Abstract

Employee performance is an important aspect of overall company performance. Hospitals as a complex organization require effective and efficient employee performance in providing services to the community. This study aims to analyze the effect of SIMRS quality and non-physical work environment on person-organization fit and employee performance at RSI Jemursari Surabaya. The sample of this study was permanent employees who were SIMRS users at Jemursari Hospital as many as 85 respondents. The data collection tool uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale modification and uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis method that is run with SmartPLS 3.0 software to analyze the data. The results showed that the quality of SIMRS had a positive and significant effect on person-organization fit, non-physical work environment had a positive and significant effect on person-organization fit, the quality of SIMRS had a positive effect on employee performance but not significantly, non-physical work environment had a positive influence on performance employees but not significant, and person-organization fit has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid 19 yang melanda hampir seluruh dunia pada Bulan Maret 2019 membuat banyak negara mengalami perubahan secara cepat, baik dalam perekonomian maupun gaya hidup. Hal ini berdampak signifikan terhadap dunia usaha, tidak terkecuali usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah (UMKM). Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh UMKM mitra adalah menurunnya omset penjualan yang disebabkan oleh penurunan daya beli masyarakat selama pandemi Covid 19 dan belum optimalnya pemanfaatan dan penguasaan teknologi. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan melalui pendampingan, pembekalan berupa penguatan mental dan semangat untuk tetap dapat mempertahankan eksistensi usaha serta pelatihan melalui beberapa cara pemasaran yang lebih efektif dan efisien dengan menggunakan pemasaran digital kepada kepada Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah yang berada di wilayah Kecamatan Wonokromo, Kota Surabaya. Kesimpulan yang kami dapat adalah permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh UMKM adalah rata-rata UMKM memiliki penurunan penjualan dalam masa pandemi covid 19 ini dan diperlukan implementasi strategi pemasaran secara digital yang lebih intensif.

Abstract

This study examines the performance problems of SMEs in the trade sector in Pekanbaru by using several internal company factors to build a competitive strategy. The study involved 300 SMEs consisting of 26 wholesalers and 274 retailers in Pekanbaru, Riau. This research adopted a structural equation model (SEM) approach with AMOS for hypothesis testing. The results indicate that social capital and financial literacy have a significant direct effect on the performance of the SMEs businesses in the trade sector in Pekanbaru. It implicates that social capital and financial literacy are two determining factors for the success of SMEs businesses. However, social capital does not affect business performance indirectly through the role of financial inclusion. Meanwhile, financial literacy in this study, directly or indirectly, through financial inclusion can improve the performance of SMEs businesses. This study shows that SMEs in the trade sector in Pekanbaru must continue to foster partnerships with existing associations, and they also need to be directed so as not to deviate from the common goal of advancing the SMEs businesses. Keywords: Financial Literacy, Financial Inclusion, SMEs’ Business Performance, Social Capital

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Return On Assets, Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Dividends, Net Profit, and Dividend Payout Ratio to Stock Prices in companies listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) for the period 2012 - 2017. The sampling technique used is Purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 12 companies. The research method used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 16.0. The results of this study show that partially, the variable Return On Assets, Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Net Profit and Dividend Payout Ratio have no effect on Price Shares, while the Dividend variable has an influence on PriceStock. Simultaneously, all independent variables have an influence on stock prices. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Return On Asset, Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Dividen, Laba Bersih, dan Dividend Payout Ratio terhadap Harga Saham pada perusahaan yang terdaftar di Jakarta Islamic Index ( JII ) periode 2012 - 2017 . Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Purposive Sampling dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 12 perusahaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS 16.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, variabel Return On Asset, Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Laba Bersih dan Dividend Payout Ratio tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap Harga Saham, sedangkan variabel Dividen memiliki pengaruh terhadap Harga Saham. Secara Simultan, seluruh variabel independen memiliki pengaruh terhadap Harga Saham.

Abstract

The safety of a cruise is a big responsibility and is the most important thing in all aspects. Shipping transportation safety is very close to the human resources that operate the ship. Thus, the performance of employees is very important in supporting the safety and quality of shipping in accordance with the regulations. The ISM Code is an international standard of safety management in the operation of ships as well as efforts to prevent or control environmental pollution. This study aims to analyze and examine the effect of the ISM Code, and organizational culture on employee performance with supervision as a moderating variable. The population in this study included long-distance crossing officers working at PT Dharma Lautan Utama. In this study, sampling was based on purposive sampling criteria, then a sample of 72 respondents was obtained. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire. The type of data used in this study is primary data collected by sending questionnaires to respondents. The research method is quantitative, while the data analysis technique uses the Moderating Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this study indicate that the ISM Code, and organizational culture have a positive influence, while supervision variables as moderating factors can strengthen the influence of the International Safety Management Code (ISM Code), and organizational culture on employee performance.

Abstract

The first step of industrial area development needs to find out the current conditional supportiveness in the smallest area unit. The smallest unit of Regency or Municipality is subdistrict. The setting of this study is Blitar Regency while its smallest area units studied are the Subdistricts of Bakung, Wonotirto, Sutojayan, Panggungrejo, Wates, Binangun, Kesamben, Selorejo, Doko, Wlingi, Talun, Selopuro, Kanigoro, Kademangan, Sanankulon, Srengat, Udanawu, Wonodadi, Ponggok, Nglegok, Garum and Gandusari.. The method used is SWOT analysis which considers internal factor constructed in IFAS (Internal Strategic Factor Analysis Summary) table and external factor constructed in EFAS (External Strategic Factor Analysis Summary) table. The highest IFAS values is Subdistrict Ponggok, while the highest EFAS values is Kademangan. Based on IFAS and EFAS values, the quadrant position will be derived in SWOT matrix whose x axis is IFAS and y axis is EFAS. There are four quadrants in SWOT matrix, they are S-O (Strengths – Opportunities), W-O (Weakness-Opportunities), S-T (Strengths-Threats), and W-T (Weakness-Threats). The results of this current study suggest that from 22 Subdistricts we studied, there are ten Subdistricts in S-O quadrant, two in W-O quadrant, five in  S-T quadrant and five in W-T quadrant. Based on the position of these Subdistricts in SWOT quadrant, the appropriate strategy for each Subdistrict in developing their area in order to support the development of industrial area will be determined.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to investigate the simultaneous and the partial effect of service factors consist of reliability, responsiveness, assurance and emphaty on satisfaction of BRI customer in East Java. This study  uses the sample of BRI customer lived in branch office of Kediri, Sumenep, Banyuwangi and Bojonegoro based on purposive random sampling method. Data is estimated using multiple linear regression model.The empirical result of study by partial t-test show that reliability not influence satisfaction, but another factors like responsiveness, assurance and emphaty influence satisfaction of  BRI costumer. The result by simultaneous F-test show that reliability, responsiveness, assurance and emphaty influence satisfaction of BRI customer.

Abstract

PT. Go-Jek merupakan salah satu transportasi berbasis online di Indonesia. Tujuan untuk menganalisis Faktor penentu brand awareness go-jek dan bagaimana persepsi informan terhadap  langkah-langkah go-jek dalam mempertahankan brand awareness. Penelitian ini  menggunakan metode kualitatif paradigma interpretif, Adapun informannya dari mahasiswa Universitas Airlangga dan Masyarakat di Surabaya yang mengunakan aplikasi gojek. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat lima faktor penetu brand awareness. Pertama produk, mahasiswa Universitas Airlangga dan masyarakat merasa puas dengan produk yang dihasilkan gojek.  Kedua harga, harganya murah dan terjangkau baik dari kalangan mahasiswa maupun masyarakat. Ketiga kemudaham mendapatan driver, menjadi penentu ketika konsumen gojek mudah mendapatkan driver. Keempat promosi, untuk menarik perhatian konsumen agar selalu menggunakan jasa dari entitas tersebut. Kelima pelayanan yang diberikan driver, pelayanan yang diberikan oleh gojek merupakan tolak ukur keberhasilan gojek. Sehingga Persepsi informan terhadap langkah-langkah go-jek dalam mempertahankan Brand Awareness, pertama kecepatan, gojek harus melakukan berbagai upaya salah satunya melayani konsumen dengan cepat. Kedua inovasi, gojek selalu melakukan inovasi, mulai dari adanya go-pay sebagai alat pembayaran hingga penambahan menu-menu baru dalam aplikasinya. Ketiga dampak social, dampak social adanya gojek sangatlah besar bagi masyarakat.
