Abstract

ABSTRAK Manajemen sumber daya manusia merupakan suatu kegiatan pengelolaan yang meliputi pendayagunaan, pengembangan, penilaian, pemberian balas jasa bagi manusia sebagai individu anggota organisasi atau perusahaan bisnis. Tugas penting MSDM adalah mengatur dan mengelola faktor manusia seoptimal mungkin agar dapat hasil yang efektif dan efisien. Disekitar Lamongan telah berdiri beberapa perusahaan dibidang olahraga diantaranya adalah Lamongan Sports Center. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan yang terdiri dari disiplin kerja (X1) dan sistem kompensasi (X2) terhadap peningkatan kinerja pegawai di Lamongan Sports Center. Untuk mengetahui variabel manakah diantara variabel disiplin kerja dan sistem kompensasi yang lebih dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Berdasarkan tujuan dan latar belakang diatas maka dapat ditulis suatu hipotesis yaitu diduga Disiplin Kerja (X1) berpengaruh paling dominan terhadap peningkatan kinerja pegawai Lamongan Sports Center, metode pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan jenis data primer dan skunder, dengan sumber data studi kepustakaan, kuesioner, dokumentasi dan interview. Metode analisis data: validitas, realibilitas, regresi linier berganda, korelasi berganda, koefisien determinasi, uji t dan uji F. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa hasil uji t nilai t hitung untuk variabel disiplin kerja 2,252 > t tabel 1,672, nilai t hitung untuk variabel sistem kompensasi 1,883 < t tabel 1,672. Ini berarti variabel disiplin kerja dan sistem kompensasi berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai. Dari tabel anova diperoleh F hitung 10.740> F tabel 3.16 artinya bahwa variabel disiplin kerja dan sistem kompensasi berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Y = 8.495+0.231X1+0,206X2 maka yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai adalah variabel disiplin kerja (X1). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian analisis data diatas dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengaruh variabel disiplin kerja (X1) dan sistem kompensasi (X2) mempunyai pengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan variabel disiplin kerja (X1) dan sistem kompensasi (X2) mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai secara simultan. Dan dapat diketahui bahwa variabel disiplin kerja (X1) yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai di Lamongan Sports Center. Dengan adanya penelitian ini, kiranya dapat memberikan suatu masukan atau motivasi kepada perusahaan atas pentingnya disiplin kerja dan sistem kompensasi. Kata kunci : Disiplin Kerja, Sistem Kompensasi dan Kinerja Pegawai.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah faktor-faktor motivasi ditinjau dari sisi financial, psikologi, dan social berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan, untuk mengetahui apakah faktor-faktor motivasi dari sisi financial, psikologi, dan social berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan, dan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor motivasi (financial, psikologi, dan social) manakah yang lebih dominan mempengaruhi prestasi kerja karyawan pada PT. Gelora Djaja Surabaya. Sejalan dengan tujuan tersebut dan hipotesis penelitian maka penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode deskripsi kuantitatif. Hasil analisa regresi berganda Y = 2,827 + 0,243 X1 + 0,185 X2 + 0,432 X3. Hasil t1 (finansial) 2,882, t2 (psikologi) 2,122, t3 (sosial) 4,388 > ttabel 2,05553. Perhitungan Fhitung 12,213 > Ftabel 2,98. Dari analisa tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa faktor social yang mempunyai pengaruh yang lebih dominan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan, faktor-faktor motivasi ditinjau dari sisi financial, psikologi, dan social berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan dan faktor-faktor motivasi ditinjau dari sisi financial, psikologi, dan social berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan pada PT. Gelora Djaja Surabaya. Kata kunci: Faktor Finansial, Psikologi, Sosial dan Prestasi Kerja

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out alternative marketing strategies for traditional medicine in the face of the new normal era as the impact of the second covid 19 to find out the best alternative strategy that can be used for traditional medicine in facing the new normal era as the impact of covid 19. This type of research is qualitative with tools The analysis used is a SWOT analysis. The results of the study indicate that an alternative strategy that can be used is the SO Strategy, one of which is by conducting or increasing the marketing of herbal medicines by expanding the media. ST strategy, one of the strategies is to open outlets or branches elsewhere to avoid long queues due to the narrow business location. The WO strategy, one of the strategies is to make unique packaging to attract consumers, to provide delivery facilities. WT strategy. there needs to be training for employees so that they can make quality instant products such as instant turmeric herbs, instant ginger, instant temulawak and other herbs. The best alternative strategy is to make instant ready-to-eat traditional medicines with different variants, provide delivery facilities, make unique and attractive packaging so that consumers are more interested in traditional medicinal products. Finally, providing training to employees to be able to make quality instant products.

Abstract

penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, marketing mix adalah satu set perangkat pemasaran yang bekerja bersama-sama untuk mempengaruhi pasar. Kebijakan Pemasaran merupakan salah satu kegiatan-kegiatan pokok yang dilakukan oleh para pengusaha untuk mempertahankan kelangsungan hidupnya, berkembang dan untuk mendapatkan laba. Berhasil tidaknya pencapaian tujuan bisnis, tergantung kepada keahlian mereka di bidang pemasaran, produksi, keuangan maupun bidang lain. Selain itu tergantung pada kemampuan mereka dalam mengombinasikan fungsi-fungsi tersebut agar perusahaan berjalan lancar. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Tujuan dari analisis ini adalah untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh masing-masing variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikatnya. Variabel yang di ukur dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis Marketing Mix(Independent Variable) atau variabel bebas (X) dengan Kebijakan Pemasaran sebagai (Dependent Variable) variabel terikat (Y). Dalam menguji secara simultan dengan uji F menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan antara variabel bebas (produk X1, harga X2, distribusi X3 dan promosi X4) dengan variabel terikat (Y) kebijakan pemasaran. Secara parsial keempat variabel bebas(X1, X2, X3, X4) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadapa variabel terikat (Y). Sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima yang artinya keempat variabel mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhada kebijakan pemasaran pada UD. Elresas. Persamaan regresi berganda diperoleh Y = 0,303 + 0,672 X1 + 0,527 X2 + 0,469 X3 + 0,419 X4. Sedangkan hasil perhitungan dari uji t menunjukkan bahwa t1 = 4,413, t2 = 3,997, t3 = 3,249, t4 = 2,888. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel produk mempunyai pengaruh lebih dominan dari pada harga, distribusi dan promosi.

Abstract

Kegiatan KKN -Pengabdian UNISLA bertujuan untuk 1) Meningkatkan tingkat pengetahuan masyarakat terutama ibu-ibu PKK tentang olahan produk nugget kangkung, 2) Memberi pengetahuan mengenai manajemen produksi kepada ibu-ibu PKK. Metode yang dipakai dalam pencapaian tujuan tersebut adalah pemberdayaan masyarakat dengan transfer ilmu dan teknologi. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan memberikan pengetahuan yang disertai praktek pembelajaran kelompok. Pembelajaran disertai praktek akan dilakukan mahasiswa bersama kelompok sasaran yaitu Ibu-ibu PKK desa Bakalanpule Kecamatan Tikung Kabupaten Lamongan..Sebagai salah satu dari berbagai jenis sayuran hijau, kangkung memiliki kandungan gizi dan nutrisi yang berkhasiat untuk tubuh. Sayuran kangkung mengandung bermacam-macam mineral dan vitamin, seperti serat, selenium, zat besi, fosfor, vitamin A, B dan C. Desa Bangkalanpule memiliki sumber kangkung yang besar, tapi pengolahan kangkungnya masih secara tradisional sehingga hasil pengolahannya memiliki nilai yang rendah, oleh sebab itu dibutuhkan pengolahan yang lebih tepat guna yaitu pembuatan nugget kangkung yang memiliki nilai gizi yang tinggi dan bernilai ekonomis. Program ini berbentuk indrustri kecil rumah tangga. Manfaat pengolahan kangkung untuk waktu yang akan datang yaitu untuk meningkatkan kualitas kangkung sehingga kangkung dapat dimanfaatkan dengan baik.

Abstract

Teknologi dihasilkan dari perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan yang diimplementasikan pada masyarakat. Financial Technology berupaya untuk memudahkan manusia dalam memenuhi kebutuhan yang terus meningkat, mobilisasi manusia yang semakin cepat, serta kesibukan manusia yang selalu bertambah. Perkembangan technology merupakan sesuatu yang kritis. Dalam teori behaviouristik mengamati perubahan tingkah laku dan perbuatan yang berdasarkan kenyataan. Artikel ini membahas bagaimana keselarasan antara adanya financial Technologi disandingkan dengan perubahan karateristik behavior masyarakat dalam perilak, sikap dan pola hidup. Teori behavioristik adalah teori yang menekankan pada tingkah laku manusia sebagai akibat dari interaksi antara stimulus dan respon. Teori Behavior yang dihubungkan dengan Fintech adalah Teori Kognitif, Teori Afektif dan Behaviour Intentions.

Abstract

Online shopping transactions are carried out with a number of supporting facilities that must be available. Among them are the existence of communication technology devices, internet network access, inter-regional cargo courier services and the development of adequate infrastructure. So that with adequate supporting facilities, online payment transactions can be made to reach almost all regions in the world and even reach consumers in rural communities. Rural Community or what is often referred to as rural community is a society that is always associated with modesty, backwardness, traditionalism and isolation. In this case, modesty is often associated with simplicity in the behavior of rural communities such as in the delivery of words and in meeting simple needs. Meanwhile, underdevelopment is a condition of delay in the development or progress of something that supports the sustainability of rural life. The next is traditionalism which is a teaching by emphasizing the traditions received from previous generations as a way of life. The research method in this study is a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. a social phenomenon that occurs in the behavior of online payment transactions in rural communities in villages in Lamongan Regency. In accordance with the phenomenon of ERG Theory, online shopping transactions have become a shopping style trend in rural communities in Lamongan Regency since before the COVID-19 pandemic. Then the Covid 19 pandemic has not become an obstacle for rural communities to make online payment transactions. It was found that the behavior of rural consumers in online shopping transactions went through several stages of purchasing decisions. However, transactions are often carried out impulsively. Rural communities in Lamong Regency are still enthusiastic and want to make transactions even though they cannot feel the benefits and advantages of online shopping to the fullest.

Abstract

The presence of financial technology has greatly assisted the public in accessing financial products and the ease of conducting financial transactions with a touch of technology at hand. Moreover, seeing the current phenomenon, there is so much Covid-19 that is needed in the process of digital financial transactions. Because the strict health protocols at Century Now do not rule out the possibility of people switching to online shopping methods while simultaneously making payment transactions online. With the existence of Fintech (Financial Technology) services, it is hoped that it can help people who need to transact digital money. However, in practice, most rural people in East Java do not feel the benefits and convenience of online shopping transactions because the condition of the road infrastructure leading to the village is damaged, so that it often causes them to even have to pick up goods directly to the courier. The goods delivery service required costs more. Study of characteristics of literature review with a qualitative descriptive approach to collect and evaluate research related to the topic of fintech in Indonesia. The results of the study show that fintech has positive and negative impacts on society, but also provides benefits for society. Fintech changes people's behavior in collecting, storing and using money for transactions. For example, forget about funding for development and increase income, you can use fintech microfinancing, while Borrowing Money can use Fintech P2P Lending Services. For financial and investment planning, you can use the type of fintech Comparison of Markets and Investments.

Abstract

MSMEs play a crucial role in driving the economy, both locally and nationally. Many MSMEs face challenges in managing their businesses, especially in terms of management. This research aims to examine strategies for enhancing managerial skills for MSME practitioners through community-based education programs. This research methodology employs a qualitative approach with a focus on community engagement, combined with a literature review. Descriptive analysis is used to analyze data obtained from 27 selected articles taken from Google Scholar within the range of 2008-2024. The study findings indicate that in an era of globalization fraught with challenges, the development of managerial skills becomes paramount for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) practitioners. Despite their vital role in a country's economy, MSMEs often encounter difficulties in effectively managing their businesses due to insufficient knowledge and managerial skills. In this context, strategies for enhancing managerial skills through community-based education programs offer relevant and affordable solutions.
