Abstract

The transportation model is a variation of a linear program developed specifically to problems solve related to transportation and the distribution of products from various sources to various destinations. The goal of transportation problems is to allocate goods at the source that all needs are met at the destination of the demand location. The purpose of this study is to analyze the allocation of the delivery of processed catfish products in POKLAHSAR Kediri Regency from the processing location to the market destination with the minimum allocation of marketing costs. The data were obtained from the catfish product processing group in Kediri Regency. Data were analyzed using the transportation optimization method model. The results of the analysis show that all factory capacities can meet the demands of all markets. There is not a single market that is not fulfilled. Suggestions for the research that the maximum profit can be achieved is the allocation of factory 1 product shipments to Tulungagung 165 packs and Ponorogo 65 packs. Factory 2 sent 220 packs to Ponorogo, Surabaya 50 packs, Jakarta 130 packs. Factory 3 sent to Tulungagung 50 packs. Factory 4 sends 100 packs to Ponorogo with a total minimum cost of IDR 620,000.

Abstract

Ecotourism's dependence on climate resources makes it one of the industries considered to be the most vulnerable. This study aims to analyze the socio-economic conditions of vulnerability and resilience of coastal and marine natural resources related to ecotourism development. Data analysis used descriptive qualitative analysis to identify perceptions of disaster characteristics and impacts and climate variability, as well as quantitative descriptive analysis to calculate changes in the household income of the Tamban Beach community and the level of resilience and vulnerability using the Livelihood Vulnerability Index (LVI) method. The results show that the highest value of the main component is the ecology of 0.880, so it becomes the most vulnerable component. The factor with the highest value is the sensitivity, which is 0.475 and is the weakest. The LVI value in Tamban Beach is 0.311, indicating that community households in the area have a reasonably low vulnerability to coastal and marine resources in Tamban Beach. The household resilience level of the Tamban Beach community is mostly in the moderate category, as much as 45%. The Tamban Beach community needs to participate in seeking information on climate change actively weather forecasts together with related institutions.

Abstract

Produksi pembesaran udang vannamei perlu memperhatikan analisis finansial.

Abstract

Introduction: The increase in the purse seine fishing fleet and the decline in tuna production will have an impact on the decline in CPUE (Catch Per Unit Effort) per year. The CPUE trend that continues to decline every year is feared to have a negative impact on fish resource stocks and even the tendency of overfishing. Therefore, to overcome the existing problems, an integrated approach to fisheries management is needed through the Ecosystem Approach to Fisheries Management (EAFM). This study aims to assess the status and formulate management actions for tuna fisheries based in the Pasongsongan Coastal Fishing Port (PPP), Sumenep Regency. Methods: The types and sources of data used in this research are primary and secondary data. Primary data were collected through survey and observation methods. Interviews were conducted with 40 randomly selected purse seine fishermen respondents, as well as 1 employee of the Sumenep District Fisheries Office. Secondary data were collected through existing data such as tuna catch, number of trips, number of purse seine fleets, fish prices. Analysis was conducted through an indicator approach using the Multi Criteria Analysis (MCA) approach. Results: The results of the analysis show that the institutional domain shows a very good status, while for the domains of fish resources, fishing techniques, and social with good status, then the economic domain has a moderate status. Conclusion: Based on these indicators, the management status of tuna resources based in the Pasongsongan Coastal Fishing Port is generally in good condition.
