Abstract

Human resource development, knowledge and technology hold an important role in reaching company goal, therefore employee empowerment to perform well needs to be maximally implemented. This research is made to fi nd out if there is any signifi cant impact between employee empowerment and job satisfaction at PT SDV logistic. There are 3 variables used in this empowerment: meaning, self-determination, and impact. Datas used in this research are premier datas with questionnaires and secondary datas obtained from the company. Population in this research is all PT SDV Logistic employees and number of sampling used is 50 respondents, using convenience sampling method. Research result shows that employee empowerment has simultaneous impact to job satisfaction, but partially has no impact on job satisfaction.

Abstract

Tujuan penulis melakukan penelitian pada bisnis UMKM PT ABC untuk mengetahui tingkat penjualan produk isi tabung gas dan air mineral kemasan gallon tahun 2018 dan 2019, dan ramalan penjualan tahun 2020 dan 2021 dengan metode Regresi Linier Sederhana. Data yang digunakan data sekunder yaitu data penjualan 2018 dan 2019 sedangkan data lain diperoleh dari studi pustaka dari buku-buku, website, jurnal internasional/nasional. Teknik analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa target penjualan PT. ABC sudah berhasil karena dapat menjual diatas target yang telah ditentukan perbulan yaitu sebesar 10.000 pcs kemasan gallon, gas 3 kg sebanyak 5.000 dan gas 12kg sebanyak 500. Selama 2 tahun periode penelitian yang dilaksanakan, perusahaan tidak memiliki peningkatan ataupun penurunan target penjualan. Penelitian ini mencangkup 2 tahun laporan penjualan dengan mencangkup 12 bulan pertahun sehingga total bulan yang digunakan ialah 24 bulan. Data tahun yang digunakan ialah tahun 2018 sampai tahun 2019.

Abstract

Budidaya burung kicau  merupakan  kegemaran masyarakat Indonesia karena suara merdu dan keindahan gerakkan ekor ketika berkicau dan mempunya nilai jual tinggi, hal ini menjadi peluang besar bagi pebisnis budidaya burung Murai Batu . Tujuan penelitian  untuk mengetahui peluang pasar dan menganalisa kelayakan finansial dari bisnis baru ini. Metode  menentukan peluang pasar, dan proyeksi penjualan digunakan metode pendapat eksperimen dan survei pasar. Sedangkan data proyeksi berdasarkan harga pasar tahun 2018  dalam menentukan kelayakan keuangan Present Value (NPV), Profitabilitas Indeks (PI), dan Payback Period.Hasil analisis peluang pasar diketahui minat responden terhadap burung kicau sebesar 86.1% dan penggemar sebesar 61,2% di wilayah Bekasi. Sedangkan kebutuhan dana investasi awal Rp39.803.000 dengn biaya modal kerja awal Rp8.928.000, dihasilkan Laporan Laba Rugi Forma Pro, sebesar laba bersih Rp 112.344.455 pada akhir tahun 2018, selanjutnya  nilai Net Present Value positif dan Payback Period kurang dari 1 tahun sehingga bisnis ini layak dilakukan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analysis how business model canvas can be applied to photography business, and to know its financial feasibility, especially from the point of view Net Present Value (NPV) and Payback Period.” TAP Studio” is the name of anew photography business, that is a house production, producing video and photography., with total investment amounting to Rp. 150.000.000. The research was conducted in June 2017 - December2017 using data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and secondary research. It can be concluded that Canvas Business Model can be applied to a photography industry, and its financial feasibility, especially in term of Net Present Value is feasible, because its NPV is positive IDR 491.199.909. Furthermore, the Payback Period is 2 years and 8 months.

Abstract

Research regarding employee performance has been made multiple times, however research regarding locus of control that affected employee performance has only been done a few times. The primary data for this research were acquired from the employee of PT X, located in Tomang, West Jakarta. Samples were collected and calculated using a simple random sampling, and the statistical method used to test each hypothesis is multilevel linear regression.The outcome of this research has shown that all tested hypothesis are acceptable. Internal locus of control have positive impact towards the employee performace, external locus of control alsohave positive impact towards the employee performace, and locus of control has simultaneously impacted the employee performance.

Abstract

This article aims to (1) design an appropriate financial planning model for a restaurant, (2) give an example of a financial planning model that may be can be applied to the same kind of business, (3) give a guidance to the owner and employee in daily financial operational activity. This article is based on (1) the analysis of theory and its application in a real business, especially at  Blue Oceanrestaurant, as a new business, (2) survey on the surrounded area, and (3) interview with  the business’ owners in the surrounding area .We have analyzed all the data and information, and then try to describe it in a financial planning model, consisting of needs and uses of investment funds (Start-up cost), start-up balance sheet, pro forma income statement, cash budget, pro forma endingbalance sheet.It can be concluded that a financial planning model  will give a clear guidance to the owner and the employeehow to manage daily operation and financial control, and it is clear what financial goals and objectives have to be achieved by the owner (in the next five years).

Abstract

Currently the Company Yamaha Motor vehicles are th manufacturer to create a special automatic motor cycle for woman. Yamaha Mio is a market leader for authomatic motor cycle product. Strategy used by Yamaha is market segmentation strategy, target market, and placement positions. This strategy is one weapom powerful enought to penetrate the field of competition.The research was conducted thought questionnaires to one hundred respondents. After the data obtained and processed by using Chi Square (kai square).

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian penulis untuk mengetahui peluang bisnis kopi cold brew dalam kemasan botol serta mengetahui kinerja keuangan ditinjau dari analisis kelayakan keuangan penjualan coffee brew merk Deadliner Coffee, serta mendeskripsikan business model canvas kopi brew. Data diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder: perpustakaan, kuisioner, beberapa jurnal. Hasil penghitungan net present value Deadliner Coffee sebesar Rp.20.330.994 lebih besar dari satu, dengan payback period satu tahun sembilan bulan, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa bisnis coffee brew merk Dealiner Coffee layak untuk dijalankan. Keterbatasan penelitian difokuskan pada segmen pelanggan orang yang bersedia membayar harga tinggi sebuah produk kopi brew dan di wilayah Jakarta, Tanggerang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji dan menganalisa pengaruh Tingkat Pendidikan Akademik dan Pengalaman Kerja Auditor terhadap Kualitas Audit. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para auditor yang aktif dan sedang bekerja di Kantor Akuntan Publik (KAP) yang berada di wilayah Jakarta. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Adapun Jumlah data yang dapat diolah pada penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 98 responden. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Tingkat Pendidikan Akademik tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap Kualitas Audit; 2) Pengalaman Kerja Auditor berpengaruh positif terhadap Kualitas Audit. Kata Kunci : Tingkat Pendidikan Akademik, Pengalaman Kerja Auditor dan Kualitas Audit. Abstract: This research aims to analyse the influence of the level of academic education, auditor work experience on audit quality. The population of this research is from auditors who are active and currently working in public accounting firm which located in Jakarta. The sampling method which is used in this research is random sampling. The method of obtaining the data is done by distributing questionnaires. The amount of data that can be processed in this research is 98 respondents.The results of hypothesis testing shows that: 1) The level of academic education does not have influence on Audit Quality; 2) Auditor’s Work Experience has a positive influence on Audit Quality.
