Abstract

Salak pondoh merupakan salah satu jenis buah salak yang cukup diminati masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian berupa Iptek bagi Masyarakat (IbM) kepada kelompok wanita tani Srikandi dan Karya Bhakti dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan produksi, pengemasan, dan pemasaran guna menunjang omset penjualan dan nilai tambah keripik salak yang sedang mereka usahakan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah metode pendampingan dan pendidikan kepada masyarakat setempat, khususnya bagi anggota kelompok wanita tani Srikandi dan Karya Bhakti. Hasil pengabdian ini adalah telah diterapkan mesin pengolah vacuum frying, branding pengemasan, dan labeling pada produk keripik salak pondoh.

Abstract

Berbisnis sekarang semakin lama semakin sengit , berbagai perusahaan bekerja keras agar tetap bisa bersaing dan mempertahankan posisinya serta merebut pangsa pasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh dimensi kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial serta untuk mengetahui variabel yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Kantin Universitas Tribhuwana Tunggadewi Malang. Variabel bebas yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi Keandalan, Daya Tanggap, Jaminan, Empati, dan Bukti Fisik. Sedangkan untuk variabel terikatnya yaitu Kepuasan Konsumen. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Kantin Universitas Tribhuwana Tunggadewi Malang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah konsumen Kantin Universitas Tribhuwana Tunggadewi Malang. Uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t (t-test). Berdasarkan hasil Uji F pada penelitian ini menunjukan sig. F 0,516 0,05 yang artinya Kualitas Pelayanan secara bersama-sama tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen. Berdasarkan hasil Uji t didapat hasil bahwa variabel keandalan (X1 tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, variabel daya tanggap (X2) tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, variabel jaminan (X3) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, variabel empati (X4) tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen,dan variabel bukti fisik (X5) tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen

Abstract

Perkembangan UMKM memang menjadi pusat perhatian mengingat persaingan usaha tidak melihat besar dan kecilnya skala, maka perlu adanya evaluasi dan analisa tentang kemampuan UMKM dalam mengelola usaha yang sesuai dengan perubahan dan kemajuan agar bisa bersaing dan berkembang secara berkelanjutan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Mengetahui faktor internal dan eksternal,mengetahui posisi UMKM dengan menggunakan IE Matriks dan mengetahui strategi yang akan digunakan oleh UMKM di lingkungan Desa Pandansari, Kec. Ngantang, Kab. Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis IE Matriks. Hasil penelitian ini adalah banyaknya obyek wisata dan hasil pertanian yang seragam di wilayah Kab. Malang, maka pihak pemerintah khususnya di wilayah Ngantang bisa memberikan atmosfer yang berbeda dibandingkan dengan wilayah lainnya.

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of the marketing mix on consumer satisfaction, using descriptive quantitative with multivariate sampling technique. The data collected using questionnaires, surveys, documentation, and literature studies used with multiple linear regression. This study showed that simultaneously indicators of the marketing mix have a significant and positive effect on consumer satisfaction by 92.3%. The results showed that products and prices had no effect on satisfaction with significance level of 0.734 0.05, and 0.096 0.05, but places and promotion positive and significant effect on satisfaction with a significance level of 0.003 0, 05, and 0.000 0.05. From these results, it can be concluded to increase customer satisfaction. UKM must improve their marketing mix strategy.

Abstract

This study aims to know and analyze about the influence of quality of product and price to customer loyalty in Sanger Warung Kopi Aceh Malang. This research is quantitative descriptive with all consumers as population, using purposive sampling. The samples obtained amounted to 100 with characteristic of loyal customers with indicators had at least two times made a purchased and recommend a product or service to others. The results showed that simultaneously both of quality and price has influence to loyalty with value of 3.93 and significance of 0,000 005, but separately the quality has influence, while price has no influence to consumers loyality.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of PKH services in an effort to improve people's welfare. This study used a qualitative approach with data analysis techniques using Miles and Huberman's theory, namely data reduction, presentation and conclusion. The results showed that the implementation of PKH in Batu City was done according to established policy procedures, starting from the initial data collection process by officers / assistants to the distribution and utilization process. The process of providing PKH funds is carried out by PKH facilitators according to the data that has been submitted and validated, along with maximum assistance. The process of withdrawing PKH funds, participants can take their own through the Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) which has been facilitated by the Hope Family Program Implementation Unit (UPPKH) after receiving information on disbursement from sub-district facilitators. The implementation of PKH services is well with done for the support of various parties, especially the assistant coordinator and sub-district assistant. Meanwhile, what has been an obstacle so far is the awareness of the community to attend regular meetings, either socialization or assistance for the community independence program of PKH recipients. In this case, the Government is considered necessary to also mobilize public support in general so that PKH will receive broad support as an effort to improve community welfare.

Abstract

Hasil pengabdian ini adalah telah diterapkan mesin pengolah vacuum frying, branding teknik pengemasan, dan design labeling pada produk keripik buah salak pondoh.Kata Kunci: pemasaran, teknik pengemasan, design labeling. ABSTRACKPondoh zalacca is one type of zalacca that is quite attractive to the community. Service activities in the form of Science and Technology for the Community (IbM) to Srikandi farmer women's groups and Karya Bhakti are carried out with the aim to improve production skills, packaging techniques, design labeling and marketing to support sales turnover and added value to the pondoh zalacca chips they are seeking. The method used in this service is the method of training, assistance and education to the local community, especially for members of the Srikandi farmer women's groups and Karya Bhakti. The result of this dedication is that the vacuum frying processing machine, packaging technique branding and labeling design have been applied to the salak pondoh chips.

Abstract

This Community Service raises the business of Enting Ginger and Enting Kacang, Dusun Kungkuk, Punten Village, Bumiaji District, Batu City. The village is famous for its apple farming, one of which is Punten Village. With cold weather conditions, making apples thrive in the area and as one of the livelihoods of the residents of Kungkuk hamlet. For five years (2005-2010), there was a decline in the production of apple commodities which brought social impacts such as the children of apple farmers who went to school unable to continue their education and were forced to stop their education at the junior high or high school level, because there was no more money to continue their education. This kind of phenomenon spurred Mrs. Yayuk Murniwati to establish a non-apple product processing business in the form of enting, namely ginger and peanut enting. However, this business is still not developed due to limited capital and machines owned. The method to be applied is the method of community empowerment for homemakers to increase the productivity and independence of partners economically and socially through counseling and mentoring efforts. Assistance or introduction of tools in ginger and peanut grinding machines for making entings and packaging machines helped them advance and develop their business.ABSTRAKPengabdian Masyarakat ini mengangkat Usaha Enting Jahe dan Enting Kacang Dusun Kungkuk Desa Punten Kecamatan Bumiaji Kota Batu. Desa yang terkenal dengan pertanian apel, salah satunya Desa Punten. Dengan kondisi cuaca yang dingin, membuat apel tumbuh subur di daerah tersebut dan sebagai salah satu mata pencaharian warga dusun Kungkuk. Selama 5 tahun (2005-2010) terjadi penurunan produksi komoditas apel yang membawa dampak sosial seperti para anak petani apel yang sekolah tidak dapat melanjutkan pendidikan dan terpaksa menghentikan jenjang pendidikannya pada tingkat SMP ataupun SMA, karena sudah tidak ada lagi biaya untuk melanjutkan pendidikan. Fenomena semacam ini memacu ibu Yayuk Murniwati untuk mendirikan usaha olahan produk non-apel berupa enting yaitu enting jahe dan enting kacang. Namun, usaha ini masih belum berkembang dikarenakan keterbatasan modal dan mesin yang dimiliki. Metode yang akan diterapkan yaitu metode pemberdayaan masyarakat kelompok ibu rumah tangga dalam upaya peningkatan produktivitas dan kemandirian mitra secara ekonomi, sosial melalui usaha penyuluhan dan pendampingan. Bantuan ataupun perkenalan alat berupa mesin penggiling jahe dan kacang untuk proses pembuatan enting serta mesin pengemasan sangat membantu mereka dalam memajukan  dan mengembangkan usaha.

Abstract

Gender issues are included in this category, generally women have a more diverse perception of the definition of poverty than men. Women's perceptions of poverty is not only related to access to income, assets, quality of education and health, food and opportunities, but also covers all aspects of life. In this study used qualitative methods in which there is no hypothesis testing, some of the elements used to describe the facts and circumstances that occurred in Women Traders Wholesale Markets in Karangploso Traditional Market, in this study, data was collected using questionnaires, interviews and observation. The use of purposive sampling method in this study aims to obtain information accurately and accordancely with the objectives of this study in which each sampling adjusted to predetermined criteria. The conclusion is the woman trader in Traditional Market of Karangploso need protection and guidance from various sides both cultures, leadership and entrepreneurship in which the presence of local cultural elements that limit the participation in the economy improve living standards.It could be concluded that the need for a companion program for perpetrators Women traders in the market environment Karangploso Kab. Malang both by the government, the private sector or the relevant parties.

Abstract

Distributing products, both goods and services to consumers' hands to meet consumer needs and desires, is one of the important roles of marketing. The existence of a company needs to be analyzed to determine the company's environmental conditions both internally which includes strengths and weaknesses, and externally including opportunities and threats. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of SWOT analysis in determining marketing strategies at Ramayana Alun-Alun Malang.The type of research approach carried out in this study is through a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques in this study were through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Analysis of the data used in this study is to use analysis, IFAS, EFAS and SWOT. The results of the study show that the Ramayana Alun-Alun Kota Malang internally has a competitive strategy and is fairly strong. Externally Ramayana can take advantage of all opportunities well to avoid threats. Based on the SWOT matrix, Ramayana Alun-Alun Kota Malang supports an aggressive growth policy.
