Abstract

People on the north coast of Cirebon Regency depend on their livelihood from catching sea products. If the weather is terrible, they cannot go to sea, so they do not get income. The community's inability to have a substantial income is the aim of this study, namely how to create productive business groups for fishermen's wives. They help people who can run small-scale businesses to get assistance from academics, industry, and government with the term Triple Helix. The strategy to build the synergy of these three elements is applied through the TEMAN program (Economic Order of the Fishermen's Community) in collaboration between community service in tertiary institutions in partnership with industry in villages around industrial areas through community empowerment efforts, thus forming business groups that produce products in the form of crackers that utilize the remaining processed fish and fat/small crab lemi become a fish paste and crab crackers. The method approach used is descriptive qualitative because it is related to social problems in the community, how to build motivation in the fishermen's wife group to do business so that they can earn even though they are small but sustainable or generic income. The findings from the research on community empowerment strategies based on the TEMAN Program show that access to natural resources, access to community participation, access to markets, and access to information and knowledge proves that community empowerment programs can make small business groups become independent and help economic sustainability. Abstract

In electrical systems, safety is the main factor, but it is often overlooked because it is quite expensive. The current conventional outlet, although it has been standardized by the Indonesian national standard, is a fact in the field that there are still many incidents of electric shock, because the voltage continues to flow through the copper terminals inside the plastic frame protector. This incident can occur because the terminal is plugged into a conducting object such as a fork, spoon, iron rod, or held directly with a finger. For this reason, in this study, a safety system is made that uses the main component of the Relay as an intermediary for DC voltage and AC voltage. Trials carried out 50 times on each socket box resulted in solving the problem by conditioning the plug that had not been plugged into the terminal so that there was no voltage flowing into the outlet, this certainly distinguishes safety from using an ELCB which must have contact with the human body first.

Abstract

The need for renewable energy is urgently needed at this time to replace fossil energy as a source of electricity generation. The use of environmentally friendly renewable energy continues to be developed in order to deal with the energy crisis and create a healthy environment. The purpose of writing this final project is to analyze the electrical power resulting from the conversion of cow dung in a biogas power plant, so as to produce the efficiency value of biogas as a power plant. In this final project, electric power is generated from biogas and LPG gas which are converted using a generator set, after which the comparative values of biogas and LPG gas are obtained. The location of this research was conducted at a cattle farm in Girinata Village, Dukuntang District, Cirebon Regency. Calculations are made using varying loads, LPG gas fuel produces electricity that is quite stable compared to biogas which is still unstable. The stability of the electric power is generated due to the presence of high and stable fuel pressure, the more stable the pressure, the stable the generated electric power.

Abstract

The Kwh Meter Automatic Meter Reading (Kwh Meter AMR) system is a system for recording electricity meters that is carried out automatically and remotely. Data communication sent by the AMR kWH meter at PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Indramayu uses an AMR modem as an electronic kWH meter interfacing with a wireless telecommunications network. The AMR kWh meter has a feature that besides recording the use of electrical energy used, it also records voltage, electric current, power factor, and the recording time of the customer's electricity usage meter is faster. PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Indramayu can carry out distribution network management which makes it easier in terms of distributing energy to customers and monitoring the use of electrical energy by customers. In operating the kWh meter AMR system can reduce losses caused by abnormal use of electrical energy by customers. These abnormalities include incorrect Wiring, errors in wiring on the Kwh Meter, Unbalance Current, unbalanced electricity usage by customers, Blank Kwh and AMR modem hangs/damages so that the communication signal is unstable and fails to retrieve data on electricity consumption by customers. To overcome these abnormalities, a check is carried out on the customer according to the findings of abnormal deviations in the AMR application. The use of unmeasured electrical energy during the Kwh Blank abnormality is 4,619 kWh with a total follow-up billing fee of Rp. 6,936,537.-. The results of the abnormality category of Incorrect Wiring were carried out by normalizing wiring errors in the Kwh Meter phase S and Phase T. The results of the Unbalance Current abnormality category, the electricity consumption at the customer at that time was not balanced, that is, the T phase was not used by the customer. The results of the AMR Modem abnormality category are replaced by the AMR Modem so that the customer's electricity consumption is again disabled in the AMR application.
