Abstract

One of the Field Experience Practices (PPL) service programs held at the Ma Ponpes Al Islam University of Bina Bangsa Academic Year 2022/2023 is information and communication technology socialization and training activities. The implementation of the Field Experience Practice (PPL) service program in the Ma Ponpes Al Islam environment aims to increase student interest in learning, in the development of information and communication technology so that the program can make Ma Ponpes Al Islam students more motivated in the world of information and communication technology. While the method of implementing the Field Experience Practice (PPL) service program includes information and communication technology education, motivation, and practice. The results of this PPL service activity are: 1) Increasing student interest in learning, 2) Increasing student knowledge and 3) increasing student motivation to learn Information and communication technology. Thus, the service carried out by the Bina Bangsa University Field Experience Practice Team (PPL) to the students of Ma Ponpes Al Islam in 2022 in information and communication technology socialization and training activities has been well realized.

Abstract

Savings and investment is one of the indicators in the country's economy that can determine the rate of economic growth. Saving money today is important. Saving money has started to be instilled early by some parents to their children. Because savings have an important role to play in the future. By instilling saving to children early, it is expected to be able to regenerate the habit of saving in the younger generation of this devotion to conduct socialization activities about saving movement to students of madrasah diniyah awaliyah in kp. Sidilem village telaga luhur, district waringin kurung, district serang-banten. This activity aims to provide knowledge and understanding about financial literacy through saving, to foster interest in saving early so that children are used to saving,as well as by giving examples of how to decorate apiggy bank with origami paper. This activity is carried out face-to-face (on the spot training) using the method of delivering socialization materials with counseling techniques, questions and answers, quizzes, piggy bank creations, as well as by adding games. Children's activities result in increasing knowledge about benefits and tips and knowing the making of piggy banks from simple materials. The socialization activities were carried out enthusiastically, as evidenced by their communicative in terms of question and answer during the event. This activity is expected to be continued by the school and also in the surrounding community and able to regenerate saving habits in the next generation of Indonesian youth who are ultimately able to contribute to the nation and the country

Abstract

Kemampuan koneksi matematis siswa di Indonesia masih tergolong rendah, baik ditingkat nasional maupun internasional. Salah satu model pembelajaran yang dapat meningkatkan keaktifan dan kemampuan koneksi matematis siswa adalah model Guided Discovery Learning. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah kemampuan koneksi matematis siswa pada materi bangun ruang sisi datar yang diberikan model pembelajaran Guide Discovery Learning lebih baik dari siswa yang diberikan pembelajaran konvensional. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Quasi Eksperimen dengan desain One Groups Pretest-Posttest Design. Populasinya siswa kelas VIII SMP PGRI 1 Pulomerak dan sampel diambil secara purposive sampling yaitu kelas VIII B dan VIII C. Pengumpulan data menggunakan tes dan angket sikap siswa. Analisis data menggunakan uji t dan kriteria skor rerata. Kesimpulannya yaitu kemampuan koneksi matematis siswa yang diberikan model pembelajaran Guided Discovery Learning lebih baik dari siswa yang diberikan pembelajaran konvensional.
