Abstract

This research is based on the importance of employee performance in achieving agency goals. Factors that can affect the performance of these employees include job training and compensation. The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is an effect of job training and compensation on whether compensation has an effect on the performance of the Bengkulu City Fire and Rescue Service employees. In this research, the type of research is quantitative, which means the type of research based on the philosophy of positivism, is used to examine certain populations or samples. The population in this study were employees of the Bengkulu City Fire and Rescue Service and the sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. The number of respondents in this study were 110 employees of the Bengkulu City Fire and Rescue Service. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. By using multiple linear regression analysis technique, the results of this study can be concluded that the job training variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims 1) To analyze the effect of Brand Trust on purchasing decisions at Duo sister hijab. 2) To analyze the influence of Electronic Word of Mouth on purchasing decisions in Duo sister hijab. 3) To analyze the influence of Brand Trust and Electronic Word of Mouth on purchasing decisions at Duo sister hijab. This type of research is a quantitative and quantitative approach. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The population in this study were all consumers of Duo Sister Hijab. Based on the results of research on the relationship between electronic word of mouth and brand trust with purchasing decisions on Duo sister hijab, the following conclusions can be drawn: 1) There is a positive and significant influence of brand trust (X1) on purchasing decisions (Y) Duo sister hijab Bengkulu. 2) There is a positive influence of electronic word of mouth (X2) on purchasing decisions (Y Duo sister hijab Bengkulu Regency. 3) Brand trust and electronic word of mouth together affect the performance of Duo sister hijab Bengkulu Regency. Abstract

ABSTRAK Di masa pandemi covid-19 ini remaja banyak menghabiskan waktu di rumah, dan beberapa remaja tidak berminat untuk memulai usaha, padahal sebagai tunas bangsa para pemuda pemudi Indonesia adalah asset terpenting bagi Negara untuk memajukan Indonesia. Terutama untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup remaja ,masyarakat dan Negara. Masih terdapat banyak masyarakat Indonesia menghabiskan masa muda hanya untuk kesenangan pribai dan hal ini membuat masa depan mereka tidak mempunyai arah dan sulit mendapat pekerjaaan yang sesuai dengan skill mereka. Metode pelaksanaan yang dipilih oleh tim pengabdi yaitu pendampingan dan pelatihan, untuk menambah wawasan dan menumbuhkan semangat jiwa Wirausaha pelaku, Menambah pengetahuan peserta pelatihan tentang bagaimana kewirausahaan dan pengaplikasian pemasaran digital, mengetahui cara pembuatan pembukuan sederhana. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat tentang Pelatihan kewirausahaan untuk para remaja Di Desa Tanah Abang Guna Menerapkan GNRM Dan Meningkatkan Kemampuan Jiwa Wirausaha kegiatan pengabdian ini mendapat respon yang positif. Melalui Kegiatan ini peserta diberikan motivasi untuk menumbuhkan jiwa semangat berwirausaha yang tinggi dan optimal, untuk mengubah paradigma berpikir menjadi seorang entrepreneur muda yang sukses. Kata Kunci: Kewirausahaan, Usaha ABSTRACT In this time of the COVID-19 pandemic, teenagers spend a lot of time at home, and there are still many teenagers who don't want to be entrepreneurs even though as the nation's buds, Indonesian youth are important assets for social and national life to improve the quality of life for the community and the country. spend their youth for meaningless pleasures which can make their future devoid of direction in life and difficult to get a job. The implementation method chosen by the service team is mentoring and training, to add insight and foster the entrepreneurial spirit of actors, increase the knowledge of training participants about entrepreneurship and the application of digital marketing, know how to make simple bookkeeping. Community Service Activities on Entrepreneurship Training for Youth in Tanah Abang Village to Implement GNRM and Improve Entrepreneurial Spirit Capabilities This service activity received a positive response. This activity gave participants the motivation to have a high entrepreneurial spirit, changing the paradigm of thinking to become an entrepreneur. Keywords: Entrepreneurship, Business.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of leadership style, work discipline, and work performance loyalty of employees at the South Bengkulu Health Office. This type of research is quantitative research. The sample in this study were 30 employees at the South Bengkulu Health Office. Data collection techniques were observation, documentation and questionnaires. The processed data was analyzed using the SPSS 25 formula. Based on the results of partial simultaneous research, there is an influence between leadership style, work discipline and loyalty on employee performance at the South Bengkulu Health Office and it can be seen from the results of the study that 66.1% of employee performance is influenced by leadership style, work discipline and loyalty.

Abstract

This research is based on the importance of a sense of employee performance in achieving company goals. Factors that can affect employee performance include work placement, work environment, and work motivation. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work placement, work environment and work motivation on the performance of employees at PT. Laras Prima Sakti, Seluma branch. This study uses a quantitative approach. Quantitative research method is research that is systematic, structured, and composed from the beginning to the end of the research. The population in this study are employees of PT. Laras Prima Sakti Seluma branch and sampling using the Saturated Sample method. Based on multiple linear regression, we get the form of the regression equation Y=49.021+0.301X1+0.462X2+0.285X3 and the magnitude of this effect can be seen from the coefficient of determination or R Square (R2) = 0.532, which is 53.2% while the remaining is 46.8%. influenced by other variables outside the research. Furthermore, work placement has a significant effect on employee performance. This is supported by the results of Multiple Linear Regression of 0.301, and the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance. This is supported by the results of Multiple Linear Regression of 0.462, and work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. This is supported by the results of Multiple Linear Regression of 0.285. with a probability (sig) of 0.000 <alpha 0.05 has a value of Fcount Fcount > Ftable (0.000 > 3.14). As well as work placement, work environment and work motivation partially have a significant effect on employee performance with a probability value (sig) of each variable, namely work placement (X1) with probability (sig) 0.011 <alpha 0.05 has a value of tcount> ttable (2.648 >1.999), work environment variable (X2) with probability (sig) 0.041 <alpha 0.05 has a tcount > ttable (2.095 >1.999), work motivation variable (X3) with probability (sig) 0.020 <alpha 0.05 has tcount > ttable (2.401 > 1.999). Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of facilities, trust and service quality on customer satisfaction at Hotel Kusuma (Case Study on Kusuma Putri Hijau Hotel Employees, North Bengkulu). This type of research uses a quantitative descriptive research method. The population used in this study are consumers who rent or stay at Hotel Kusuma. The number of respondents in this study were 85 people. The data collection method uses a questionnaire and uses analytical techniques using multiple linear regression analysis tests and hypothesis testing, namely the t test and f test. Based on the results of multiple linear regression, the regression equation Y = 1.247 + 0.119X1 + 0.133X2 + 0.106X3 and the results of the t test and f test of this study can be concluded that facilities have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, this is evidenced by the results of the t test showing the value of t_hit> t_table (2.497 > 1.989) and (sig α = 0.01 <0.05). This means H_0 is rejected and H_a is accepted. Trust has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, this is evidenced by the results of the t test showing the value of t_hit>t_table (2.437 > 1.989) and (sig α = 0.03 <0.05). This means H_0 is rejected and H_a is accepted. Service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, this is evidenced by the results of the t test showing the value of t_hit>t_table (2.510 > 1.989) and (sig α = 0.01 <0.01). Facilities (X_1), trust (X2) and service quality (X3) together have a significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y) at the Kusuma Hotel, this is evidenced by the F test showing the value of F_count>F_table, namely (27.554 > 2, 72) and (sig α = 0.000 <0.05). This means H_0 is rejected and H_a is accepted. Keywords: facilities, trust and service quality on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini didasari pentingnya pengembangan karir karyawan guna untuk menghasilkan karyawan yang berkualitas. Responden penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Sandabi Indah Lestari Seluma yang berjumlah 100 orang, dengan metode pengambilan sampel yaitu simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel motivasi dan pengalaman kerja secara simultan atau bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengembangan karir karyawan PT. Sandabi Indah Lestari Seluma dengan nilai probabilitas (sig) 0.000 < 0.05. Serta motivasi dan pengalaman kerja secara parsial atau sendiri-sendiri berpengaruh terhadap pengembangan karir karyawan PT. Sandabi Indah Lestari Seluma dengan nilai probabilitas (sig) masing- masing variabel motivasi dengan nilai probabilitas (sig) 0.004 < 0.05 berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengembangan karir karyawan dan pengalaman kerja dengan nilai probabilitas (sig) 0.000 < 0.05 berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengembangan karir karyawan.
