Abstract

In improving performance and reward for teachers, management of SMK Pelita Raya implement a systemof teacher assessment to determine teacher achievers every one year teaching based on five criteria that isdisciplined, loyalty, completeness of teaching, effective teaching hours, and attitude. Based on fiveassessment criteria teacher achievers, top level management of SMK Pelita Raya getting the end resultthat is subjective because the top level management are not quite satisfied with the quality of theinformation obtained. To get the end result that objective, it is necessary a new system i.e. systemsupporting decisions by using Simple Additive Weight or weighted summation methods as well as theassessment criteria of group penamahan more precise. Concept of a Simple Additive method Weight(SAW) is seeking a weighted summation of rating the performance of each alternative on all attributes.Thus this decision support system is expected to present the results of the right information to supportdecision making.

Abstract

Dalam rangka meningkatkan mutu pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan, serta untuk memberikanpenghargaan terhadap profesi guru, maka diselenggarakan kegiatan yang bertujuan memotivasi guru agarmeningkatkan kompetensinya, salah satunya ialah kegiatan kompetisi pemilihan guru teladan.Agarpenyeleksian benar-benar selektif dan mengurangi subjektivitas serta dapat menghasilkan informasi yangcepat dan tepat, maka dibutuhkan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan. Sistem Pendukung Keputusanpemilihan guru teladan pada SMA Negeri 4 Sarolangun ini dibangun dengan metode SAW atau TOPSIS.Untuk menentukan metode yang paling relefan di antara metode SAW dan TOPSIS maka dilakukansebuah uji sensitivitas.

Abstract

Tim Koordinasi Penanggulangan Kemiskinan (TKPK) merupakan bagian dari Badan PerencanaanPembangunan Daerah (Bappeda) Kota Jambi yang selalu membenahi dalam peningkatan layanan publikdisetiap bidang terutama dibidang Sosial Budaya dan Pemerintahan sangat bersentuhan dengankepentingan publik salah satunya, percepatan penanggulangan kemiskinan di Kota Jambi. SuratKeterangan Tidak Mampu (SKTM) merupakan salah satu program dari pemerintah dalam penanganankemiskinan di Kota Jambi, didalam pemberian SKTM masih terdapat fenomena dimana warga yangmampu secara financial atau tidak termasuk dalam kategori miskin tetapi mendapatkan SKTMdikarenakan belum terdapat sistem yang membantu didialam pemilihan warga miskin yang akanmendapatkan bantuan sosial Dalam penelitian ini menghasilkan system penunjang keputusan untukdigunakan dalam pemilihan warga miskin penerima SKTM dengan menggunakan perhitungan MetodeSAW (Sample Additive Weighthing) dengan memanfaatkan kriteria-kriteria dasar kemiskinan Kota Jambiyaitu aspek pendapatan, tempat tinggal, pangan, sandang, kesehatan, dan pendidikan sosial.

Golden Property companies,promotionalactivitiesdoing by non-electronic with brochures and banners so the promotion information to customersor consumers not prospectly. By designing a web-based information, users and managers expect cansimplify the information system as a solution to the problem doesn’t prospectly. The method used in thedesignis promotional mix where a variables can be combined with the companies needs and abilities.This web-based information would be better if next researcher insert value of financial transactions sothat will getting any benefit.

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) merupakan suatu sistem infromasi yang digunakan untuk menyusun, menyimpan,merevisi dan menganalisis data dan atribut yang bereferensi kepada lokasi atau posisi obyek-obyek di bumi.Salahsatu pemanfaatan sistem informasi geografis dibidang kesehatan yaitu dapat mencari lokasi apotek.Di Jambi terdiriatas 11 kecamatan dimana ada 159 lokasi apotek yang terletak di daerah 11 kecamatan tersebut.Dengan keberadaanapotek masyarakat dapat memperoleh atau membeli obat.Tetapi informasi keberadaan apotek kurang diketahuimasyarakat.Masyarakat sulit mencari lokasi apotek terdekat saat mencari obat yang diresepkan oleh dokter danmasyarakat juga sulit mencari lokasi apotek 24 jam. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis dan merancang sisteminformasi geografis apotek kota Jambi. Permodelan sistem pada penelitian ini menggunakan alat bantu UML (UnifiedModelling Languange) seperti use case, activity diagram, dan class diagram. Sedangkan perancangan sistempenelitian ini menggunakan Eclipse sedangkan untuk menjalankan sistemnya menggunakan android. Penelitian inimenghasilkan sebuah sistem informasi geografis lokasi apotek kota Jambi yang kemudian sistem akan digunakanuntuk masyarakat untuk mencari lokasi apotek.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapatmemudahkan dalam proses penerima beasiswa bantuan siswa miskin. Sistem pendukung keputusan inimenggunakan metode perhitungan metode profile matching. Sistem ini menampilkan hasil perangkingansiswa yang memenuhi kriteria dalam penerimanan beasiswa. Kriteria yang digunakan dalam penelitian iniadalah aspek akademik terdiri dari nilai semester dan kelas, aspek ekonomi keluarga, terdiri dari pekerjaanorang tua, penghasilan orang tua, jumlah tanggungan orang tua dan status anak. Aspek penunjang adalahorganisasi dan prestasi non akademik. Sistem pendukung keputusan penerima beasiswa bantuan siswa miskinmembantu mempermudah dalam pengambilan keputusan.

Abstract

Since acreditation program for Early Childhood Education Institution and Nonformal Education Institution wasexecuted manually. The processess require much staffs to accept accreditation proposals, check them using manualinstruments as well as reporting the checking result and reporting the riil condition of the institution. These set ofactivities are sometimes troubled by “self-tired condition” and the possibility of “data lost”. If these occured willcause unobjectivity of accreditation process even miss scoring. Due to the purpose of the research, to solve suchproblems, the writer has analyzed current system. The research object focuses on the accreditation proposing currentsystem, the scope as well as system development life cycle. The purpose of this research is to analyze problemshappened at current system as well as designing web base information system for accreditation administration. Theresult of the research is hoped to be able to solve current problems so that accreditation proposals can be processedby online system

Abstract

Current scheduling classes at Jambi University graduate there are still some constraints such as thecreation of a relatively long schedules, conflicting schedules and schedule that does not correspond to thetime availability of the lecturers. Therefore, the author provides a solution in the form of lecturescheduling system using genetic algorithm with programming language PHP and the MySQL DBMS. Forsystem development method that is used is the waterfall. Lecture Schedule result generated by a systemthat has been built is becoming more precision with the allocated hours of teaching, classroom andprofessors. From the test results can also be concluded that the implementation of genetic algorithms is incompliance with the need to support the process of scheduling, so that scheduling can be done morequickly

Abstract

Unja ( Universitas Negeri Jambi ) is one of the universities that there dijambi which has a psychologydepartment is one of the educational institutions that have applied information technology both learningmaterials in the field of information technology to the process of academic information systems. AtUniversity has a department of psychology and for the acceptance of new students majoring inpsychology test conducted at this time there are still some shortcomings in terms of slow overallassessment and obtain reports test results that take a lot of time. To overcome all these problems, theresearchers conducted an analysis system Psychological test are ongoing. The object of research focusingon the system Psychological test that have been run and the scope and phases of the systems developmentlife cycle is the purpose of this study is limited to the analysis and design to the prototype. In designingthe system of psychological test online using web-based programming by using PHP and MySQL. Thepurpose of this research is to study and analyze the existing problems in the system of psychological testthat are running test admissions psychology at University as well as designing web-based system ofpsychological test new. Analysis and design of web-based system of psychological test developed will beexpected to overcome the existing problems to the admission process of psychological test can bemanaged online.
