Abstract

Abstrak: Rintisan Desa Wisata yang dikelola oleh organisasi masyarakat Pokdarwis diidentifikasi memiliki masalah minimnya kapabilitas pengelolaan kelembagaan. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat kelembagaan pokdarwis melalui pembuatan identitas dan peningkatan kapabilitas perencanan organisasi.  Empat metode diterapkan untuk melaksanakan kegiatan yaitu sosialisasi tata kelola pokdarwis,  FGD pembuatan nama, logo, penyusunan visi dan misi, serta simulasi dan pendampingan lapangan untuk menyusun strategi dan program kegiatan. Pengabdian masyarakat ini menghasilkan identitas organisasi berupa nama dan logo pokdarwis, dokumen Rencana Strategis (RENSTRA) terkait visi, misi, strategi serta program kegiatan yang akan dilakukan 5 tahun ke depan. Monitoring dan evaluasi dilakukan selama dan setelah kegiatan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukan 90% anggota Pokdarwis menyatakan sangat penting untuk memiliki identitas dan rencana strategis. Untuk tindak lanjut kegiatan pengabdian akan difokuskan untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan masyarakat dan implementasi program.  Hasil pengabdian ini diharapkan memiliki implikasi pada penggunaan identitas bagi seluruh aspek pemasaran dan pelaksanaan program kegiatan yang telah disusun guna mencapai visi menjadi destinasi tujuan utama. Abstract: Tourism Village inititation managed by Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis) was identified as having problems with the lack of institutional management capabilities, so this community service activity aims to strengthen the institutional through the creation of organizational identity and improvement in their planning capability.  Four methods were implemented to execute several activities.  Namely socialization of pokdarwis governance, FGD to create the organization’s name, logo, vission and missions, as well as simulation and field assistance to develop strategies and activity programs. This community service produced name and logo for pokdarwis identity, also a strategic plan document (RENSTRA) that will guide the organization direction for the next 5 years. Monitoring and evaluation were carried out during and after the activity. The evaluation results showed that 90% of Pokdarwis members stated that it is very important to have an identity and a strategic plan. Therefore, further assistance will be focused on increasing local community engagement and programs implementation. The resuls of this community service is expected to have implication for the use of organization’s identity for any marketing campaign and programs implementation that have been proposed to support the achievement of the vision  to be the main village tourism destination.

Abstract

The phenomenon that occurs in the field shows that from the results of the suggestion box there are still complaints from guests who use the restaurant's services, these complaints include the lack of garnishes or the appearance of food and drinks that are less attractive, the lack of menu variations on the food and drinks served, the lack of friendliness of some employees. restaurants in providing service, especially when crowded conditions, limited menu books, slow and unresponsive service. These questions aim to determine and analyze the effect of service quality on guest satisfaction at The Flavor Citradream Hotel Semarang Restaurant, to determine and analyze the effect of food product quality on guest satisfaction at The Flavor Citradream Hotel Semarang Restaurant, to determine and analyze the effect of service and the quality of food products together on guest satisfaction at The Flavor Citradream Hotel Semarang Restaurant. This research is a way to find out, discuss, analyze and conclude in depth about the influence of food product quality and service on guest satisfaction at Restaurant The Flavor Hotel Citradream Semarang. The variable quality of food products is the variable that has the most influence on guest satisfaction when visiting Restaurant The Flavor Hotel Citradream Semarang.

Abstract

Covid-19, which is still a pandemic today, brings a change in lifestyle to the social order. People are required to adopt new habits (new normal) to be able to live productively. The new normal era began to be enforced by the government with the issuance of the Decree of the Minister of Health. Ensure a quality work process for each company by utilizing human resources as best as possible with some considerations. The study of retail companies and national DNA, to know and understand the strategy of national private companies to improve the performance of its employees in the face of the new era of normal As well as the process of multinational private companies to improve the performance of its employees at the beginning of the new normal era. The research will impact the development efforts of a healthy working environment by creating an office with the concept of open space, modern, ecofriendly and high-technology. In addition, the idea of 3T (Right Quality, On Time, On Target) and 3K (Communication, Coordination, Collaboration) must also be applied so that the talents can make a positive contribution to the company both in the era of covid 19 and in the new normal period.

Abstract

The new normal era began to be imposed by the government with the Decree of the Minister of Health No. HK.01.07/Menkes/382/2020 on Health Protocols for People in Public Places and Facilities to Prevent and Control Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) set on June 19, 2020. Objects used as studies in research at the Demak And Some District Governments BUMN (Badan Usaha Milik Negara) The purpose of this research is to know and understand the strategy of national private companies to improve their performance employees in the face of the new normal. The research process is used by collecting libraries from journals, books and information from website pages. The analysis produced a description that adjustment of the ASN Work System enters work and comply with the provisions of applicable working hours. At the same time, state-owned enterprises establish health protocols according to regulations and conduct activities according to the relevant law.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and explain of human resource development on employee performance where the work environment and work communication as moderating variables (study at the Regional Secretariat of Demak Regency). Research data was obtained through secondary data documentation and questionnaires with sample used in the  research was 106 respondents. The results of the study are expected to provide useful information for employees and the Regional Secretariat of Demak Regency. The data obtained were processed using  descriptive analysis and quantitative statistical analysis.  This  study uses moderated regression with the interaction method or often referred to as Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA), but before the test is carried out, the validity and reliability tests are carried out first and hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis show that human resource development has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Demak Regency. The work environment and work communication moderated positively and significantly the influence of human resource development on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Demak Regency.
