Abstract

Kecamatan Maduran merupakan salah satu kecamatan yang ditetapkan sebagai desa sentra usaha kecil menengah, khususnya kerajinan pada bidang kreatifitas tenun. Hal ini disebabkan karena sebagian besar masyarakat dan pemuda Nahdatul Ulama Pagar Nusa Gasmi Sekarmadu di Kecamatan Madurancukup banyak yang punya usaha di sektor kerajinan tenun dan ditunjang dengan bahan baku yang sangat mencukupi.Dari hasil analisa kondisi dan prospek profil pengerajin kreatifitas usaha tenunsebagaimana yang telah tersaji di depan, dapat diidentifikasi masalah utama yang dihadapi oleh para pengerajin kreatifitas usaha tenunadalah sulitnya membuat pembukuan untuk menghitung bianya produksi dan modal usaha serta penentuan harga jual sesuai dengan harga pasar. Adapun alur pelatihan membuat pembukuan sederhana untuk menentukan modal dan harga jual barang hasil kreatifitas usaha tenunini dimulai dari, 1) tahap persiapan, 2) tahap pelaksanaan,3) tahap evaluasi. Setelah diberikan pelatihan pengerajin jahit yang ada di Desa ParenganKecamatan Maduran mengakui mereka memiliki kemampuan dan keterampilan yang memadai dalam membuat pembukuan yang digunakan untuk menghitung aliran masuk dan keluarnya dana.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is 1) To determine the factors that influence the level of satisfaction of members using the services of the Artha Niaga Sentosa Savings and Loan Cooperative. The approach in this study uses explanatory research with a survey method (Survey Method) with a simple random sampling technique of 109 respondents. Data collection techniques are questionnaires, interviews, surveys and documentaries. while the data taken are primary data and secondary data, while the data analysis technique using multiple linear regression. The results showed that: 1) Service quality had no effect on member satisfaction, which was proven by a significance value of 0.858 > 0.05. 2) trust has no effect on member satisfaction as evidenced by a significance value of 0.121 > 0.05 3) brand image has a significant effect on member satisfaction as evidenced by a significance value of 0.047 < 0.05. Of the three independent variables, brand image gives the most dominant contribution to the satisfaction of members using the services of the Artha Niaga Sentosa Savings and Loan Cooperative.

Abstract

By knowing consumer perceptions, companies can prepare new strategies and make comparisons by obtaining a lot of information from consumers. Companies can find out many things from consumer perceptions, one of which is knowing the advantages of competing products, the shortcomings of their own products. So that the company more quickly anticipates its shortcomings and makes improvements. The purposes of this study are (1) to determine the comparison of consumer perceptions of the decision to purchase bottled drinking water with the brand Le mineral and Aqua in the Tikung sub-district, Lamongan Regency (2) To determine the most dominant consumer purchased between drinking water in the brand Le mineral and Aqua. on purchasing decisions in the Tikung sub-district, Lamongan Regency. In this study, there were 1,105 consumers who consumed bottled drinking water with the brand Le mineral and Aqua at the UD Barokah store, Tikung sub-district, Lamongan Regency. The sample in this study were 100 respondents. Sampling in this study were people or consumers who had bought bottled drinking water with the brand Le mineral and Aqua at the UD Barokah Store. Based on a comparative descriptive analysis of consumer perception variables which include price and product quality indicators, there are significant differences in consumer perceptions between Le Minerl Le and Aqua on purchasing decisions in Tikung Lamongan District.

Abstract

Batik art is a local cultural heritage that stores knowledge and local wisdom of high value. In other words batik is a craft that has high artistic value and has long been a part of Indonesian culture.   Therefore Sendang Lamongan batik is one of the cultural heritage that needs to be preserved, protected and supported by its development. This devotion tries to develop the design of Batik Sendang Lamongan motif as a result of cultural acculturation of its people, so that it can be an asset for cultural heritage. The focus and priority of design development motifs depart from the problem is still limited variety of existing ornaments. The purpose of this program is to improve the quality of batik products through the development of batik motif designs based on local wisdom.  Second, expanding the market segment, not only in lamongan area but also other regions including outside east Java province. This program method is a discussion and observation conducted to identify problems, conduct activities, training workshops on the development of batik motifs based on local wisdom, followed by mentoring, monitoring and evaluation.  This program produces new batik motifs based on local wisdom from flora natural sources, namely with The Leaves and Fruits of Borassus.

Abstract

Seiring berkembangnya zaman dunia teknologi semakin berkembang, sehingga UMKM perekonomian masyarakat harus mengikuti alur perkembangan teknologi untuk mempertahankan eksistensi dalam menjalankan bisnis dan usaha, karena Sektor Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran penting dalam mendorong pertumbuhan. perekonomian Indonesia. UMKM memiliki andil sebesar 85% dalam penyerapan tenaga kerja. Dalam suatu usaha dibutuhkan studi mengenai kelayakan dari usaha tersebut. Namun kenyataannya masyarakat hanya terfokus pada status kerja sebagai karyawan diperusahaan untuk mendapatkan penghasian. Karena itulah pengembangan masyarakat dengan metode sosialisasi penanaman jiwa kewirausahaan dan bisnis online dilakukan untuk membantu memotivasi masyarakat untuk menjalankan usaha mandiri. Pemberdayaan merujuk pada kemampuan seseorang, khususnya kelompok lemah untuk memiiki akses terhadap sumber-sumber produktif yang memungkinkan mereka dapat meningkatkan pendapatannya dan berpartisipasi dalam proses pembangunan serta pengambilan keputusan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat Desa Palangan Kecamatan Karangbinangun memiliki potensi yang besar untuk mengembangkan perekonomian desa melalui UMKM. Faktor pendukung dalam pengembangan masyarakat di bidang ekonomi ini meliputi sumber daya alam dan sumber daya manusia yang melimpah serta partisipasi masyarakan yang cukup tinggi. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah keterbatasan modal, sarana dan prasarana.

Abstract

Supply chain ontology as an important medium for solving information system interoperability problems. To inform future supply chain ontology research, this paper sets out to review and analyze existing supply chain ontology models. An extensive literature review was conducted which identified six supply chain ontology models together with the three criteria that form the framework for comparison. After applying a framework has been identified which should provide insight into potential future research. The general conclusion is that we are far from using ontologies to solve information system interoperability problems. Our analysis has shown that too much emphasis is placed on the organization and structure of human knowledge of supply chains than on understanding supply chain realities. Seen from a 'philosophy of science' perspective, all the models reviewed have ontological flaws. More rigorous and theoretical analysis is needed if a more realistic and robust supply chain system is to be developed.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are businesses that have an important role in the Indonesian economy, both in terms of the jobs created and in terms of the number of businesses. One of them is the SME welding workshop located in Dermolemahbang Village, Sarirejo District, Lamongan Regency, namely UD. Bakri Welding Workshop is a welding workshop that produces rice planting equipment in Dermolemahbang Village, Sarirejo District, Lamongan Regency. UD. Bakri Welding Workshop is a welding workshop business that has been established since 2010. The products produced by UD. Welding Bakri is a rice planting tool, which is a tool for planting rice seeds, this tool is very easy to use, and also more durable compared to rice planting equipment products sold in the market, because this tool is made of iron and tools made in the market are still using plastic. This research method uses quantitative methods using a Likert scale and the population used or taken is all consumers from UD. Las Bakri Lamongan, with a sample of 130 respondents. And by using the SEM research analysis method with the Smart-PLS version 3.2.7. The tests used in this study are the outer model test, mediation test and hypotheses.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk : (1) mengetahui sistem informasi akuntansi penjualan pada CV. Gading Kuning Lamongan,(2) mengetahui prosedur pengendalian intern penjualan pada CV. Gading Kuning Lamongan, (3) mengetahui penerapan sistem informasi akuntansi penjualan terhadap peningkatan efektivitas pengendalian intern penjualan pada CV. Gading Kuning Lamongan. Hasil Pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa CV. Gading Kuning Lamongan telah menerapkan sistem informasi akuntansi penjualan tunai yang sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip sistem informasi akuntansi sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Pengendalian internal yang diterapkan perusahaan juga telah memadai, namun ada sedikit perangkapan tugas pada fungsi kas dan fungsi pencatatan. Unsur-unsur yang telah terpenuhi antara lain otorisasi transaksi dan aktivitas yang tepat, pengembangan proyek, serta pengecekan kinerja karyawan yang independen.

Abstract

Online shopping transactions are carried out with a number of supporting facilities that must be available. Among them are the existence of communication technology devices, internet network access, inter-regional cargo courier services and the development of adequate infrastructure. So that with adequate supporting facilities, online payment transactions can be made to reach almost all regions in the world and even reach consumers in rural communities. Rural Community or what is often referred to as rural community is a society that is always associated with modesty, backwardness, traditionalism and isolation. In this case, modesty is often associated with simplicity in the behavior of rural communities such as in the delivery of words and in meeting simple needs. Meanwhile, underdevelopment is a condition of delay in the development or progress of something that supports the sustainability of rural life. The next is traditionalism which is a teaching by emphasizing the traditions received from previous generations as a way of life. The research method in this study is a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. a social phenomenon that occurs in the behavior of online payment transactions in rural communities in villages in Lamongan Regency. In accordance with the phenomenon of ERG Theory, online shopping transactions have become a shopping style trend in rural communities in Lamongan Regency since before the COVID-19 pandemic. Then the Covid 19 pandemic has not become an obstacle for rural communities to make online payment transactions. It was found that the behavior of rural consumers in online shopping transactions went through several stages of purchasing decisions. However, transactions are often carried out impulsively. Rural communities in Lamong Regency are still enthusiastic and want to make transactions even though they cannot feel the benefits and advantages of online shopping to the fullest.
