Abstract

            The aim of this research is to evaluate the anthropometrical and physical performance of the female volleyball players at SDN Mojowuku I Kedamean Gresik. This study was conducted on 15 female volleyball players who has won national competition. Data was collected by test and measurement on anthropometric including height, body mass, sitting height, reaching height, and length of leg ; physical performance including explosive power ( vertical jump), speed (sprint 18m) and agility (shuttle run 8m). Data was analysis by using mean and standard deviation.             The result of this study was found that mean of height, body mass, sitting height, reaching height, and length of leg the players were 157,6±0,6 cm, 27,0±1,0 kg, 84,7±0,7 cm, 198,2±0,7 cm, 91,8±1,1 cm, and 155,2±0,7 cm., respectively. Mean vertical jump, leg strength, and back strength of the players were74,5±6,5cm, 173,6±34,1kg, and 136,2±20,4kg, respectively. Mean explosive power ( vertical jump), speed (sprint 18m) and agility (shuttle run 8m) were 27,5±2,6 cm, 5,2±0,2 seconds,  and 14,8±0,3 seconds, respectively. It can be concluded that the female volleyball players have a high posture but they were less in explosive power ability.

Abstract

Teknik pemanduan bakat olahraga yang dimaksud adalah teknik pemanduan bakat yang dikembangkan Direktorat Jendral Olahraga Departemen Pendidikan Nasional tahun 2003. Bahwa teknik ini merupakan teknik yang dikembangkan dari beberapa intrumen pemanduan bakat.           Tujuan ujicoba adalah 1) melihat kemungkinan pengunaan lebih jauh teknik pemanduan bakat yang dimaksud, 2) melihat keberbakatan anak-anak usia dini atau dini usia di Kabupaten Mojokerto. Metode penelitian; subyek sampel yang digunakan adalah 400 siswa dari 10 SD dan 10 SMP yang ada di Kota Mojokerto. Pengolahan data mengunakan Microsoft Office Exel 2007 – 2003.             Kesimpulan: dari temuan dilapangan menunjukkan kecenderungan-kecenderungan sebagai berikut; 1) teknik ini sangat ketat dalam menseleksi keberbakatan siswa SD dan SMP hal ini terlihat dari hasil pengolahan data yang telah dilakukan sedikit siswa yang terjaring hanya untuk nomor jalan, lompat tinggi dan lompat jauh yang banyak terjaring, 2) ada kecenderungan siswa yang berbakat di nomor-nomor atletik juga berbakat di nomor-nomor beladiri dan yang lainya. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh siswa (Natha HS, M Ali K dan Sugiarto)

Abstract

This study was conducted at 45 students of SMAN 1 Cerme with aged between 15-16 years old. Students were  divided into 3 groups. the type of research used quantitative with quasi-experimental approach. Instruments of this study were test of leg strength and leg power using Leg Dynamometer and  Jump MD. The research design used matching only design. Data was anlyzed using ANOVA. The results of the  research was found that training program side hop over  barrier with dumbell and hexagon with  dumbbell significantly increase at leg strength and leg power (Sig. 0.000 <? = 0.05). Group I, Group II and Group III had significant difference (Sig. 0.000 ? = 0.005). Percentage increase in leg strength group 1 of 1,80% and leg  power of 15,49%. Percentage increase in leg strength group II of  1,68% and a power of 14,27% and whereas in the control group increase in leg strength was 1.67% power at 12.32%.It can be concluded that There was an increase in leg strength and leg power in each group after the training was given. In addition, there were differences among the three groups effects seen improved in leg strength and leg power through ANOVA, where the training side hop over barrier with dumbbell and hexagon with dumbell had increased in leg strength and leg   power. But side hop over barrier with dumbbell had more significant increased than hexagon with dumbbell. Key words: Side hop over with barrier dumbell,  hexagon with dumbell, leg strength and leg power.

Abstract

Education is conscious and deliberate effort to create a learning environment and the learning process so that learners are actively developing the potential for him to have self control, personality, intelligence, noble character, and skill needed him and the community. There are several kinds of education one of them is physical education. Physical education can be maximized if a person has a good level of physical fitness. Purpose of this study was to determine the level of physical fitness of SMPN 2 Krembung and SMPN 2 Sidoarjo and to know which of two schools that have a good level of physical fitness.Type of this research is quantitative research using descriptive method of analysis. A sample of students who are male and female of student class VIII were extracted using cluster random sampling techniques so as to get 25 students in each school. Researcher used a 5 item test TKJI tests conducted sequentially.The results of the study were an average of SMPN 2 Krembung TKJI is running 50 meters averaging 7:37? seconds male and 8:8? seconds female. Bend your elbows hanging on average 4 times male and 32:13 seconds female. Lie sat down on everage 41.26 times male and 27.6 times female. Vertical jump an average 41.26 cm and 27.8 cm female. 1000 meter male run average 4 minutes 58 seconds and 800 meter female 4 minutes and 41 seconds. SMP 2 Sidoarjo is running 50 meters averaging 8:08? seconds male and 8.51? seconds female. Bend your elbows hanging on average 4.48 times male and 32:24 seconds female. Lie sat down on everage 37.26 times male and 33.5 times female. Vertical jump an average 41.33 cm and 36.4 cm female. 1000 meter male run average 5 minutes 18 seconds and 800 meter female 5 minutes and 41 seconds.Conclusion average physical fitness level best category owned by the son of SMP Negeri 2 Krembung. While the category of best daughter owned by SMP Negeri 2 Sidoarjo.

Abstract

Peranan kemampuan fisik sangat penting dalam permainan olahraga bolavoli, sehingga seorang pelatih harus memiliki kejelian dalam menjalankan program latihan agar para pemain atau atlet mempunyai kemampuan fisik yang optimal. Kemampuan fisik yang baik dan stabil sangat diperlukan karena hal tersebut berdampak pada performance pemain dalam suatu pertandingan, jika kemampuan fisik kurang baik maka teknik dan permainan pemain dalam pertandingan kurang maksimal. Tim bolavoli putra SMAN 1 Taman tergolong dalam satu tim yang cukup memiliki prestasi, tetapi prestasinya masih dalam kategori sedang atau dapat disebut kurang stabil sehingga hal tersebut mebuat peneliti perlu melakukan pengetesan tingkat antropometri dan beberapa komponen kemampuan fisik . Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat antropometri dan kemampuan fisik yang meliputi; power otot tungkai kekuatan power lengan kelincahan daya tahan. Metode yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif deskriptif, dengan jumlah sampel 12 atlet. Data dikumpulkan dengan melakukan tes terhadap antropometri yang meliputi tinggi badan, berat badan guna mengetahui tingkat indeks massa tubuh, panjang lengan, panjang tungkai, kemampuan fisik yang meliputi kecepatan, daya tahan, kelincahan, dan power otot tungkai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata indeks massa tubuh (IMT) adalah 20,2 kg/m2 berada dalam kategori normal, rata-rata power otot lengan adalah 6,6 meter berada dalam kategori sedang, rata-rata kekuatan adalah 2,6 kali berada dalam kategori sedang, rata-rata power otot tungkai adalah 26,6 cm berada dalam kategori baik sekali,rata-rata kelincahan adalah 10,03 detik berada dalam kategori baik sekali dan rata-rata daya tahan adalah 31,2 mL/kg/min berada dalam kategori kurang. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah Indeks masa tubuh (IMT) TIM bolavoli putra SMAN 1 Taman masuk dalam kategori normal, power otot lengan masuk dalam kategori sedang, kekuatan masuk dalam kategori sedang, power otot tungkai masuk dalam kategori baik sekali, kelincahan masuk dalam kategori baik sekali, dan daya tahan TIM bolavoli putra SMAN 1 Taman masuk dalam kategori Kurang. Hal tersebut mendorong peneliti untuk menjadikannya sebagai objek penelitian, menyusun program latihan yang lebih baik serta dapat mencapai target sesuai dengan ketentuan dan standarisasi atau norma yang berlaku.

Abstract

ABSTRACT AEROBIC AND ANAEROBIC ABILITY ANALYSIS OF FUTSAL TEAM JOMBLO FC PONOROGO TEAM Name : Surya Muchlis jubairi NIM : 14060474037 Study Program : S1 Sports Coaching Education Department : Sports Coaching Education Faculty : Faculty of Sports Science Name of Institute : Surabaya State University Lecturer : Dr. Nining Widyah Kusnanik S.Pd, M.Appl, Sc Year : 2018 Aerobic is the process of meeting energy needs that takes advantage of oxygen and has a long duration, whereas anaerobic is the fulfillment of the energy needs that take advantage of glycogen without any oxygen in it and have a very short duration. In this case, the research objective is determined the aerobic and anaerobic abilities of the Jomblo FC futsal team. This research is a quantitative descriptive study. To find out the aerobic and anaerobic abilities using test instruments, namely MFT, sprint, vertical jump, and shuttle run. The sample of this study is the whole existing in the population that makes this study a population research. The results of the study showed that aerobic ability is very low seen from the percentage of 2 athletes the percentage of 13.3% moderate category, 10 athletes percentage 66.6% less category, and 3 athletes the percentage of 20% is very poor category. The anaerobic ability of sprint tests is 1 athlete percentage 6.7% good category, 10 athletes percentage 66.7% moderate category, and 4 athletes percentage 26.7% less category. Shuttle Run is 2 athletes percentage 13.3% excellent category, 11 athletes percentage 73.4% good category, and 2 athletes percentage 13.3% moderate category. Vertical Jump is 2 athletes percentage 13.3% category very good, 4 athletes percentage 26.7% category good, 6 athletes percentage 40% category enough, 2 athletes percentage 13.3% category moderate, and 1 athlete percentage 6.7% category less. The conclusions of research into aerobic and anaerobic ability of the Jomblo fc Ponorogo futsal teams are aerobic ability using multistage fitness test items (MFT) get the results of a "moderate" test, while the shuttle run tests get the results of a "good" category, and vertical tests get the results of a "good" category. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian diskritif kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemapuan aerobik dan anaerobik tim futsal Jomblo FC Ponorogo dengan menggunakan instrument tes yaitu MFT, Sprint, Vertical Jump, dan Shuttle Run. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel berjumlah 15 atlet yang merupakan keseluruhan di dalam populasi. Hasil penelitian kemampuan aerobik dengan menggunakan tes MFT adalah kurang sekali yaitu 2 atlet persentase 13.3% kategori sedang, 10 atlet persentase 66.6% kategori kurang, dan 3 atlet persentase 20% kategori kurang sekali. Kemampuan anaerobik dengan tes Sprint 10 meter adalah sedang yaitu 1 atlet persentase 6.7% kategori baik, 10 atlet persentase 66.7% kategori sedang, dan 4 atlet persentase 26.7% kategori kurang. Kemampuan anaerobik dengan tes Shuttle Run adalah 2 atlet persentase 13.3% kategori baik sekali, 11 atlet persentase 73.4% kategori baik, dan 2 atlet persentase 13.3% kategori sedang. Kemampuan anaerobik dengan tes Vertical Jump adalah 2 atlet persentase 13.3 % kategori sangat baik, 4 atlet persentase 26.7 % kategori baik, 6 atlet persentase 40 % kategori cukup, 2 atlet persentase 13.3 % kategori sedang, dan 1 atlet persentase 6.7 % kategori kurang. Kesimpulan penelitian analisis kemampuan aerobik dan anaerobik tim futsal Jomblo FC Ponorogo adalah kemampuan aerobik dengan menggunakan item tes Multistage Fitness Test (MFT) mendapatkan hasil kategori ?kurang sekali?, sedangkan kemampuan anaerobik dengan menggunakan item tes Sprint 10 meter mendaparkan hasil kategori ?sedang?, item tes Shuttle Run mendapatkan hasil kategori ?baik?, dan item tes Vertical Jump mendapatkan hasil kategori ?cukup?. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of floor exercises and swiss ball exercises with the circuit training method on balance, strength, flexibility and muscle endurance. This research uses a quasi-experimental, floor exercise treatment and Swiss ball exercise using the circuit training method with 10 training posts. The population in this study was students of physical education and sports of STKIP PGRI Jombang 2015, with a total population of 80 male students, with an average age of ±19 years, height ± 166.31cm, weight ± 58.63kg. From the test of each group (paired sample) obtained a significant difference between the pretest and posttest on each variable (p-value> 0.05). Meanwhile, from the ANOVA test was found out that there was a difference in the average results of the physical condition of each variable in each exercise method. The study concluded that: 1) there was an effect of floor and swiss ball exercises aided circuit training method, there is a significant enhancement of balance, strength, flexibility and muscle endurance; 2) in conventional training there was also a significant enhancement on balance, strength and flexibility. There was no significant enhancement in abdominal muscle strength, abdominal muscle endurance, and leg muscle endurance; and 3) there were significant differences between the three groups in balance, strength, flexibility and muscle endurance.
