Abstract

This study aims to analyze the growth and development of toddlers aged 12-59 months based on family income and history of exclusive breastfeeding. This research method is an analytic observational study with a cross-sectional design. The results showed that 50.5% had a family income above the minimum wage. History of exclusive breastfeeding, 46.4% received an account of exclusive breastfeeding. Variable growth, as many as 71.1% have normal nutrition, and 28.9% have less food. The developmental variable was obtained as 69.1% had appropriate development, and 30.9% had dubious action. The chi-square test showed a relationship between growth and development with family income (p-value = 0.000) and a history of exclusive breastfeeding (0.000). In conclusion, growth and development are strongly influenced by family income and a history of exclusive breastfeeding, where there is a tendency for mothers who have high incomes and give exclusive breastfeeding will tend to have good growth and development of toddlers. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of interactive media and motivation on anatomy and physiology learning outcomes in health polytechnic students of the Jambi obstetrics department. This research method is quasi-experimental, using a pre-test, post-test control group design. The results showed that the pre-test value of the experimental class group was 2238, with an average value of 74.60 with a standard deviation of 3.024. While the post-test in this practical class obtained a total of 2373, the average value was 79.10 with a standard deviation of 3.736. Meanwhile, the total pre-test score for the control group was 2000, with an average score of 66.67 with a standard deviation of 5.287. At the same time, the post-test in the control class obtained a total score of 2112 and an average value of 70.40 with a standard deviation of 7.700. In conclusion, there is an effect of using interactive media and motivation to increase learning outcomes of anatomy and physiology of Jambi Health Polytechnic students, Department of Midwifery. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between nurses' knowledge and the application of transcultural nursing in the Inpatient Room of Abdul Manap Hospital, Jambi City. This research method is an observational analytic study using a cross-sectional design. The results showed that of the 13 respondents who had good knowledge, 12 respondents (92.3%) had good transcultural, and of the 30 respondents who had poor knowledge, 22 respondents (73.3%) had poor transcultural. In conclusion, transcultural nursing is related to nurses' knowledge of therapeutic communication at the H.Abdul Manap Hospital, Jambi City. Keywords: Knowledge, Nurse, Transcultural Nursing
