Abstract

Pada umunya, proses pembelajaran dan pengajaran dilaksanakan pada sebuah kelas dan waktu tertentu. Pada situasi dan kondisi tertentu, hal tersebut dapat menjadi masalah ketika ruang kelas atau waktu tidak tersedia dan memungkinkan. Sehingga dibutuhkan sebuah alternatif atau solusi.Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun suatu aplikasi berbasis web guna keperluan pembelajaran dan pengajaran dengan jarak jauh (Distance Learning), yang kami sebut dengan eDuCourse. Aplikasi ini bermaksud memberikan sebuah solusi dari permasalahan klasik, yaitu ruang dan waktu. Aplikasi ini mengadopsi sebuah standar teknologi, Learning Technology System Architecture (LTSA), yaitu sebuah standar internasional untuk penunjang sistem pembelajaran yang didukung oleh teknologi informasi, dimana standar ini dikeluarkan oleh Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). LTSA menggambarkan arsitektur berbasis komponen yang abstrak.Aplikasi ini berhasil dibangun menggunakan bahasa PHP dan basis datanya menggunakan MySQL dengan menyederhanakan fungsi dari komponen Learning Parameter.Kata kunci: Distance learning, Learning Technology System Architecture (LTSA), Distance Learning, Aplikasi

Abstract

This paper implements static hand gesture recognition in recognizing the alphabetical sign from “A” to “Z”, number from “0” to “9”, and additional punctuation mark such as “Period”, “Question Mark”, and “Space” in Sistem Isyarat Bahasa Indonesia (SIBI). Hand gestures are obtained by evaluating the contourrepresentation from image segmentation of the glove wore by user. Then, it is classified using Artificial Neural Network (ANN) based on the training model previously built from 100 images for each gesture. The accuracy rate of hand gesture translation is calculated to be 90%. Moreover, speech translation recognizes NATO phonetic letter as the speech input for translation.

Abstract

In this journal, authors improved a deep learning, it was MobileNet V2 which can learn with higher speed and accuracy using the ImageNet dataset. The basic architecture of MobileNet V2 was modified using a fine-tuning technique. It did not change the entire weight of the default deep learning model, there was freezing of some layers. The modifications involved by changing the parameters on the layer. The improved model would be trained using the ImageNet dataset based on the security monitoring context. The dataset class objects selected for training were objects that usually used by suspicious people with the aim of committing crime of theft. The results of training using an improved model could increase accuracy up to 71% with a difference of 3% from the training results of the default model of MobileNet V2. Since MobileNet V2 was a lightweight deep neural network model that had few parameters compared to other neural network model parameters, this modified model could be implemented on devices with low specifications, such as mobile devices or raspberry pi in the form of real-time applications.

Abstract

Lubrication is one of the important aspects of the engine that will impact the overall performance of the gas turbine engine. Degradation of oil is usually known by offline analysis that use oil sample to check some properties and contaminant. The offline analysis will take a longer time, as needed to collect the sample, send it to the laboratory, analyze the sample and create the report. The purpose of this research is to analyze oil parameters in real-time so can predict oil degradation. Sensors and transducers installed on the lube oil system can read some parameters of the oil then transmit easily to the server. The method that will use in this paper is Recurrent Neural Network (RNN) with multi-step Long Short Term Memory (LSTM). The result of this paper will predict oil degradation on the future operation of gas turbine engine.

Abstract

Berdasarkan Journal of the American Medical Assosiation, para peneliti menemukan bahwa banyaknya orang yang terjangkit Covid-19 hanya mengalami gejala ringan dan tidak sampai meninggal. Corona Virus disebabkan oleh virus Sars-CoV-2, gejala yang ditimbulkan dapat disertai dengan Flu, batuk, demam, sesak, anosmia, lemas, nyeri otot dan juga diare. Tujuan adanya pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa bahayanya virus corona dan bagaimana cara mengatasi diri di perkantoran agar tidak tertular. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan juga metode survei. Metode kualitatif bertujuan untuk penulis mengetahui fakta fakta yang terjadi dilapangan dan metode survei dilakukan untuk mengetahui seberapa banyak orang yang mengetahui permasalahan ini. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian mengenai berapa lama virus tersebut hidup pada sebuah benda atau permukaan. Pada baja, virus dapat bertahan selama 4 jam. Pada alumunium, virus dapat bertahan selama 2 hingga 8 jam. Pada logam, virus dapat bertahan hingga 5 hari. Hal ini dapat diketahui bahwa rentannya tertular virus hanya dengan menyentuh benda seperti yang telah disebutkan. Tidak hanya melalui benda atau permukaan, virus corona juga dapat menyebar dan bisa tertular melalui cairan berupa batuk, bersin dan berjabat tangan.

Abstract

Kecelakaan kerja tentu menjadi hal yang tidak diinginkan oleh setiap orang. Melalui 5R atau 5S kemudian diciptakan ruang untk mengatur penataan ruang kerja demi mengurangi kecelakaan kerja. 5R atau 5S ini juga memiliki konsep yang sederhana untuk memberikan efektivitas dan efisiensi dari ruang kerja yang ada. Melalui budaya ini pula masyarakat kemudian diharapkan mampu menciptakan produktivitas yang lebih baik. Penelitian ini sendiri menggunakan metode deskriptif naratif dengan interaksi langsung bersama narasumber. Konsep 5R dan 5S juga terdiri dari konsep yang sederhana dimana memudahkan pemahaman dan implementasi.

Abstract

Pengendalian stock terhadap bahan pendukung ini sangat penting agar proses produksi bisa berjalan dengan baik. Pembuatan sistem inventory ini merupakan bagian dari proses pengendalian stock. Metodologi pengembangan aplikasi inventory bahan pendukung mengadopsi metode Feature Driven Development (FDD) mulai dari pengembangan model sampai pada membangun sistem berdasarkan feature yang telah ditentukan. Aplikasi yang dibangin telah memberikan effisiensi baik dalam hal pengelolaan laporan stock barang maupun pengontrolan dan pemesanan pembelian barang.

Abstract

The rapid growth of technology has brought the basic needs of human to become easier to be fulfilled. Moreover, in this globalization era, the use of Smartphone and Internet of Things (IOT) has become common things in daily life. This advancement in technology could be applied in accommodating people’s necessity. One of the common cases to be found nearby is on how parents could keep their eyes on their children; which could be lacked at times. Sometimes, the children could be out of the parents’ reach, especially when it comes to the need of working on daily chores. This research study aims to facilitate the problem faced by most parents in monitoring their children: within the use of technology to monitor the children’s activity. This research brought the centralized Wi-Fi network using Telegram application on smartphone which provide automated system that will automatically send notification when the children is crossing their safety line. All system requirements needs to be identified first before planning, design, and developing system. Conducting test will be the last step to make sure the system is working properly.

Abstract

A significant increase in the spread of the corona virus (COVID-19) in the community is currently happening due to people not following the health protocol rules set by the ministry of health. One of the rules is to require people to wear masks while they are outside the home. Measures need to be implemented in anticipation of situations where people do not wear masks in public spaces. Therefore, the establishment of a mask detection system is chosen as a solution in order to solve the mentioned problem above. A real-time identification system for people wearing masks is proposed to be developed in this paper. The system utilizes Yolov3 with Darknet -53 as a deep learning mask detector and OpenCV as a real-time computer vision library, so that people doing activities in a public space captured by a video can be recognized and detected when they do not wear masks . In implementing deep learning, a data set of 4000 images is divided into two classes, i.e.,2000 images with masks f or data testing purposes and another 2000 images without masks for training custom objects. The Extreme Programming (XP) method as part of the Agile Process Model is adopted for system development. Computer language support and the latest system development tools have made it possible to utilize this method in an effort to develop this system rapidly. Requirement Analysis is conducted to obtain required processes before designing system. Writing code and testing the system will be the next step before the system is declared ready to be implemented in the public space. By adopting the XP development method, all of the above steps can be implemented repeatedly until the system delivers the expected results

Abstract

This research aims to fulfill the requirements of a management system for smaller trade publishers. An array of front end tools and backend in the form of sql database are used in the development. The system is done on a web-based platform and will handle the problem stated by delving into status-based categorization where each manuscript will be classified according to its state of status. These statuses are determined by a chain of subsequent validations. Scheduling itself is flexible and can even concur at the same time for manuscripts. The production processes are examined with a progress bar and with the addition of notification system will assure data passing is contained and could stay on schedule. Tests are conducted to confirm the system meets the conditions specified.
