Abstract

Hasil survey pendahuluan di Puskesmas Manganitu, terdapat 18 desa dan semua desa melaksanakan program Sanitasi Total Berbasis Masyarakat (STBM). Pada tahun 2017 dari 18 desa, baru 2 desa yang telah mendeklarasikan program STBM dengan 5 pilar, yaitu desa Hiung dan Talaorane I. Untuk pemiciuan STBM sudah dilaksanakan oleh 16 desa yang lain tetapi belum melaksanakan deklarasi. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk menganalisis tingkat keberhasilan pelaksanaan Program STBM di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Manganitu. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian deskriptif. Poulasi adalah Semua desa yang ada di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Manganitu sebanyak 18 desa, dan yang menjadi sampel yaitu masyarakat yang sudah melaksanakan pemicuan dan sudah melaksanakan deklarasi Stop BABS yaitu masyarakat yang ada di Taloarane I Kecamatan Manganitu Kabupaten Kepulauan Sangihe. Hasil penelitian yaitu Tingkat kepuasan terhadap program STBM Pilar I yaitu 80% responden merasa puas dan 20% responden tidak merasa puas. Keberhasilan Program STBM Pilar I yaitu 93,3% program STBM berhasil dan hanya 6,7% program STBM tidak berhasil. Kesimpulan : Tingkat kepuasan terhadap program STBM Pilar I yaitu 80% responden merasa puas dan 20% responden tidak merasa puas. Keberhasilan Program STBM Pilar I yaitu 93,3% program STBM berhasil dan hanya 6,7% program STBM tidak berhasil. Saran : Bagi Puskesmas Manganitu agar selalu melakukan evaluasi bagi masyarakat yang masih membuang tinja di sungai, dan selalu memberikan penyuluhan tentang bahaya serta dampak buruk bagi kesehatan dan lingkungan jika membuang tinja di sungai dan bagi Pemerintah Desa Taloarane I Kecamatan Manganitu agar memberikan pendampingan, teguran dan sanksi bagi masyarakat yang selalu membuang tinja disungai.

Abstract

Good nutritional status is one determinant of the quality of human resources (HR) .Qualified human resources are characterized by strong physical , mental strength,good health and a master of science and technology . Some of the indicators thatmeasure the quality of human resources is the high and low levels of economic ,health and education. This study aims to determine the effect of a balanced dietcounseling on nutrient intake, nutritional status and student achievement SMKSangkub Bolaang North Mongondow.This research is a quasi experimental ( quasi experiment ) with the design of the Preand Post -test one group design . The timing of the June to July 2013 . Number ofsamples 50 were determined by purposive sampling . Data processing with SPSSversion 18.0.Teknik data analysis using univariate analysis to determine differencesbetween variables using t-test and bivariate analyzes to determine the effect of thestudy variables using paired sample t - test .The results of the analysis sample paired t - test counseling effect on energy intake ofa balanced diet significant difference p = 0.009 is smaller than t p = 0.005. Whereasprotein intake is known p = 0.482 ,which means there is no effect on the intake of abalanced diet counseling protein ( p > 0.05 ). For IMT (Nutritional status ) are notknown to influence where p > 0.05 ( p = 0.174 ). Student achievement before andafter studies found a significant difference p = 0.000 is smaller than t p = 0.05 . Noconclusions on the effect of counseling balanced food energy intake , but had noeffect on protein intake, there was no effect on the nutritional status and no influenceon student learning prestasil SMK Sangkub Bolaang North Mongondow

Abstract

Regular physical activity is beneficial to regulate body weight and strengthening the heart andvascular system. The proportion of physical activity was classified as less active in general is26.1 per cent of the benefits of sport that lower total cholesterol, lower triglycerides, HDLhigher. In essence. The purpose of this study to determine gymnastics Zumba moment onlevels of total cholesterol.This research is descriptive where researchers want to know the benefits of exercise zumbaagainst total cholesterol levels in students from the Department of Nutrition Program DIIIpolytechnic studies manado. The research was conducted on June 4, 2015. The number ofsamples in this study were 30 people. Fat intake data was obtained using the form Recoll 24hours. The level of total cholesterol is done by using a measuring device that is Autochekcholesterol. Data on fat intake if using nutrisurvey and descriptive analysis.The results showed that 80% of 30 samples included in the category of normal totalcholesterol levels and 20% are included in the category of less than <100 mg / dl. While the fatintake of 30 samples of 27% in the high category, 10% included in the normal category and63% included in the category less.

Abstract

Human behavior is derived from the impulse in man, was a boost is an attempt to meet theneeds that exist in human beings. Eating behavior is often the problem is the habit of eating inthe cafeteria or stalls around the school and the habit of eating fast food. The role of street foodin contributing to energy or energy substances and proteins are highly significant, given thatschool children are generally less food protein circumstances and the children often snack, itshould hawker food sold dikantin school is a food that contains a lot of protein.Types of non-experimental research with survey approach and observational with crosssectional sample of 88 students. The data collected is the behavior of eating habits, nutritionalknowledge, the habit of breakfast in the morning, the frequency of breakfast habits, habits takestock, pocket money, and the type of food, obtained through a questionnaire. Data analysisusing Chi Square test.Results there is a relationship between knowledge and habit of eating snacks children, there isa relationship between habitual breakfast with the habit of eating snacks, there is a relationshipbetween habitual bring food to the habit of eating snacks, there is a relationship between alarge allowance with habit of eating snacks children, there is a relationship between a largeallowance to customs snacks, and no association with the type of street food snack habits ofprimary school children in the district Wonosari.

Abstract

Child growth include the growth and development of organs cells. Growth is measuredby the physical dimensions of the present picture of the state of nutrition. Growth can beused as an indicator of the adequacy of inputs of nutrients essential because it can bemeasured by the volume of the child's weight gain. Motor development is a process thatmust be passed in a child's life. One of the child's motor skills are gross motor skillsrelated to movement skills that are affected by the large muscles such as : standing,walking, running and jumping. Learning is a process of the work done for someone toacquire a new behavior changes as a whole as his own experience in the interactionwith the environment. Learning means filling activities or the development of cognitiveabilities with the fact that as many students mastered.Survey research methods used (non-experimental) with the cross-sectional design.Exceptional location at the School of Peace in Tomohon is from August to October2013, amounting to 40 students. Statistical analysis used were t - test and Pearson'scorrelation test.Results The average intake of gluten students as much as 247.50 g, average 19.75 gcasein intake, correlation test showed no association between gluten intake in growingchildren (p= 0.881), there was no association between gluten intake with academicachievement children (p= 0.411), there was no correlation between casein intake withgrowth of children (p= 0.319 ), and there is a relationship between the intake of caseinto academic achievement (p= 0,04)

Abstract

Hypertension or high blood pressure is one health problem that is dominant and needs tobe addressed, because the prevalence rate is high and also due to long-term damagecaused has certain consequences. Hypertension often has no signs or symptoms, or oftencalled the "silent killer" or a disease that kills secretly or covertly. Society is not aware thatthey have hypertension until a strain on the heart, brain or kidneys. Patients withhypertension in the world close to 1 billion. That is, 1 in 4 adults suffer from high bloodpressure. More than half, or about 600 million people, scattered in developing countries,including Indonesia State. The aim of research to determine the Diet (type, frekuensu,number) and Sodium Intake in the Elderly Hypertension in Puskesmas Tareran.This research is descriptive research with survey method. The number of respondents 44people aged> 65 years, suffering from hypertension and willing to become respondents.The results of the 44 respondents, type of food consumed is food that can lead to highblood pressure (hypertension) such as: meat (pork, beef, duck, chicken), offal, brains,squid, shrimp, anchovies, clams, crabs , salted eggs, shellfish, crab, salted egg, salt, MSG,alcohol, soft drinks (Fanta). Frequency of eating respondents to the type of foodmengkibatkan hypertension is 2-3 times / week and 2-3kali / bulanJumlah consumption ofrespondents to the type of food that can be mengkibatkan hypertension is 71-75 grams ameal. Average sodium intake of respondents is 742 mg / day.

Abstract

Hypertension is blood pressure exceeds normal limits is> 140/90 mmHg, hypertension can leadto sudden death or were referred to as the Silent Killer. The World Health Organization said thathypertension is the number 1 cause of death among 7 in the world, in Indonesia hypertensivepatients amounted to 15% of the 230 million population of IndonesiaThe research objective is to describe the factors associated with hypertension in teachers inelementary GMIM IV Tomohon. This research is descriptive, sampling is done by samplingsaturated, the number of 24 people. This study was conducted in May 2015 with a time of 3 dayswhich is housed in SD GMIM IV Tomohon.The results showed an overall total of 24, 41.7% or 10 of them suffer from hypertension. Basedon the results of this study concluded that of the 24 people who responded, the incidence ofhypertension with obesity cases on teachers in elementary GMIM IV Tomohon totaled 8(33.3%), while respondents who did not suffer from hypertension with obesity amount to 8people (33.30%). Respondents suffering from hypertension by having a family history ofdisease, amounting to 5 people (20.83%), while respondents who did not suffer fromhypertension by having a family history of disease, amounting to 8 people (33.3%). Dominanthypertension occurs at age> 40 years by 10 persons (41.7%).

Tutomodifiedmenuwith tunawhen givenregularly canimprove themother'sweightandcan further improvethe nutritionalstatusof mothersandinfants.MenuLuhumodifiedwith tunais amodified conventionalmenuandcan be receivedbyalocalweaning foodwithoutreducingthe values oflocal wisdom. Menu Luhu modified withtuna is a modified conventional menu and can be received by a local weaning food withoutreducing the values of local wisdom. Menu Luhu modified with tuna into alternative foodsfor breastfeeding mothers that can be patented to the next can be utilized by thecommunity specifically in Sangihe and generally in society as a menu nutritional value.Modifications need to be done again with other food ingredients to increase nutritionalvalue Luhu menu to be more impregnate both micro and macro nutrients that are essentialto increase milk production for breastfeeding mothers.

Abstract

Balanced nutrition is the food consumed by everyday individuals who are diverse and meetthe five groups of nutrients in sufficient quantities, not excessive and not kekurangan.tujuanthis study was to determine the knowledge of 10 messages balanced nutrition on nutritionalstatus and hypertension in the minibus driver Manado-Gorontalo majors in the rest areaBusisingo village.The method used in the study was a descriptive study using observational design. Thepopulation in this study were all driver who crossed the road trans Sulawesi. The sample is adriver who still do activities as a driver who are 32 respondents. 10 data collection stickerknowledge of balanced nutrition messages using a questionnaire. The nutritional status bytaking anthropometric data, and blood pressure was measured by a sphygmomanometer.The results obtained by most survey respondents between the ages of 29-34 years. Afteranalyzing the data in a descriptive way the majority of respondents have knowledge aboutbalanced nutrition 10 messages classified as good by 26 respondents (81.2%) and 6respondents (18.7%) knowledge of 10 messages balanced nutrition moderate. Mostrespondents had a normal nutritional status by category with a percentage (56.2%). Bloodpressure checks as many as 32 samples, it was found that 14 respondents (43.7%) hadnormal blood pressure categories, and 18 respondents (56.2%) had mild hypertension bloodpressure categories.The conclusion of this study we can conclude that knowledge of balanced nutrition sticker 10messages on the driver minibus Manado-Gorontalo generally quite good, has a normalnutritional status and had a blood pressure with mild hypertension classification.

Abstract

Nutritional counseling is one of the preventive measures in changing attitudes and inincreasing knowledge about gout arthtritis, handling, changing attitudes and consumption offoods high in purines can affect the acid levels urat.Tujuan this study to determine the effectof nutrition counseling to high dietary intake of purines and acid levels urate in gout patientsat the health center arthtritis Rurukan TomohonThis study uses research experiment (quasy Experiment), research experimental is aresearch activity that is conducting the experiment, one group pretest posttest, with a sampleof 34 people were taken from the average visits per month, the data retrieval is done with theinterview to find out the general data of the patient, for the consumption of foods high inpurines using semi FFQ form, and uric acid levels obtained through examinations using uricacid Blood Strip, univariate analysis was conducted descriptively, while bivariate analysisusing the Wilcoxon test with a value of α = 0.05.The results showed that the change in the consumption of foods high in purines of 34respondents this is evidenced by the average value of the mean consumption of purine or71.49 g / day and after counseling, namely 38.71 g / day with a value of p = 0.05 (P = 0.000)it is in line with respondents' levels of uric acid before counseling with an average of 10.4 mg/ dl and after counseling of 8.36 mg / dl with a value of p = 0.05 (P = 0.000) These resultsshow that the influence nutritional counseling to the intake of foods high in purines and uricacid levels in gout patients at the health center arthtritis Rurukan Tomohon
