Perkembangan teknologi mendorong seluruh sektor bisnis untuk dapat menawarkan layanan yang lebih, terutama dalam pengadopsian teknologi. Salah satu sektor yang mulai mengembangkan layanannya adalah perusahan ? perusahaan di bidang pengembangan perumahan. Perusahaan ini mulai melirik teknologi yang disebut dengan smart home system yang merupakan rumah pintar , dimana rumah tersebut dilengkapi dengan teknologi yang memungkinkan beberapa perangkat untuk dapat saling berkomunikasi. Dengan menerapkan smart home system , para pengembang perumahan dapat meningkatkan nilai kompetitf yang menjadi pertimbangan pelanggannya. Implementasi smart home system ini merupakan salah satu bentuk penerapan dari Internet of things (IoT). Pada penelitian ini, peneliti melakukan perancangan dan implementasi smart home system dengan menggunakan Raspberry Pi berbasis android. Hasil pengujian dari penelitian menggunakan board mikrokontroller Raspberri Pi 3 model B dapat menghubungkan antara sistem operasi android dengan perangkat lampu dan pendeteksi kebakaran . Hal ini membuktikan bahwa produk smart home system yang dibangun dapat mengontrol lampu dan dapat memberikan informasi ketika terjadi kabakaran.

Management thesis in high education have some lackness in knowledge management. Every busines process that happen in management thesis don’t have efective approach to integrate data workflow and to acuisition the knowledge. Therefore, knowledge management system for management thesis that suit with high education are needed. This paper gives suggestions about new architecture software that offer service for management thesis in high education to make business process more efective and efficien. Methodology that is used for development new software uses model process software development life cycle(SDLC) with web platform , that will increase collaboration in business process management thesis. The result of this implementation can increased efective and eficiency business process management thesis significantly.

Sumber daya manusia pendidikan terdiri dari tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan. Tenaga pendidik terdiri dari guru dan dosen sedangkan tenaga kependidikan adalah tenaga yang membantu proses penyelenggaraan pendidikan. Dalam konsep Balanced Scorecard, sumber daya manusia merupakan faktor penting, karena sumber daya manusia akan menjalankan, mengawasi dan mengendalikan jalannya proses produksi dari pendidikan. Oleh sebab itu pengelolaan sumber daya manusia pendidikan sangat penting, agar proses yang dilakukan sesuai dengan standar dan sesuai harapan dari user atau pelanggan pendidikan yaitu masyarakat, industri dan stakeholder lainnya. Dalam penelitian ini akan dibahas bagaimana mengelola sumber daya manusia menggunakan pendekatan Balanced Scorecard. Dalam penelitian dibahas dari dua aspek sumber daya manusia pendidikan yaitu tenaga pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan.

Perpustakaan sebagai sebuah unit pelayanan dalam suatu kampus sangatlah penting untuk memberikan informasi dan pelayanan terbaik. Dengan semakin banyaknya koleksi perpustakaan maka semakin banyak pula berbagai data yang didapatkan perpustakaan. Agar data lama perpustakaan yang masih tersimpan dapat digunakan kembali pada saat dibutuhkan, maka memerlukan integrasi antara data baru dan data lama pada sistem perpustakaan. Data warehouse adalah konsep yang digunakan untuk mengintegrasikan data dalam penyimpanan sistem database perpustakaan. Terlebih lagi dibutuhkan informasi yang lengkap, cepat dan akurat bagi para tingkatan manajerial perpustakaan. Integrasi data dilakukan dengan melakukan ekstraksi dari sumber data dengan mengambil item data yang diperlukan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah data warehouse aplikasi perpustakaan yang dapat digunakan oleh perpustakaan STMIK Rosma Karawang dalam menyimpan data-data perpustakaaan dan dapat mempermudah dalam pengambilan keputusan perpustakaan karena sudah tersedianya penyimpanan data dalam bentuk data warehouse perpustakaan.

E-commerce as a medium for online transactions by business actors can increase the productivity of SMEs. This study aims to analyze the adoption of e-commerce in SMEs in Karawang Regency, Indonesia. The technology-organization-environment (TOE) framework was chosen as a variable for measuring e-commerce adoption. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire survey which was distributed to SMEs in Karawang Regency, and obtained 301 respondents. The results of data collection by using Smart PLS with the results of the technological aspects have no significant effect on the intention to adopt e-commerce, while the organizational and environmental aspects have a significant effect on the intention to adopt e-commerce. All technology indicators, namely compatability, perceived usefulness, complexity, security concern and relative advantage, are proven to have a significant effect on technology in the intention to adopt e-commerce. Organizational indicators, namely cost, organization readiness, organization culture, organization size and top management support, are proven to have a significant effect on organizations in their intention to adopt e-commerce. Meanwhile, environmental indicators, namely government support, competitive pressure, environmental uncertainty and vendor quality, have a significant effect on the environment in the intention to adopt e-commerce. The data that has been generated can be used by the MSMEs management agency in Karawang Regency to formulate strategies for increasing the productivity of SMEs.

This study aims to measure the level of e-learning adoption from a tertiary institution that has applied e-learning during the COVID-19 period. The TAM 3 model was chosen to measure the level of e-learning adoption. This study involved 100 respondents from students of the 2020 STMIK ROSMA class. The results of data collection were analyzed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the help of SmartPLS 3 software. The results of this research hypothesis test indicate that image has a positive effect on the perceived usefulness of e-learning, anxiety of e-learning users is not proven to have a positive effect on perceived ease of use e-learning, self-confidence is proven to have a positive influence on the perceived ease of e-learning users, conditions that facilitate e-learning users are not proven to have a positive effect on the perceived ease of e-learning users, the quality of results has a positive influence on the perceived usefulness of e-learning, intention to use e-learning has a positive influence on the adoption of e-learning, subjective norms have a positive effect on e-learning images, subjective norms have a positive effect on intention to use e-learning, subjective norms are not proven to have a positive effect on intention to use e-learning, the perceived usefulness of e-learning has a positive influence on the intention of using e-learning, the perceived ease of e-learning users has a positive influence on the intention to use e-learning, the perception of the ease of using e-learning has a positive influence on the perceptions of e-learning users, the perception pleasure has a positive influence on the perceptions of e-learning users. The results of this study can be an evaluation for STMIK ROSMA in implementing e-learning

This study aims to examine the development of the Delone and Mclean information system success model. This research was conducted to determine: (1) a map of the development of the number of publications on the Delone and Mclean model; (2) find out which scientific articles have the highest number of citations; (3) knowing the development map of scientific publications based on keywords. The data sources used in this study are scientific articles in the Google Scholar database with the keywords Delone and Mclean, with the categories article title, abstract, keywords in the 2016-2020 range. The search results show that there are 270 scientific articles that match the keywords based on the Harzing's Publish or Perish application. The results showed that the development of the Delone and Mclean model in 2010 - 2020 which was the highest in the Google Scholar database occurred in 2020 which reached 68 publications or 25%. Meanwhile, the publications that have the highest number of citations are Nils Urbach and Benjamin MÃ¼ller (2016) which were quoted 379 times. The development map of scientific publications based on the keywords delone and mclean analyzed using the VOSViewer application shows that the development map of the delone and mclean model is divided into 4 clusters. The red cluster 1 consists of 14 items, the green cluster 2 consists of 11 items, the blue cluster 3 consists of 10 items, and the yellow cluster 4 consists of 6 items.

Pengelolaan dan pengontrolan produk sangat dibutuhkan oleh perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang distribusi farmasi, karena perusahaan distribusi farmasi membutuhkan perencanaan dan pengendalian persediaan dalam hal ini produk farmasi terkait dengan tanggal expired dan batch . Pada tahap analisis kebutuhan sistem terdapat beberapa prosedur yang terkait dengan inventory perusahaan distributor produk farmasi diantaranya adalah pengelolaan qoutation , sales order purchase order , penerimaan barang, retur barang, surat jalan , invoice , pembayaran , barang rusak dan pemusnahan barang. Sistem inventory untuk perusahaan distributor produk farmasi telah berhasil dibangun menggunakan metode Agile Unified Process dengan empat tahapan yaitu inception, elaboration, construction, dan transition. Pada tahapan transition dilakukan pengujian sistem inventory dengan menggunakan metode black box testing. Pengujian menggunakan black box testing ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui error yang terjadi ketika sistem digunakan oleh end user dengan pengujian data normal dan data tidak normal.

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality an important factor of the service business is the assessment of service quality which is strongly influenced by the perceptions and expectations of each customer. The dimensions of service quality are divided into 5 main dimensions, namely: reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangible.This study includes associative research or relationships using quantitative approach. The sample in this study was Telkomsel customers in Karawang Regency who used the MyTelkomsel application. A sample of 100 respondents was determined the sampling snowball method. The research instrument was in the form of a questionnaire. The results of the analysis using SPSS version 16 show that: (1) Reliability influences customer satisfaction (2) Responsiveness influences customer satisfaction (3) Assurance and certainty influences consumer satisfaction (4) Empathy influences customer satisfaction (5) Tangible influences to customer satisfaction.

E-commerce is an electronic trading tool where trading transactions, both buying and selling, are carried out electronically on the internet network. The existence of the internet and various technologies in the telecommunication sector have changed many things, one of which is in UMKM. The current owners of UMKM are expected to be able to compete and maintain the continuity of their business by making changes and applications in the technical field. This study aims to analyze the level of e-commerce adoption in culinary UMKM in Karawang Regency. The method used is a qualitative approach by measuring technology, environmental, organizational, and e-commerce adoption variables on the performance of UMKM. The data collection technique used in this study was probability sampling, with random sampling types, with a total of 70 culinary UMKM in Karawang regency. The results of this study indicate that technology and environmental factors have a positive effect on the adoption of e-commerce so that they can improve the performance of the UMKM in this study.
