Abstract

Abstrak: Pemberdayaan yang merupakan proses penyadaran masyarakat yang dilakukan secara transformatif, partisipatif, dan berkesinambungan melalui peningkatan kemampuan dalam menangani berbagai persoalan dasar yang dihadapi dan meningkatkan kondisi hidup sesuai dengan harapan, harus segera dilakukan, agar ekonomi masyarakat kecil bisa terselamatkan. Pemberdayaan masyarakat bisa dilakukan dengan cara melakukan pemetaan terlebih dahulu apa yang menjadi masalah serta kebutuhan mendasar dari masyarakat, yang kemudian menyusun langkah-langkah untuk memecahkan masalah tersebut dengan cara memberikan pelatihan non formal terkiat potensi yang ada di wilayah tersebut. Pemberdayaan masyarakat di masa Covid-19 sangat penting dan merupakan kebutuhan mendesak untuk segera dilaksanakan mengingat kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan masyarakat, khususnya di wilayah Desa Sukobendu Kecamatan Mantup Kabupaten Lamongan. Metode pelaksnaan menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan ceramah. Hasil pengabdian menujukkan bahwa kegiatan pendampingan dan pengabdian tentang sosialisasi pemberdayaan masyarakat di tengah pandemi Covid-19 melalui LAZISNU berjalan lancar. Selain itu, semua elemen masyarakat Desa Sukobendu Kecamatan Mantup menyambut dengan antusias. Kata kunci: Pemberdayaan Masyarakat, Covid-19, LAZISNU

Abstract

Islam has taken into account the right to select (khiyar) in buying and selling transaction with the aim of avoiding possible fraud, forgery and so on so as to create a willingness between each party. Khiyar could be conducted when sellers and buyers meet directly physically as that in any buying and selling transaction. While in the modern buying and selling process done in cyberspace, especially in social media such transaction raises the question "what is the khiyar in the cyberspace transaction?" Although the transaction occurs two-side interaction, between the seller and the buyer both do not meet directly in one place and goods traded could not be held or reversed. Buyers could only see photos or video of goods to be purchased along with its prices. Based on the writer's study, it could be concluded that the buying and selling transaction in social media which although between the seller and the buyer both do not meet directly physically—only in the virtual world—the transaction is still considered in one majlis so the khiyar is still considered adequate and valid. Because the so-called one majlis should not be interpreted that both the seller and buyer are equally present in one place. But what is meant by one majlis is, the so-called ijab qabul is done within the time in a contract, in the sense that after the ijab is pronounced followed with the so-called qabul in a transaction or when pronouncing ijab qabul is not interspersed with other words which according to custom is assumed to be capable of interrupting it.

Abstract

Wayang (puppet-shadow play) syadat is a new puppet creation that is similar to the so-called wayang suluh as a result of the modification and acculturation conducted by Walisongo. Like wayang suluh, wayang syadat is also used as a means of preaching Islamic values and teachings to the community, especially the people in Kembangbau, Purwokerto, Ngimbang, Lamongan and so on. Although the standard of the wayang syadat is the same as the one of the wayang in general, there are additional performances to the show, namely the religious sermon and prayers at the beginning of the performance. The effectiveness of the wayang syadat performance as a means of preaching Islamic teachings to the Kembangbau people because they like the tradition of "wayang". On this stand, the Islamic values inserted in any wayang syadat performance could be accepted without any coercion. Finally, they consciously apply and practice the Islamic values or teachings in their everyday lives.

Abstract

Waqf is a form of worship that has a high sense of solidarity towards human beings. Its existence has greatly helped the development of proselytizing in Islamic countries. But, in the implementation of the waqf is limited only in the construction of worship and education places. This is because the understanding of most people who say that waqf can only be done with immovable property such as land. Whereas on the other hand, there are other ways of waqf that has far more great benefit than immovable object, that is waqf of money. The waqf of money is a strategic step to improve the welfare of the community by investing in Islamic financial institutions with the principle of profit sharing (mudharabah and musyarakah), rent (Ijarah), murabahah or by opening a business. The results of the management of money waqf are then used for social purposes such as to improve Islamic education, Islamic hospital construction, assistance of economic empowerment of the community as well as the aid of religious facilities and infrastructure. After understanding the great potential of the money waqf, it is necessary for us to do. First, we must change the understanding of the waqf conception that has been believed by the Indonesia community up till now that waqf is limited to the immovable endowments. Second, the socialization on existence of waqf money along with its concept to society is has to be done. Third, the certificate of money waqf should not be with a large nominal value. There should be at least a fraction of 20,000, 10,000 or even 5000, so that community participating in this money of waqf becomes more. Fourth, the benefits of productive endeavor of the waqf fund should be immediately channeled to the eligible community as it relates to the belief of waqif and so that the community knows about the benefits of the money waqf soon. Fifth, the disbursement of profit to the poor should not only be money, but also a business that can elevate their economy. Sixth, management of money waqf should not only be in sharia financial institutions, but also in the community such as mosques, madrasah or non-governmental organizations. In this way, it will facilitate the scope of the community and can increase the amount of community participation in waqf. Keywords:  Money Waqf, Cash Waqf, Community Prosperity

Abstract

The idea of this research comes from the experience of researchers who, since married two years ago, is faced with a family environment that grows up and carries on their lives for generations through Aqiqah businesses service. The Aqiqah Service Center (ASC) is the first and oldest aqiqah service center in Gresik because it has been more than 50 years and has contributed to the formation of an Islamic generation by serving, assisting, and facilitating the intentions of Muslim parents in the city of students in Gresik and its surroundings in making goats goat for their children. The research will answer two questions: (1) What is the difference between Islamic business ethics and non-Islamic business ethics, and (2) How is the urgency of Islamic business ethics in the business continuity of the Aqiqah Service Center (ASC) in Gresik? This study is a qualitative-descriptive study with the aim of understanding the phenomena experienced by the subject of research including behavior, perception, motivation, and action holistically by utilizing various scientific methods. Data collection methods include; observation, in-depth interview or focus group discussion, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include: processing and preparing data for analysis, reading the entire data, analyzing in more detail by coding data, considering detailed instructions that can help the coding process, giving descriptions that will be presented in the report, interpreting and interpreting data. The result of research shows that The difference between islamic business ethics and conventional is in terms of; sources, motives, paradigms, foundations and basic foundations. The business of the ASC (Aqiqah Service Center) UD. H. M. Arba'i in Gresik, besides looking for qi>mah ma>diyyah (material value), but also must be able to obtain and give two other orientations, namely qi>mah khulu>qiyyah and qi>mah ru>h}iyyah. Qi>mah khulu>qiyyah is a noble moral value which becomes a necessity that arises in business activities, so as to create an Islamic fraternity, between business managers and employees, as well as between sellers and buyers. Qi>mah ru>h}iyyah means, the business act is intended to get closer to Allah SWT. In other words, when carrying out a business activity, it must be accompanied by an awareness of the relationship with God. This is what is meant, that every Muslim act is worship. Charity worship is material, while awareness of the relationship with God when doing business is called the spirit. Keywords: Islamic business ethics, Aqiqah Service Centre

Abstract

The main problem of social life in the community is about how to make the allocation and distribution of income well. Inequality and poverty basically arise not because of the difference of anyone’s strength and weakness in getting livelihood, but because of inappropriate distribution mechanism. With the result that wealth treasure just turns on the rich wealthy, which is in turn, results in the rich get richer and the poor get poorer.Therefore, a discussion on distribution becomes main focus of theory of Islamic economics. Moreover, the discussion of the distribution is not only related to economic issues, but also social and political aspects. On the other side, the economic vision of Islam gives priority to the guarantee of the fulfillment of a better life. Islam emphasizes distributive justice and encloses, in its system, a program for the redistribution of wealth and prosperity, so that each individual is guaranteed with a respectable and friendly standard of living. Islam recognizes private property rights, but the private property rights must be properly distributed. The personal property is used for self and family livelihood, for investment of the working capital, so that it can provide job opportunities for others, for help of the others through zakat, infaq, and shodaqoh. In this way, the wealth not only rotates on the rich, bringing on gap in social life.The problem of wealth distribution is closely related to the welfare of society. Therefore, the state has a duty to regulate the distribution of income in order that the distribution can be fair and reaches appropriate target. The state could at least attempt it by optimizing the role of BAZ (Badan Amil Zakat) and LAZ (Lembaga Amil Zakat) which has all this time been slack. If BAZ and LAZ can be optimized, author believes that inequality and poverty over time will vanish. Abstract

Kiai as the person who is most responsible for the journey of the pesantren certainly has a big contribution to the independence of the pesantren, because in the structure of the boarding school Kiai is the highest leader and has enormous authority. The role of the Kiai is one of the important factors behind determining the future direction of the pesantren, one of which includes the economic independence of the pesantren. The objectives of this research were the Kiai’s strategy in the economic independence of the pesantren, and the second, the factors that shaped economic independence in Islamic boarding schools. The focus of the location in this research was Darul Fiqhi Islamic Boarding School, Lamongan, East Java. This research was qualitative research. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation, while the data analysis method used descriptive analysis. Based on the research conducted, it was known that: first, the role of the Kiai in the economic independence of the pesantren was that the Kiai acted as a giver of ideas or ideas, stockholders, advisers, management controllers, motivators, and decision makers in various regulations that in the managed business unit. Second, the kiai’s strategy in building the economic independence of the pesantren was to provide an understanding of the economy to the santri, empowering the santri, organizing the pesantren, building business units, as well as collaborating with parties outside the pesantren and the support and trust given by the community around the pesantren, such as being a member of the consumers and investors, as well as employees in business units owned by Islamic boarding schools.

Abstract

Digital zakat technology can be a promotional activity for a zakat institution that uses digital media as a medium for its introduction to the community, one of which is by using the internet or social media as a place for promotion or advertising. During the current pandemic, everything is carried out online to prevent crowds and transmission of the virus. There are several ZIS institutions whose income has decreased and their fundraising has been hampered by the COVID-19 pandemic. This is also a driving factor in increasing the number of potential zakat, infaq and online alms carried out by the community, where in 2021 zakat donations have increased by 30%, reaching 6 trillion from 2015, previously which only reached 4.2 trillion. The method used in this research was descriptive qualitative method. This qualitative descriptive method was used to describe the strategic management of digital technology comprehensively to see strategies for increasing the potential of zakat in the Indonesian zakat institution. Based on the theory and facts in the field that fundraising through digital technology was very significant: Mobile banking application customers could easily give zakat, infaq, and alms and their waqf to those who need it, Based on Baznas data, as of 2020 the total ZISWAF funds collected was estimated at Rp12.5 trillion. An important role was that zakat must be popularized among millennials who were already on a fixed income. The image of the institution could be obtained if the public is familiar with our institution. How do we introduce our institution on social media, that is, if we convey information about the institution to the public. After that, there must be interaction between the institution and the community through Facebook social media. The purpose of Facebook social media-based fundraising was to be able to raise ZIS funds, collect muzakki, and improve the image of the institution, by influencing or reminding and making people aware through the content posted. This meant reminding the public to be aware that the assets they own are not entirely their own. This social media was also a tool for reporting ZIS Institution transactions so that muzakki feel satisfied and public trust was built because they knew in detail the assets handed over to the ZIS institution.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui alasan seseorang menjadi agen dari Halal Network Internasional-PT Herba Penawar Alwahida Indonesia (HNI-HPAI). Lebih lanjut, bagaimana sistem MLM Syariah di HNI-HPAI dan bagaimana analisis keputusan masyarakat menjadi agen Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) yang Halal dan Legal. Sementara itu data mencatat semakin hari semakin banyak minat masyarakat yang bergabung menjadi agen HNI-HPAI baik produknya dikonsumsi untuk diri sendiri maupun untuk dijadikan ladang bisnis. Dan analisis keputusan masyarakat menjadi agen, terdapat kejelasan atau transparansi mengenai strategi bisnis jaringan yang digunakan serta produk-produk yang dijual, bonus dan royalti pada HNI-HPAI adalah berdasarkan akad ju’alah di mana bonus dan royalti yang diberikan kepada para agen adalah berdasarkan prestasi kerja dari masing-masing agen. Dan analisis keputusan masyarakat menjadi agen, terdapat kejelasan atau transparansi mengenai strategi bisnis jaringan yang digunakan serta produk-produk yang dijual, bonus dan royalti pada HNI-HPAI adalah berdasarkan akad ju’alah di mana bonus dan royalti yang diberikan kepada para agen adalah berdasarkan prestasi kerja dari masing-masing agen.

Abstract

Pembiayaan Rahn merupakan pembiayaan yang paling dominan di KSPPS Karomah. Dari alasan tersebut penelitian ini memilih objek KSPPS Karomah yang ada di Desa Pacuh Kecamatan Balongpangang Kabupaten Gresik untuk diteliti. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan informasi yang detail dan terkini untuk mengenai mekanisme pembiayaan rahn dengan menggunakan agunan ATM dan Buku Tabungan serta kontribusinya baik secara internal terhadap perkembangan koperasi, SHU maupun manfaatnya bagi anggota dan masyarakat sekitar pada umumnya. Menariknya, meskipun KPSPS Karomah baru berdiri tahun 2018, namun sudah memiliki anggota yang banyak, terutama untuk pembiayaan rahnnya dan telah menggunakan aplikasi online yang sangat efektif serta memudahkan pengelolaan keuangan di KSPPS Karomah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif berbasis lapangan dengan menjadikan data lapangan seperti wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi sebagai data primer. Dengan melakukan proses pengorganisasian data, reduksi data, penyajian data, analisis dan kemudian mencari kesimpulan. Dari penelitian ini dapat diketahui mekanisme dan prosedur pencairan pembiayaan akad Rahn dengan menggunakan agunan ATM dan buku tabungan di KSPPS Karomah dan dianalisis menggunakan SWOT. Hasilnya ternyata sangat efektif dan jumlah anggota bisa cepat berlipat ganda dan cepat berkembang karena ada sinergi (kohesi data Debitur) atau anggota koperasi dengan anggota PKH yang ada dan program sosial BPNT.
