Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of virtual career guidance based to enhance the employability skills of Vocational High School Students in covid-19 era. This study used a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental research design. The sample in this study was taken randomly (random sampling) using a convenience sampling technique. The results of the study show that virtual career guidance was effective in improving the employability skills of Vocational School Students. Based on a review of every aspect, virtual career guidance was effective for improving cognitive, affective, and psychomotoric aspects of the employability skills for Vocational High School students in covid-19 era.

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif berbasis Research and Development dengan judul “Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Mata Kuliah Nirmana 2 Berbasis Adobe Flash Dan Interaktif Animasi 3 dimensi” bertujuan untuk merancang satu jenis media interaktif berbasis 3 dimensi dan berorientasi pada pengembangan metode mengajar. Perancangan media interaktif ini difokuskan pada mata kuliah nirmana 2 (3 dimensi) sebagai obyek penelitian. Dari hasil studi pendahuluan, ditemukan beberapa permasalahan dan peluang untuk merancang suatu media secara interaktif terkait dengan penggunaan media yaitu adanya rombongan belajar yang terdiri dari 33 mahasiswa yang mengikuti proses pembelajaran mata kuliah nirmana 2, adanya 1 dosen yang mengajarkan mata kuliah tersebut, serta adanya penggunaan media powerpoint dalam proses pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan untuk menemukan makna pada permasalahan dan peluang tersebut yaitu: Research and Development dengan merujuk pada 10 model tahapan. Namun dalam penelitian ini dibatasi pada 9 model tahapan dengan alasan bahwa pengembangan media interaktif berbasis 3 dimensi ini hanya sebatas pada uji coba produk. Kesimpulan yang didapatkan dalam penelian ini adalah adanya produk akhir berupa media interaktif berbasis 3 dimensi yang sudah divalidasi melalui tahapan uji materi dan uji media.Kata Kunci: Media, interaktif, animasi 3 dimensi

Abstract

Self awareness and world of work awareness are two important keys in career path. Understanding self awareness and world of work awareness can be an important key for someone to plan and direct their career based on their own potential and their environment. Career diamonds are tools that can be utilized by guidance and counseling teachers in providing an overview of the right career direction for students by paying attention to self awareness and world work awareness. The aim of this research is to provide an understanding and alternative media guidance and career counseling that can be used by counseling teachers. The method used is a literature study by examining various sources and references related to career diamonds in the context of career guidance and counseling. The results of the study show that career diamond is an alternative model in career guidance and counseling carried out in schools.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim to examine the specifics and in-depth of the concept of integrative moral education in the perspective of Ibnu Abi al-Dunya and recommend the formulation of implementative methods that can be applied in the moral education based on his perspective. This research used qualitative methods by using a content analysis approach to the book of Makārim al-Akhlāq by Ibnu Abi al-Dunya. The results revealed that the moral education in the concept of Ibnu Abi al-Dunya is an ongoing process of education in instilling noble nature, which is based on true faith and tauḥīd, in order to form a godly person, has the perfection of faith. True moral education is moral education that is inseparable from the education of faith and faith. This is because noble morals must be based on faith, while the perfection of faith is reflected in noble morals. Moral education methods should be emphasized on more substantial aspects of emphasis rather than just being formalistic and verbal. The methods (uslub) of moral education in the concept and thinking of Ibnu Abi al-Dunya are pioneered as follow: (1) al-qudwah wa al-uswah, good examples; (2) al-targīb wa al-tasywīq, makes a person love and like something; (3) at-tarhīb, threat or punishment; (4) al-ta'awwud, of habituation; (5) al-wa'zhu wa al-naṣīḥah, advice and direction; (6) al-ḥiwār, discussion.
