Abstract

This research is to test the variables of product quality, brand image and brand trust to affect the satisfaction of Telkomsel SIM Card customers in Palembang. This research is quantitative and took a sample of 271 respondents from Telkomsel SIM Card users in Palembang City. Data collection techniques in this study by distributing questionnaires using a likert scale. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis which is processed using SPSS version 25 for windows. The findings of this study show that product quality, brand image and brand trust affect the satisfaction of Telkomsel SIM Card customers in Palembang City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of human resource development and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT Adelindo Perkasa. The method used is a quantitative method. The data in this study are primary data obtained from questionnaires that are processed using SPSS. Respondents totaled 51 employees, which were determined by the sample method using the saturated sampling method. The results of the t test analysis show that the variable human resource development (X1) and work discipline (X2) have a positive effect on employee performance (Y). However, the work discipline variable (X2) has a greater influence than the human resource development variable (X1). The Rsquare coefficient of determination is 0.872. This means that the contribution of human resource development and work discipline to employee performance is 87.2%. As for suggestions based on the results of research that has been carried out, it is hoped that this research will be useful as information material and input for employees of PT Adelindo Perkasa so that they can improve their performance, further enhance the development of human resources and work discipline.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence Reward, Punishment, and Work Culture have on employee performance by conducting tests using SPSS version 23. This research was conducted on respondents who were employees at PT Pratama Palm Abadi with a total sample size of 70 respondents. This research uses quantitative methods and the analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the first regression analysis prove that reward (X1) has a significant effect on employee performance, which means that H1 is proposed to be accepted. With the increase in rewards, it has a positive impact on improving employee performance. This means that reward has a positive effect on employee performance. The second regression result proves that punishment (X2) has a positive effect on employee performance, which means that H2 is accepted. It is very necessary to be firm in giving punishment so that it can improve the discipline of employee performance. The third regression result proves that work culture (X3) has a positive effect on employee performance, which means that the proposed H3 is accepted. The higher the work culture, the effect of increasing employee performance. Together the Reward (X1), Punishment (X2) and Work Culture (X3) variables have a positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation and work discipline both partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees of Puskesmas Sekip Palembang. The data in this study were collected through distributing questionnaires to 64 respondents. The type of data in this study uses qualitative data and quantitative data. To see the extent of the accuracy and feasibility of the research variable instrument used validity and reliability tests, the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis models, with t tests and F tests. The results of the t test analysis in this study show that partially work motivation has a significant effect, and work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance at the Sekip Palembang Health Center. The results of the F test analysis and the coefficient of determination show that simultaneously work motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant influence on the performance of employees of the Palembang Sekip Health Center by 37.7 percent, while the remaining 63.3 percent is influenced by other factors outside the study. This shows that the higher the work motivation and work discipline, the higher the performance produced by the employees of the Palembang Sekip Health Center.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of the physical work environment and work discipline on employee performance at the kalidoni village office. In this study collected through distributing questionnaires with 57 respondents. The theory used in this study relates to the physical work environment and work discipline. This type of research uses research instruments in the form of questionnaires and data analysis techniques using IBM SPSS V25 for windows. There are also data analysis techniques in this study including multiple linear analysis validity tests, t tests, f tests and determination tests. From the results of the tests carried out partially the physical work environment has a significant positive effect on employee performance of 0.00 and work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance of 0.023 and simultaneously the physical work environment and work discipline on employee performance have a positive and significant effect on employee performance of 0.00.
