Abstract

Lamongan is the largest sorghum producer in East Java. Patihan Village, Babat sub-district, is one of the sorghum-producing centers where the community already has post-harvest skills and processes sorghum into various food products. Standards are documented both the process, the origin of raw materials, as well as organoleptic factors related to quality; so that after the activity changes are obtained in the form of; the quality standard of sorghum flour produced from Patihana village will be in accordance with the criteria that have been determined together. Empowerment of sorghum processing groups through the application of the ISO 22000 food management system in a simple way becomes an urgent need so that various foods from sorghum produced are known and trusted as quality products by consumers and reach a wide market. adults and the elderly) , biscuits and so on with the specifications of the final product favored by consumers in general. The activities are designed in the form of an approach (socialization) to instill strong quality awareness, commitment and consistency in the production process. Further improvements are made together with the management of the production process, the application of traceability, sanitation, hygiene, documentation, packaging documentation, ISO wiring 22000. The method used is through qualitative descriptive research through: 1) Study Changes to the FSSC 22000 Food Safety Management System, 2) Gap Assessment and Analysis Before Improvement 3) Determination of Changes Action Recommendations, 4) Gap Analysis After Improvement. Based on this study, prior to the improvement the sorghum processing group had implemented the requirements of FSSC 22000 version 4.1 by 50%. Corrective action using risk analysis was carried out for upgrading FSSC 22000. The success of the corrective action was proven by the results of the 80.5% gap analysis. The result of the activity was a significant change. Manage the production process for the better, sanitary and hygienic and have quality documents to be implemented carried out with commitment and consistency

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the negative and positive impacts due to the inclusion of advanced technology in Seno cracker trading business in the District of Mantup, Lamongan Regency. This research using quantitative descriptive method, while collecting data by interviewing and submitting a questionnaire to the employees of the Seno cracker trading business. The population in this study were all employees. While the sample is determined by the census method, which is data collection that includes all elements or members of the population under investigation. From the results of a simple regression analysis, it is known that the influence of technological progress on the workforce, while the rest is influenced by other factors outside the independent factor under study. From the results of these tests, it can be concluded that the factor of technological progress has an influence on labor in the commercial business.

Abstract

Produksi pada PDAM Lamongan baik secara parsial maupun simultan dan untuk mengetahui faktor manakah yang lebih dominan antara biaya sumber air dan biaya pengolahan terhadap peningkatan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Regresi berganda, Korelasi sederhana, Koefisisen determinasi,Uji t dan Uji F. Dari uji regresi berganda diperoleh Y=2.069+1,033X1+0,482X2 yang artinya apabila variabel biaya sumber air (X1) berubah (dinaikkan) satu satuan kualitas kualitas produksi akan beruba (naik) sebesar1,033 dengan ketentuan variabel lain yang mempengaruhi = 0 (konstan). Dan apabila variabel biaya pengolahan (X2) berubah (dinaikkan) satu satuan maka kualitas produksi akan berubah (naik) sebesar 0,482 dengan dketentuan variabel lain yang mempengaruhi = 0 (konstan). Korelasi ganda diperoleh sebesar 0,932 atau 93.2% maka pengaruh biaya sumber air (X1) dan biaya pengolahan (X2) secara simultan terhadap kualitas produksi (Y) tergolong kuat dan tinggi. Dari uji t diperoleh thitung X1 2,260 ≥ tTabel X1 2,571 dan thitung X2 3,214 ≥ tTabel 2,571, sehingga Ho diterima dan Ha ditolak berbunyi tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial biaya sumber air (X1) sedangkan biaya pengolahan (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas produksi. Dari uji F diperoleh Fhitung56,154 ≥ Fhitung5,79 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima yang artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara simultan antara biaya sumber air dan biaya pengolahan terhadap kualitas produksi.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi memproduksi barang dan jasa yang semakin maju dan berkembang bisa membawa pengaruh terhadap mutu suatu produk. Masalah mutu suatu produk yang dihasilkan perusahaan merupakan salah satu faktor yang sangat penting, dimana kualitas produksi yang tinggi akan menghasilkan kepuasan tersendiri bagi konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Hasil uji t secara parsial diperoleh nilai t hitung soft skill pekerja sebesar 3.105 > t tabel 1,679, mutu produk sebesar 4,362 > t tabel 1,679 yang berarti bahwa variabel soft skill pekerja (X1) dan mutu produk (X2) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas produksi (Y) pada industri gerabah hias di Lamongan. Nilai uji F menunjukkan bahwa nilai F hitung (54,710) > F tabel (3,20) dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti bahwa variabel soft skill pekerja (X1) dan mutu produk (X2) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas produksi (Y). Sedangkan hasil regresi linier berganda variable yang paling dominan terhadap kualitas produksi adalah variable X2, karena mempunyai nilai koefisien yang lebih besar dari X1 sebesar 0,4741. Dengan adanya penelitian ini semoga dapat dijadikan pertimbangan dalam mengelola dan mengembangkan kualitas produksi gerabah dimasa yang akan datang.

Abstract

Kami percaya bahwa mempromosikan kepemimpinan yang tepat membutuhkan kemampuan untuk beradaptasi dengan situasi yang berbeda, melembagakan elemen-elemen penting, mendekati secara berbeda masalah yang tampaknya serupa dan memperlakukan setiap kasus dengan menggunakan metode yang paling tepat. Melalui gaya yang memadai, seorang manajer dapat memperluas perannya di luar otoritas formal yang diberikan kepadanya oleh posisinya dalam hierarki organisasi, menjadi seorang pemimpin. Pemimpin yang menjalankan otoritas mengupayakan hal-hal formal untuk dibuat dengan baik, mengenai finalitas tindakannya dan kelompok yang dipimpinnya. Pemimpin melakukan apa yang perlu dilakukan, dan memberikan kewaspadaan dalam hal itu sendiri, sehingga memaksakan otoritas informal mereka; dengan demikian memperoleh untuk mengubah kelompok, menjadi "arsitek sosial" sejati. Kepemimpinan adalah hasil dari banyak faktor, di antaranya peran penting memiliki budaya organisasi, kualitas dan karakteristik pemimpin, alat motivasi, posisi hierarkis, otonomi fungsional dan psikologis, kelompok manajer dan bawahan, dan sistem informasi. Kualitas, karakteristik, dan struktur mental manajer merupakan faktor terpenting dari gaya kepemimpinan. Kepribadian, tingkat pendidikan, pengalaman, dan motivasi pribadi merupakan elemen instrumental dalam manifestasi perilaku pemimpin. Manajer yang baik terus-menerus mendapat informasi tentang isu-isu kunci yang menjadi fokus organisasi, melatih bawahannya dalam berbagi inovasi berkelanjutan dan berkomitmen untuk memastikan motivasi. Seorang pemimpin harus memiliki keterampilan khusus untuk menjadi efektif, cepat menyadari penyimpangan dari bisnis normal dan untuk mengambil keputusan yang efektif.

Abstract

Batik is one of the ancestral cultural heritage of Indonesia. With the diversity of batik patterns, it is able to attract the attention of the world through its characteristics. Several regions in Indonesia have become centers of batik production, one of which is Jetis Village in Sidoarjo sub-district, Sidoarjo district, East Java. The increasingly sharp competition in batik production encourages batik craftsmen to always maintain the price of batik and the quality of batik in order to be able to compete with batik from various other regions, both in the local market and in the international market. Methods This research uses quantitative methods which are carried out by distributing questionnaires as respondent data. The analytical tools used in this research are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple correlation, coefficient of determination, multiple linear regression analysis, t test and F test, data processing using SPSS statistical program. The conclusion of the research shows that price and product quality have a significant and positive effect on consumer buying interest in Batik Jetis products. Promotion is the most dominant product. Judging from R2 of 79.2 percent, it can be concluded that the production diversification of 79.2 percent of the variables can be determined from the predictive variable, while the remaining 20.8 percent is determined by other factors. Abstract

This study aims to determine the development of Developing the Potential of Natural Resources and Human Resources in the Middle of the Covid-19 Pandemic in Gempolpendowo Village, Glagah District, and to determine the business development strategy. The data analysis method used is 1) qualitative descriptive analysis to find an overview of the freshwater fish cracker business strategy, 2) SWOT analysis to identify internal and external factors that are the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the development of freshwater fish cracker business. Based on the results of the research in the discussion, it can be concluded that the PKK group of women is one of the groups of mothers in Gempolpendowo Village, Glagah District, who carry out a snack business made from freshwater fish, all of whose members consist of women - housewives. which is in the village of Gempol Pendowo. Based on the results of the research from the SWOT analysis, the calculation of the value that exists between strength (streght) and weakness (weaknes), opportunity (opportunity) and threat (treath), where the strength value is 1.70 while the weakness value is 1.21 thus there is a difference in value + 0.49, while the opportunity value is 1.71 and the threat value is 1.24 with a difference in value + 0.47. From the difference, a line can be drawn from the X and Y axes, and a point is found in the area of ​​strength (S) and opportunity (O), which allows an alternative aggressive strategy (SO) where this coordinate is in quadrant 1 (aggressive) This means that the Freshwater Fish Crackers Business has excellent strengths and opportunities, which can take advantage of the existing strengths and opportunities to develop Freshwater Fish Crackers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to predict the role of employee organization relationships in mediating the effects of competence development, empowering leadership on career success and role of career shock in moderating these relationships. Based on the results of the literature review, it is indicated that employee organization relationships mediate the positive influence of competence development, empowering leadership on career success. This means that the employee organization relationship is an effective stimulus to improve employee career formation. This study also indicates that These relationships will be stronger with increasing levels of positive career shock and weaker with increasing levels of negative career shock. The implication of this study is that career shock encourages employees to reflect critically on future career opportunities. Employees who invest in competence development and receive organizational support tend to have better long-term career prospects but career shock can increase or decrease their role in career success. Eventually, future research should be able to explore the concept of career shock and test it empirically because this concept is relatively new in career research.Keywords: competence development, empowering leadership, EOR, career shock, and career success

Abstract

Garbage is one of the social problems faced by everyone, both in villages and cities. According to Slamet (2002) waste is the residue of human daily activities or it can also be natural processes in the form of solid, or semi-solid in the form of organic or inorganic substances that can be decomposed and cannot be decomposed which are considered useless and disposed of into the environment. Indonesian Ministry of Environment. issued data on the average population living and living in Indonesia which generates 0.8 kg of waste or the equivalent of 200 million kg/day of the total population. The main source of waste in Indonesia is households, which nationally account for 44% of the total waste generation. Poor waste management in the form of garbage disposal on riverbanks, coasts and waterways is the main cause of flooding in Paciran village and its surroundings. Like the recent incident, the water discharge increased and overflowed during heavy rains. This was caused by piles of garbage that blocked the flow of river water. To overcome all this, it is necessary to strive to provide supporting facilities for waste handling so that people do not throw garbage into rivers and onto beaches, so a Garbage Bank was established. A waste bank is a place for collecting waste that has been sorted where the results of the collection will be deposited in a garbage collector. The purpose of the garbage bank is not only to overcome flooding and to maintain the beauty of the beach which is a tourist spot in Paciran village, but also to increase the income of the local community in the midst of a pandemic that has affected the community's economy. every customer account registered in the Garbage Bank. In addition to being deposited in collectors, some trash is also recycled into handicrafts with economic value such as bags, pots, piggy banks etc.. Utilizers of waste are turned into handicrafts and become regional souvenir icons for tourists.
