Abstract

Makanan suplemen kapsul ikan gabus sebagai solusi peningkatkan nilai tambah, memiliki kandungan albumin tinggi, yang berperan mempercepat proses penyembuhan luka. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah mengangkat potensi sumber daya ikan danau Lindu utamanya ikan Gabus, serta memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepada kelompok usaha milenial untuk mampu membuat makanan suplemen kapsul ikan gabus sebagai sarana meningkatkan pendapatan. Program pengabdian ini di laksanakan di Desa Anca, yang difokuskan pada pengembangan produk unggulan daerah di Kabupaten Sigi. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaannya adalah peningkatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia melalui pelatihan (capacity building), diskusi, praktek kerja (demplot), dan kegiatan pendampingan pengolahan ikan gabus yang dilakukan secara berkelanjutan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini, bermitra dengan kelompok usaha milenial Kalendu Kolenorasi hasil binaan BUMDES Desa Anca. Keterlibatan mitra dan pemerintah setempat sangat antusias dalam mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan tentang pengolahan makanan supplemen kapsul ikan gabus dan manfaatnya, dilakukan secara interaktif dan partisipatif tentang peningkatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia milenial. Untuk menjaga keberlanjutan program, dilakukan kegiatan pendampingan dengan intensitas melakukan komunikasi, baik melalui media telepon , media sosial, dan melakukan pertemuan langsung dengan mitra untuk diskusi terkait dengan masalah pengembangan usaha dan cara pemecahannya. Target luaran yang ingin dicapai adalah kelompok usaha milenial Kalendu Kolenorasi Desa Anca mampu mengelola dan menghasilkan produk makanan supplemen kapsul ikan gabus. Kata kunci : pemberdayaan, pelatihan, pendampingan, kapsul ikan gabus, peningkatan pendapatan ABSTRACT Snakehead fish capsule supplement food as a solution to increase added value, has a high albumin content, which plays a role in accelerating the wound healing process. The purpose of this community service is to raise the potential of Lake Lindu fish resources, especially snakehead fish, as well as provide knowledge and skills to millennial business groups to be able to make snakehead fish capsule supplement food as a means of increasing income. This service program was carried out in Anca Village, which is focused on developing regional superior products in Sigi Regency. The method used in its implementation is to increase the capacity of human resources through training (capacity building), discussions, work practices (demplots), and sustainable management of snakehead fish. This service activity is in partnership with the Kalendu Kolenorasi millennial business group fostered by BUMDES Anca Village. The involvement of partners and the local government was very enthusiastic in participating in training activities on food processing for snakehead fish capsule supplements and their benefits, carried out interactively and participatively on increasing the capacity of millennial human resources. To maintain the sustainability of the program, mentoring activities are carried out with the intensity of communicating, both through telephone media, social media, and holding direct meetings with partners for discussions related to business development problems and how to solve them. The output target to be achieved is that the millennial business group Kalendu Kolenorasi Anca Village is able to manage and produce snakehead fish capsule supplement food products. Abstract

Program pengabdian ini di laksanakan di Desa Anca, yang difokuskan pada pengembangan produk unggulan daerah pada bidang wisata di Kabupaten Sigi. Kegiatan ini mengangkat potensi sumber daya alam dan budaya lokal sebagai sarana meningkatkan pendapatan dan kesejahteraan warga. Keberadaan danau berpotensi untuk dikembangkan menjadi destinasi wisata khususnya geowisata. Kendala yang dihadapi selama ini, pengelolaannya belum maksimal diakibatkan medan yang terlalu berat. Kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan meliputi pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang profesional, manajemen atraksi wisata. pengadaan penunjang aksesibilitas, pengadaan sarana akomodasi, penambahan aktivitas, perintisan kerjasama, promosi, peningkatan ekonomi berbasis geowisata dan diversifikasi pengolahan ikan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini, bermitra dengan kelompok usaha Kalendu Kolenorasi. Metode yang diterapkan meliputi observasi, diskusi, operasional kerja, penyuluhan, pelatihan, dan pendampingan secara langsung. Target luaran yang ingin dicapai adalah tersedianya sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas dan mumpuni dalam bidang pariwisata dan pengolahan ikan berbagai panganan serta peningkatan promosi destinasi, mulai domestik hingga mancanegara. Kata kunci: Geowisata, Kearifan lokal, Diversifikasi, Peningkatan pendapatan ABSTRACT The community service program was held in Anca village focused on developing regional superior products in the tourism sector at Sigi district, Central Sulawesi. The activities supported the potential of local natural and cultural resources as the place increasing income and welfare of community. The existence of the lake has the potential to be developed into a tourist destination, especially geotourism. The obstacle faced including the management has not been optimal because the heavy accessibility. The activities have been carried out include the development of professional human resources, management of tourist attractions. procurement support for accessibility, provision of accommodation facilities, additional more activities, initiating cooperation, promotion, economic improvement based on geotourism and diversification of fish processing. This service activity is in partnership with the Kalendu Kolenorasi business group. The method applied includes observation, discussion, operational work, counseling, training and direct mentoring. The output target to be achieved is the availability of qualified human resources in the field of tourism and fish processing into various foods as well as increasing the promotion of destinations from domestic to the another country. Abstract

Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) Penguatan Kearifan Lokal Pasca Bencana Alam Desa Kaliburu Kecamatan Sindue Tombusabora Kabupaten Donggala Sulawesi Tengah bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat desa Kaliburu terhadap kearifan lokal, membantu meringankan pembiayaan dalam menggarap lahan pertanian bagi petani masyarakat desa Kaliburu, mendorong masyarakat desa Kaliburu untuk lebih memahami pentingnya pelestarian kearifan lokal noasiala pale dalam mengelola sumnberdya pertanian untukmemenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya, memberikan informasi dan pembelajaran bagi masyarakat dan pemerintah desa Kaliburu terhadap manfaat kearifan lokalnosiala pale atau kerja kelompok bergotong royong. Dalam kegiatan PKM metode yang dikembangkan adalah metode yang dikembangkan untuk mendapatkan data-data kearifan lokal adalah wawancara langsung kepada aparat desa, tokoh masyarakat, tokoh adat. Praktek pelaksanaan nosiala paleatau gotong royong adalahpembukaan lahan, pembersihan lahan, penugalan atau pembuatan lubang untuk ditanami jagung, penanaman jagung atau pengisian jagung dilubang yang sudah disiapkan, penyemprotan hama,pembersihan rumput atau teki-tekian yang bisa menghambat pertumbuhan jagung, panen dan pasca panen jagung, dan musyawarah desa pembahasan naskah akademik ranperdes penguatan kearifan lokal.Adapun realiasi kegiatan adalah terlaksananya pelaksanaan bercocok tanam jagung sampai kepada panen (lokal:molopu), dan melahirkan Peraturan Desa Kaliburu tentang pelestarian kearifan lokal kerja kelompok bergotong royong (nosiala pale)

Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is to improve knowledge about the Indonesian Language Learning Strategy which can be useful for all parties in the future. This research uses literature review with data collection technique by using existing literature books. This article attempts to describe the concept of Indonesian language learning strategies using a learning approach, learning methods and techniques that are in accordance with the Education Unit Level Curriculum through the author's argument. The results of the literature review found that the learning management strategy is a component of the variables methods that deal with how the interaction between student with any other variables method. This Strategy relating to decision about organizational strategies and spesific delivery strategies used during the learning process. There are four classifications of variables strategies of learning management which include (1) scheduling the using of learning strategies, (2) making notes on student learning progress, and (3) motivational management, and (4) learning control. From the description above, it can be conclude in order to make indonesian language learning in the classroom interesting, so the teacher is expected to be able to carry out learning by applying/using appropriate learning strategies (methods and techniques). The strategy that must be adjusted to the basic competency and learning Indicators by involving students maximally learning activity.

Abstract

Manusia merupakan makhluk yang telah difasilitasi Sumber Daya yang dengannya mampu melakukan sesuatu melebihi makhluk lainnya. Di sisi lain kemajuan sains dan teknologi diakui sebagai implikasi hasil pengembangan pendidikan juga, telah menjadi tantangan dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan itu sendiri yang menghasilkan sumber daya manusia yang berkompoten. Bagaimana mentransformasikan pendidikan yang mampu melahirkan sumber daya yang berkarakter di era disrupsi. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian pustaka dengan pendekatan ilmu pendidikan dan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (a) Manusia memiliki potensi bawaan sebagai sumber dayanya yakni potensi spiritual, intelektual, sosial, emosional, dan jasmaniyah; (b) Potensi dimaksud jika dikembangkan dan diaktualisasikan akan melahirkan kinerja terbaiknya; (c) Pendidikan berkelanjutan dan pembangunan karakter sebagai sarana penting keberhasilan menghadapi era disrupsi

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of teacher competence and discipline on student achievement at SMPN 3 Bantuga, Ampana Tete District, either partially or simultaneously. This research is a verification research. According to Riduwan (2006; 55) verification research is a study that analyzes the influence of one variable with another variable. The number of respondents in this study were 37 respondents, and the analytical tool used was multiple linear regression. The conclusion of this study is, both simultaneously and partially the competence and discipline of teachers have a significant effect on student achievement at SMPN 3 Bantuga, Ampana Tete District. Abstract

This literature research article explores the perceptions and experiences of teachers and students regarding Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions in English language teaching. With the rapid advancements in AI technologies, there is a growing interest in leveraging these tools to enhance language learning experiences. Understanding the perspectives of teachers and students is crucial for successful implementation and to harness the potential benefits of AI in the field of English language education. The study adopts a mixed-methods research approach, incorporating both quantitative and qualitative methods. A survey was conducted to gather quantitative data on participants' attitudes, beliefs, and experiences related to AI integration. Additionally, in-depth interviews and focus group discussions were conducted to obtain qualitative insights and delve into participants' perceptions and challenges. The findings of the study reveal positive attitudes towards AI solutions in English language teaching, with participants highlighting the effectiveness of AI technologies in improving language skills and providing personalized instruction. The adaptive nature of AI tools was valued for its ability to cater to individual needs and offer immediate feedback. However, concerns were raised regarding technological readiness and the need for training and support in effectively utilizing AI solutions. These findings have implications for educators, policymakers, and curriculum developers, highlighting the need for technological readiness, teacher training, and support in implementing AI solutions effectively. By embracing the potential of AI while preserving the human element, English language teaching can benefit from personalized and adaptive learning experiences.
