Abstract

At this time the phenomenon that is happening right now is in a new lifestyle, which as we understand it about healthy living, keeping a distance and so on can be called the new normal, because the main reason is the corona virus. The problem is based on what it can be seen that the lifestyle of many students is not healthy for that a survey related to the lifestyle of students is carried out. This research is a descriptive research using survey method. The population in this study were Physical Education and Health Students at Nusa Cendana University. The sample in this study used simple random sampling, the research sample was 80 students from the Physical Education and Health Center of Nusa Cendana University. By giving a questionnaire to students who are the subjects in the research. This research instrument uses a questionnaire in the form of a written statement given through a google form to the respondent. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that the healthy lifestyle of FKIP Undana Penjaskesrek students during the COVID-19 pandemic was in the "never" category by 15% (6 students), "rarely" by 35% (14 students), " often” by 38% (15 students), “often” by 13% (5 students). Based on the average score, which is 139.58, the healthy lifestyle of FKIP Undana Penjaskesrek students is in the "Frequent" category. In the sense that the FKIP Undana Penjaskesrek students during the covid 19 period often apply a healthy lifestyle.

Abstract

In learning the meaning of motion and its application will be different, of course the consequence is injury. This problem is a description of the problems that occur in the Physical Education Study Program. This can affect the level of student satisfaction in using e-learning at Nusa Cendana University at the study program level. The research method used is a qualitative research method with the type of survey research with a research time of 4 months. Students of the physical education health and recreation study program consisting of semester 2 to semester 8, where the delegates for each class are 20 people with a total of 80 people. With data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires and documentation. The results of the study can be concluded that the implementation of online lectures during the covid-19 pandemic is the best solution. the calculation of the average value is known that the aspects of comfort, aspects of relationships and competence are in the satisfied category. On the other hand, there is one aspect that is found to be slightly different from other aspects, namely the cost aspect, this aspect is in the less satisfied category. Overall it can be concluded that the Satisfaction Level of Students of the Physical Education Study Program FKIP Nusa Cendana University in Using E-Learning During the Covid-19 Pandemic is in the satisfied category.

Abstract

ABSTRACTTargeted learning can make a significant contribution to achieving learning goals. One of the obstacles experienced by the fourth semester students of Class B of the FKIP Undana Penjaskesrek Study Program is the lack of attention and motivation to learn which often has an impact on forehand and backhand. Video learning media is audio visual media that displays motion, which can present live images, not only sounds that we can hear but visually also from the video in the teaching and learning process, the material presented will be more interesting, and not boring and foster motivation to learn. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of video learning media on forehand in table tennis and to determine the effect of video learning media on backhand shots on table tennis. This type of research that researchers use is quasi-experimental with a quantitative descriptive approach. The research design used was One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Based on the results of statistical tests using SPPS with Paired Sample T-Test, the Sig (2-tailed) value of the Forehand shot is 0,000 and Backhand is 0,000, all of which are <0.025 then Ho is rejected so H1 is accepted. In other words, there is a significant influence of video learning media on forehand and backhand in table tennis.Keyword: Learning Video, Forehand, Backhand, Table Tennis

Abstract

Proses belajar mengajar yang efektif yaitu pertemuan antara pendidik dan peserta didik secara langsung dalam suatu ruang pembelajaran. Pada awal tahun 2020 dunia sedang waspada dengan sebuah virus yang disebut corona virus atau covid-19. Pandemi covid-19 telah merubah tatanan kehidupan dari segi sosial, ekonomi dan tidak luput juga dunia pendidikan. Sehingga proses belajar mengajar diperguruan tinggi beralih dari offline menjadi online. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui bagaimana motivasi belajar mahasiswa Penjaskesrek Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan pada perkuliahan daring selama pandemi covid-19. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan keseluruhan indikator menunjukan bahwa motivasi belajar mahasiswa Penjaskesrek Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan pada perkuliahan daring selama pandemi covid-19 berada pada kategori rendah, hal ini didapatkan dari skor persentase yang berjumlah 81%. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan para mahasiswa terus meningkatkan motivasi belajar pada perkuliahan daring selama pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini juga diharapkan para pendidik selalu kreatif dalam menciptakan situasi belajar dan selalu memotivasikan para mahasiswa untuk tetap selalu semangat mengikuti perkuliahan daring.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the implementation of limited face-to-face lectures for Table Tennis and Aquatics I. The study was conducted on students of the Physical Education Study Program FKIP in semester 4 of the even academic year 2021-2022 as the sample used for the Table Tennis course and semester 2 of the even academic year. 2021-2022 which is used as a sample for the Aquatic I course. The research carried out includes a qualitative descriptive type which evaluates the implementation of limited face-to-face lectures for the Table Tennis course with Aquatic I through interviews and filling out questionnaires via Google Form. The results obtained from interviews for Table Tennis courses based on 1) indicators of the evaluation of the learning process concluded that most of the learning process could run well even though it was limited by health protocols 2) indicators of evaluation of the implementation process, it could be concluded that the process of implementing face-to-face lectures was limited to courses Table Tennis is quite good and 3) Based on the indicators of learning outcomes, it can be concluded that the learning outcomes can be achieved, although it must be improved in several supporting factors such as the internet network and the availability of table tennis which needs to be increased. While the results obtained from interviews for Aquatic I Course are based on 1) indicators of evaluation of the learning process, it can be concluded that most of the learning process can run well even though it is limited by health protocols 2) indicators of evaluation of the implementation process, it can be concluded that the process of implementing face-to-face lectures is limited by eyes. Aquatic I lecture is quite good and 3) Based on the indicators of learning outcomes, it can be concluded that learning outcomes can be achieved, although it must be improved in several supporting factors such as the internet network. The results obtained by filling out questionnaires for the Table Tennis Course show that the Table Tennis lectures were carried out well even though they were held face-to-face. The same results were obtained through filling out questionnaires for the Aquatic I Course, indicating that the Aquatic I lecture was carried out well even though it was held face-to-face in a limited manner. In conclusion, during limited face-to-face lectures, both Table Tennis and Aquatic I courses can be carried out well.

Abstract

Learning physical education has a different approach from other subjects. This is due to the emphasis on the development of psychomotor aspects rather than cognitive and affective aspects. In fact, the process of learning physical education emphasizes not only psychomotor aspects but also cognitive and affective aspects simultaneously, as internationally standardized by ICHPER-SD and UNESCO that physical education and sports in schools must describe the discipline of knowledge, skills and behavior covering the domains psychomotor, cognitive, and affective. This demand results in the need for a learning approach that can involve and develop all aspects of education.The Tactics Learning Approach (TGfU) pays very broad attention to the cognitive and psychomotor domains. For example, the cognitive domain is obtained from exams in high and secondary schools. Behavioral measurement is carried out to measure the effectiveness and involvement of the game that was developed to contribute to the measurement of actions and skills that are measured in relation to the cognitive domain. Very little attention has been paid to researchers and educators in the cognitive and affective domains. The influence of work and pleasure in sports will give greater influence through game learning. For example, children, coaches and parents all need to know that games and game situations are more enjoyable than continuous, technique-oriented practice.

Abstract

Nowadays, the interest in sports, especially in game sports, is increasing among young people. It has become a habit, and they even feel uncomfortable when they don't play sports, such as futsal and basketball. In line with their increasing passion, the trend regarding sports accessories is also increasing day by day. Thus, more and more people want to show their "fashion" in sports. In addition to fashion, the development of sports in the field of advice and infrastructure is also increasing and over time there have been changes in both quality and form that suit the needs and abilities of athletes, so sports actors must provide the latest tools so that they can support ongoing training, for example takraw balls which are used to use rattan along with Over time, they changed to use plastic materials. The implementation of a business opportunity workshop in the field of sports on August 13, 2022 which was attended by 80 participants. Resource persons provide knowledge and experience on how to see business opportunities in the field of sports, participants also carry out and make designs and business proposals which are considered as business opportunities in the field of sports in the environment around which participants live. The challenge for sports graduates is the difficulty of finding work, through this workshop it is hoped that this will provide additional insight so that sports graduates do not only focus on teaching but can start businesses in the sports sector.

Abstract

Mendeley adalah aplikasi manajemen referensi yang digunakan untuk mempermudah pembuatan sitasi dan pembuatan daftar pustaka pada penulisan karya ilmiah. Tujuan Kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan baru kepada mahasiswa betapa pentingnya penerapan mendeley dalam membantu mahasiswa untuk penulisan tugas akhir. Proses penerapan mendeley dilakukan dengan memberikan pelatihan serta penugasan guna untuk dapat mengoperasionalkan aplikasi mendeley pada tugas akhir mahasiswa semester 9 pada program studi penjaskesrek. Hasil yang diharapkan dari kegiatan penerapan mendeley ini adalah dapat mempermudah mahasiswa tingkat akhir dalam penulisan karya ilmiah.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the instrument and the norms for testing the physical ability of athletes aged 13-18 years. This type of research is descriptive research with survey techniques using the test method. The population in this study were Student Education and Training Center athletes in East Nusa Tenggara Province, totaling 69 athletes consisting of 41 boys and 28 girls. The sampling technique used in this study is nonprobability sampling of 69 athletes. The instruments used in this study were the 400 meter running test, sit and reach test, power hop test and multistage fitness test. The data obtained in this study were processed using t-test statistics with a significance level (α) = 5%. The results of research based on research and tests that have been carried out have a significant effect. Judging from the results of calculating the correlation coefficient of the influence and contribution of the old and new norms, namely: for male athletes, the value of R = correlation coefficient is equal to 0.720, while the magnitude of the contribution of the new norm to the old norm is shown by the R Square value of 0.518, which is 51.8%. Whereas for female athletes, the results obtained are R = correlation coefficient of 0.921, which means that the influence is large, while the contribution of the new norm to the old norm is shown by the R Square value of 0.849, which is 84.9%. So it can be concluded that there is an effectiveness of the instruments and norms for testing the physical ability of athletes aged 13-18 years in East Nusa Tenggara Province.
