perkuliahan daring tersebut. Berdasarkan rumusan masalah tersebut, maka tujuan penelitian, ialah: 1)Mengembangkan aplikasi media pembelajaran daring; 2)Meningkatkan minat belajar, berdiskusi tanya jawab, dan mengerjakan tugas pada media pembelajaran daring; 3)Melakukan identifikasi terhadap penggunaan media pembelajaran daring. Metode penelitian yang dipergunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survey. Responden merupakan dosen dan mahasiswa aktif semester gasal tahun akademik 2021/2022 dari Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Surabaya. Analisa kuesioner pada penggunaan media pembelajaran daring menggunakan aplikasi Virtual Class untuk dosen sebesar 92,3% sedangkan untuk mahasiswa sebesar 94,3% maka berada dalam kualifikasi sangat baik. Hasil dari peningkatan penggunaan aplikasi Virtual Class tersebut dalam perkuliahan daring dapat digunakan sebagai acuan dalam pembuatan pedoman perkuliahan daring pada STIE Surabaya di masa pandemi Covid-19. Media pembelajaran daring yang dimiliki STIE Surabaya beralamatkan https://sties.vclass.id merupakan media pembelajaran daring yang memberikan pengalaman belajar menyenangkan, mudah, paperless dan fleksibel. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah: 1)Pelaksanaan perkuliahan pada STIE Surabaya menggunakan media pembelajaran daring aplikasi Virtual Class berjalan baik dengan kualitas produk kategori sangat baik; 2)Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran daring aplikasi Virtual Class yang dipergunakan STIE Surabaya mampu meningkatkan keaktifan perkuliahan.

Abstract

Currently, Desa Beton Kec. Menganti , Gresik does not yet have a village website so that the existence and potential of the village are not well known to the public. The development of a village website is one way to introduce the village to the wider community. The professionalism of employees is very much needed for the success of a village organization. Therefore, there is a need for supervision to be able to maintain and improve the professionalism of employees, especially in Beton Village. Therefore, in this program, we aim to: (1) develop a village website as a medium of information and a forum for independent community service and (2) conduct job analysis as a source of information for improving the performance of the apparatus. The results of this service program are (1) Beton Village has a website that can be used to make it easier to get information in the form of the latest news related to tourist villages in the village so that it can attract many parties to visit Beton Village and also develop self-service, (2) the results of the evaluation of the job analysis are that every position in Beton Village has carried out its duties, obligations and functions by adhering to the Perka BKN applicable in Indonesia.

Abstract

Semanggi Village has several SMEs related to clover such as clover pecel, clover cake, clover clover and other small businesses. Partners in this service program are MSME entrepreneurs in the Semanggi Village area. The problems experienced by MSME entrepreneurs there include: (1) the lack of ability of target partners to marketing media, (2) public knowledge of the types of processed clover is still limited. This service program aims to develop the Semanggi Village website as a forum for various information related to Semanggi Village and as a digital media for marketing MSME products in Semanggi Village. The method used is a qualitative approach that focuses on the development of soft skills and critical thinking skills produced through assistance in using the website. Website development is expected to improve and maximize the marketing of typical products from Semanggi Village and hone critical thinking for target partners in Semanggi Hamlet, RW.03, Sememi Village. The results of this service program include: (1) the creation of the Semanggi Village website as a forum for information and also online marketing; (2) RW03 youth groups are able to understand and master how to manage and develop websites that have been created.
