Abstract

Indonesia merupakan Negara yang memiliki jutaan tenaga honorer di berbagai sektor. Selama ini, tenaga honorer tidak memiliki jenjang karir yang jelas. Topik mengenai tenaga honorer selalu hangat diperbicangkan, tenaga honorerpun berharap mendapatkan angin segar terhadap nasib mereka yang tidak memiliki jenjang karir maupun tunjangan selayaknya PNS pada umumnya. Beberapa penelitian telah mengkaji bagaimana hubungan antara Self disclosure dan konsep diri terhadap mahasiswa, remaja difable maupun Self disclosure melalui media. Namun demikian belum ada penelitian yang terkonsentrasi pada konsep diri dan Self disclosure atau keterbukaan diri tenaga honorer ketika mereka berkomunikasi dengan PNS. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran konsep diri dan self disclosure pegawai honorer dalam berkomunikasi interpersonal dengan pegawai negeri sipil. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. subjek pada penelitian ini adalah pegawai honorer yang telah bekerja kurang lebih selama lima tahun. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara mendalam dan studi literatur. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu dengan mereduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa konsep diri subjek dalam berkomunikasi dengan pegawai negeri sipil cenderung positif. Self disclosure subjek dalam berkomunikasi dengan pegawai negeri sipil cenderung rendah sehingga komunikasi interpersonal yang lebih dalam jarang terjadi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui bagaimana, Pengaruh Terpaan Iklan Media Online Produk Wardah Terhadap Prilaku Mahasiswi Fakultas Ilmu Sosial Dan Ilmu Politik Universitas Islam Makassar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui survey dan kuesioner google form dengan analisis data menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linear Sederhana bantuan SPSS versi 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh terpaan iklan media online produk wardah terhadap perilaku mahasiswi Fakultas Ilmu Sosial Dan Ilmu Politik Universitas Islam Makassar sehingga H0 ditolak karena tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan dan Ha diterima karena memberikan pengaruh positif yang kuat dan signifikan terhadap minat beli produk wardah, besar pengaruh yang diberikan sebesar 79,8% dengan taraf sig. 0.000<0,005. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar  20,2% dipengaruhi faktor lain.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran kameramen LPP TVRI Sulawesi Selatan dalam meningkatkan pemahaman etika pengambilan gambar di kalangan milenial dan faktor penghambat dalam penerapan etika pengambilan gambar di kalangan milenial. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Data yang diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik wawancara dilakukan kepada 30 informan yang terdiri dari 10 orang karyawan LPP TVRI Sulawesi Selatan, 10 orang kalangan milenial yang pernah terlibat langsung di LPP TVRI Sulawesi Selatan dan 10 orang yang tidak pernah terlibat langsung di LPP TVRI Sulawesi Selatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran kameramen LPP TVRI Sulawesi Selatan dalam meningkatkan pemahaman etika pengambilan gambar sangat dirasakan oleh kalangan milenial yang pernah terlibat langsung di LPP TVRI Sulawesi Selatan. Namun untuk kalangan milenial yang tidak pernah terlibat langsung di LPP TVRI Sulawesi Selatan mereka tidak merasakan peranan dari kameramen bahkan hampir semua informan menyatakan tidak mengetahui etika pengambilan gambar. Kurangnya penerapan etika pengambilan gambar di kalangan milenial membuat rendahnya kesadaran menghormati hak privasi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how, the effect of exposure to online media advertisements for Wardah products on thebehavior of students at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Makassar Islamic University. The type of researchused is quantitative research with data collection techniques through surveys and google form questionnaires with dataanalysis using Simple Linear Regression Analysis with the help of SPSS version 20. The results show that the influence ofexposure to online media advertisements for Wardah products on the behavior of students of the Faculty of Social andPolitical Sciences Makassar Islamic University so that H0 is rejected because there is no significant effect and Ha isaccepted because it has a strong and significant positive influence on buying interest in Wardah products, the effectgiven is 79.8% with a sig level. 0.000<0.005. While the remaining 20.2% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of LPP TVRI South Sulawesi cameramen in increasing the understanding of shooting ethics among millennials and the inhibiting factors in the application of shooting ethics among millennials. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data was obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation. The interview technique was conducted on 30 informants consisting of 10 employees of LPP TVRI South Sulawesi, 10 millennials who have been directly involved in LPP TVRI South Sulawesi, and 10 people who have never been directly involved in LPP TVRI South Sulawesi. The results of the study indicate the role of LPP TVRI South Sulawesi cameramen in improving the understanding of shooting ethics This is felt by millennials who have been directly involved in LPP TVRI South Sulawesi. But for millennials who have never been directly involved in LPP TVRI South Sulawesi, did not feel the role of the cameraman even though almost all of the informants stated that they did not know the ethics of taking pictures. Lack of application of ethics shooting among millennials creates a low awareness of respecting the right to privacy.

Abstract

 This study aims to determine the effect of Avoskin's viral content on social media tiktok on consumptive behavior of tiktok users in Makassar City. The method in this study uses a type of quantitative research. The population in this study is the people of Makassar City totaling 512,764 people aged 15-34 years. The sample in this study amounted to 100 people who were determined by the Slovin formula with a 10% inaccuracy allowance with data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed by researchers and data processing using simple regression analysis with the help of the SPSS ver 25 program. The results showed that the correlation test value was 0.461, the calculated value of the t test was 5.139 > ttable 1.983 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Then the coefficient of determination is 0.212 or 21.2% as seen from R Square while the remaining 78.8% is influenced by other factors. From the results of the data analysis it can be concluded that there is an influence of Avoskin's viral content on the social media tiktok on consumptive behavior of tiktok users in Makassar City.

Abstract

The 2019 student protests prompt the question of whether access to political news affects political participation, with political knowledge serving as a moderating factor. It is suggested that access to political news, as a source of political education for students, may have an impact on political participation. When students who are well-informed have access to political news, they are likely to engage in higher levels of political participation, with political knowledge acting as a moderating variable in this relationship. This study aims to investigate the relationship between access to political news, political knowledge, and political participation (both online and offline) among students. This is the first time that political knowledge is being analyzed as a factor that may amplify the effect of access to political news on participation. This study is a quantitative survey research that was administered to 465 students in Makassar. Of the participants, 64.7% were female (N = 301) and 35.3% were male (N = 164) with an average age of 20.54 (SD = 1.80). The data was analyzed using multiple regression analysis by entering predictor variables and interaction variables, where the predictor variable is multiplied to determine the moderating effect of each predictor on the outcome variable. It found that access to political news is a significant predictor of both types of political participation, and that political knowledge moderates this relationship. This study conluded that political knowledge can act as a counter to potentially misleading information and news, furthermore with sufficient knowledge accumulation will result in real participation, both online and offline.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine whether the advertising message of Tokopedia, with the theme "Ciptakan Peluangmu" influences business interest among teenagers during the pandemic in the city of Makassar. The research method used is quantitative research, with a population of 338,444 teenagers aged 18-29 in Makassar. The sample size used is 100 individuals. The primary data collection technique involves using a questionnaire through the Google Forms platform, while secondary data is obtained through observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research is simple linear regression analysis, conducted using the SPSS version 25 software. The results of this research indicate that the advertising message has a significant influence on business interest among teenagers during the pandemic in Makassar. With a calculated t-value of 7.473 > the tabled t-value of 1.671, the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected, and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. This means that there is an influence of the advertising message of Tokopedia, with the theme "Ciptakan Peluangmu" on business interest among teenagers during the pandemic in Makassar, with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Based on the coefficient of determination, which indicates the magnitude of the influence of the advertising message on teenagers in Makassar, it is found to be 0.491 or 49.1%. This means that 49.1% of the business interest among teenagers in Makassar during the pandemic can be attributed to the advertising message. The remaining 50.9% is influenced by other factors.
