Abstract

In this modern era, many modern tools are used in daily activities, especially in terms of selling fruit, actually in terms of selecting the quality of fruit on a large scale which in this case still uses the old method, which is only using the human sense of sight and smell system. In this problem, a system for detecting the quality of fruit maturity levels is made digitally where the system detects fruit that can be used on a large or large scale by using a sensor device and then displayed on an LCD using Arduino Uno as the brain of the system and TCS3200 sensors and large-sized LCDs. 16x2 ple i2c.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor faktor yang berpengaruh dan strategi yang tepat dalam mempertahankan keunggulan Durian Bido dalam pengembangan kawasan agrowisata durian Wonosalam. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di desa Wonosalam, Kecamatan Wonosalam, Kota Jombang. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama (dua) bulan yakni antara bulan Pebruari – Maret 2020 . Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer adalah data yang diambil langsung dari lokasi penelitian kawasan agrowisata durian Wonosalam melalui pengamatan langsung di lokasi, wawancara dengan pihak pemerintah, toko masyarakat, dan pengisian kuesioner. Responden yang dipilih 20 orang untuk mengisi kuesioner penelitian sebagai berikut : Pemerintah (5 orang), yaitu Kepala desa dan perangkat, Tokoh Masyarakat (2 orang), Pengelola objek wisata (3 orang). Dan Pengunjung (10 orang). Data sekunder adalah data yang diperoleh melalui instansi terkait dengan penelitian ini, baik tabulasi maupun deskriptif. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis SWOT dan QSPM. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa alternatif strategi dalam mempertahankan keunggulan Durian Bido dalam pengembangan kawasan agrowisata durian Wonosalam yang tepat adalah Strategi SO yaitu Strategi mempertahankan destinasi Wisata yang ada dengan meningkatkan keunggulan Durian Bido dalam pengembangan agrowisata.dengan jumlah total daya tarik (TAS) sebesar 6,38.. Melakukan penggalian potensi dan tindakan pelestarian varietas Durian Bido dan wisata yang ada sebagai ciri khas yang dimiliki oleh daerah Wonosalam dengan beranekaragam daya tarik yang dimiliki, Mengoptimalkan keunggulan Durian Bido dengan pariwisata tetap bermutu sehingga menarik wisatawan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research to determine the morphological characteristics of vegetative and generative growth and the characteristics of guava bol gondang sweet and guava bol jamaica in Gondang Manis village, Bandar Kedungmulyo district, Jombang regency, East Java. The research was carried out from May to July 2021 by selecting 5 samples of guava bol gondang sweet and 5 samples of guava bol jamaica. The research was conducted by direct observation and compiled using descriptive methods, namely simplifying and organizing data to obtain an overall picture of the object being observed. This research was carried out by direct observation by taking the type of research that described in detail and systematically the growth of vegetative and generative morphology of guava varieties gondang sweet and guava bol jamaica. Based on observations of vegetative and generative morphology growth of guava plants, guava bol gondang sweet and guava bol jamaica include tree plant habitus, plant height range, leaf area, leaf width, leaf length, petiole shape, petiole color, color of the upper surface of the leaf, color of the lower surface. leaf, leaf base shape, leaf tip shape, leaf edge, leaf shape, stem color, stem circumference, stem shape, number of main branches, flower location, number of petals, flower type, flower color, fruit shape, fruit circumference, fruit weight ,flesh thickness, fruit length, purple fruit color, seed shape, number of seeds, seed weight and seed circumference. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui beberapa kandungan unsur hara makro media pertumbuhan Jambu Bol Varietas Jamaika di Desa Gondangmanis Kecamatan Bandarkedungmulyo Jombang. Sedangkan kegunaanpenelitian ini adalah sebagai informasi mengenai nilai kandungan unsur hara makro pada media pertumbuhan Jambu Bol Varietas Jamaika di Dsn.Prayungan Desa.Gondang manis sehingga di harapkan dapat di jadikan sebagai acuan dalam mengelolah media pertumbuhan Jambu Bol Varietas Jamaika. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan metode kualitatif. Pengamatan serta pengambilan sampel tanah dilakukan dengan cara taktis. Jarak pengambilan sampel dari titik pengamatan satu dengan titik pengamatan lainnya disesuaikan dengan kondisi wilayah. Setiap titik diambil 10 sub lalu dijadikan satu sehingga memperoleh sampel tanah komposit untuk dianalisis dilaboratorium. Analisis tanah mencakup sifat kimia tanah yaitu pH,Nitrogen,Fosfor,C-Organik. Hasil analisis kimia dari dua sampel tanah dapat dibandingkan kriteria tanah yang layak dijadikan media pertumbuhan Jambu Bol Varietas Jamaika.

Abstract

Gondangmanis guava production has decreased every year, this is due to pests and plant diseases and due to decreased land quality, either due to soil fertility or the absence of cultivation techniques applied to Gondangmanis guava plants. This is caused by several factors, including the lack of supply of agricultural production inputs, the absence of development of guava cultivation technology, the absence of post-harvest technology assembly for guava, and the absence of wider marketing of guava production. soil organic matter, physical properties and macronutrients contained in the land of gondangmanis guava growth. The decline in land productivity will affect the productivity of crop production. Based on this, the author intends to examine how much macro nutrients are available in the Gondangmanis guava growth medium and the soil characteristics of the Gondangmanis guava growing media. The survey and sampling were carried out in the village of Gondangmanis Badarkedung, Mulyo, jombang. Anali This study used a qualitative research using a survey system followed by random sampling of soil at a depth of 0-20 cm. The soil sample is then analyzed in the Integrated Laboratory of the Department of Agriculture. Some of the parameters studied were soil pH determined by a pH meter, N-total was determined by the Kjeldahl method, P-total was determined using the Olsen method, C-organic was determined by the Walkley and black methods. The results of the analysis showed that the chemical content of the soil on the Gondangmanis guava media showed that the soil pH was neutral – alkaline, the C-organic content was very low, the N-total was very low, and the P-total was very high. The soil character of Gondangmanis guava growth media in Gondangmanis village is sandy loam and tends to be sandy.

Abstract

This study aims to identify what internal and external factors can be strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to the Gondang Sweet Guava development strategy in the Gondang Manis Farmer Group. Gondang Sweet Village, Perak District, Jombang Regency. This study uses the SWOT analysis method obtained from the IFAS/EFAS matrix, SWOT quadrant and SWOT matrix. The respondents of this study were the Head of the Banjarsari Farmers Group and 15 members who were members of the Gondang Manis farmer group. Based on the results of the analysis of the IFAS matrix, the total score is 2.48, the results of the EFAS matrix analysis the total score is 2.51. After knowing the results of the IFAS/EFAS matrix, then determining the SWOT quadrant. Quadrant results show the Gondang Manis farmer group is in quadrant 1 (Grouth), namely the Gondang Manis farmer group in developing Guava needs a strategy to create new strategies to deal with various kinds of threats. The main strategy is to improve the quality of guava by harvesting it properly and properly. And produce other strategies including the strategy of improving the quality of guava through coaching pokdarwis and youth groups, maintaining the quality of guava gondang sweet. increase people's purchasing power, reduce competition between guava farmers.

Abstract

Cassava is a carbohydrate-producing commodity that is commonly found in rural areas. Simple processing of cassava makes this commodity rarely in demand by adolescents and children. Efforts to diversify products need to be done, one of which is through training in SEUKAPE processing. The target audience for this community service activity is village youth in the Kayen Village area, Bandarkbuildingmulyo District, Jombang Regency. This activity was carried out at the Kayen Village Hall which is located in the Kayen Village Head Office in October 2020 with a total of 20 participants. The series of community service activities including entrepreneurship workshops, training on making SEUKAPE and product displays were well attended by the participants. The results of the activity showed that the participants were enthusiastic in making SEUKAPE as an example of local processed products that can become the hallmark of Kayen Village.

Abstract

Provision of nutritious food sources is one of the priorities in maintaining public health. Therefore, community service activities aimed to: (1) providing understanding to the community, especially PKK cadres, the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle by regulating the composition of food/drinks and food diversification and (2) providing knowledge for PKK cadres on how to make healthy food products made from corn. This community service activity was carried out in October - November 2021 with the target of PKK cadres in Sentul Village, Tembelang District, Jombang Regency. This activity was carried out using the ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) approach, which utilizes village assets in the form of sweet corn as a healthy food product. The implementation of community service activities consisted of two stages, including observation and coordination with the Sentul Village PKK management and socialization of healthy food products in the form of juice and sweet corn ice cream. The results of the socialization of healthy food products based on processed sweet corn have an impact was (1) providing understanding to PKK cadres about healthy food diversification innovations based on local ingredients, and (2) providing knowledge to PKK cadres on how to make easy processed products in the form of juice. and sweet corn ice cream.

Abstract

PKK merupakan organisasi kemasyarakatan yang aktif dalam peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Salah satu yang menjadi perhatian para kader PKK adalah masalah pangan dan gizi masyarakat terutama pada usia anak-anak. Oleh karena itu bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan ibu-ibu PKK dalam mengolah produk sayuran menjadi makanan yang lebih menarik untuk dikonsumsi keluarga.. Kegiatan ini dilakukan pada Bulan November 2021. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah kader PKK Desa Sentul Kecamatan Tembelang Kabupaten Jombang. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan metode problem solving yaitu kegiatan dilaksanakan berdasarkan identifikasi permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat terdiri atas beberapa tahapan antara lain survei awal dan koordinasi dengan mitra, perancangan materi pelatihan dan penyampaian materi pelatihan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan kegiatan pelatihan produk pangan fungsional berbasis bayam merah memberikan dampak antara lain (1) memberikan tambahan wawasan dan pengetahuan kader PKK Desa Sentul tentang pentingnya pangan sehat bagi masyarakat, serta (2) meningkatkan keterampilan kader PKK dalam pengolahan pangan fungsional berupa mie bayam merah.

Abstract

Gondang Manis guava is located in Bandarkedungmulyo District, Jombang Regency. This guava is one of the superior varieties of Guava. This fruit is a national superior fruit row. Therefore, an information system related to Gondang Gondang Manis is needed to provide information to the public starting from general information about Guava Gondang Manis, cultivation, and processed products of Guava Gondang Manis. By utilizing Android development, the public will easily access information about Guava Gondang Manis. The research location was conducted in the village of Gondang Manis, Bandarkedungmulyo district, Jombang regency. Primary data is data taken directly from the research location in Gondang Manis village, through direct observation at the location, interviews with the government, and community shops, and filling out questionnaires. The respondents who were selected were 15 people to fill out the research questionnaire as follows: Government (2 people), namely the village head and apparatus, Jombang Agricultural Service Employees (1 person), Community Shop (2 people), and the main actors (10 people). Secondary data is data obtained through agencies related to this research, both tabulated and descriptive. This application analysis method uses the Waterfall method. The Waterfall method is a device development step that uses sequential stages, with the process of completing its manufacture from top to bottom and flowing (like a waterfall) by going through the requirements, design, implementation, and maintenance phases. This application is made using Framwork7 and compiled using Cordova. This application has been tested on the community and got a score of 3,42 categorized as good.
