Abstract

Every human being was created by the Creator with all the uniqueness and characteristics of each. This arises as individual differences (individual differences). Individual differences are differences in abilities and characteristics (cognitive, personality, physical skills, and so on) between students at a certain age level and in each particular group. Through educational practices and activities, we can accommodate the individual differences of students. Likewise, the learning styles of each other are also different. There are visual, auditory, and kinesthetic learning styles. It is important to recognize the learning styles of students so that teachers can vary their teaching styles, learning methods that are suitable to be applied in the learning process. As a technique, we must be able to choose various ways that can accommodate these differences personally and optimize the improvement and interpersonal skills of each student in the long term, especially when viewed from the learning style so that it can be carried out optimally. Individual differences that need to be considered in the implementation of classroom teaching are factors related to the readiness of children to receive teaching because these differences will determine the education system as a whole. Factors that influence individual differences are self-concept (self-concept), locus of control, student anxiety, learning motivation.

Abstract

SDN Rawarengas 2 is a school located in one of the areas in Tangerang Regency, precisely in Rawarengas Village. Learning is basically a process of interaction between educators and students, both direct (face-to-face) and indirect interaction (learning activities using learning media in web applications). Multicultural-based learning in elementary schools plays an important role in developing the nation's character that is inclusive and respects diversity. In this era of globalization, society is increasingly diverse with various cultural backgrounds, tribes, religions, and different traditions. Therefore, education that focuses on multiculturalism is important to prepare the younger generation to face the challenges and needs of an increasingly complex society. This study used an interview method to one of the teachers of SDN Rawarengas 2. The interview was conducted directly/offline by approaching the speakers.

Abstract

Education has a very important role in the progress of a nation. This research aims to reveal the history and development as well inclusive education problems. Inclusive schools provide appropriate educational programs, challenging, but appropriate to each student's abilities and needs as well as assistance and the support that teachers can provide so that children are successful. Method The research used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data results were obtained from observations and interviews. By interviewing class III teachers at SDIT Latansa Scholar, this was done using a guide interview to get information about inclusive education at SDIT Latansa School. From the results of observations and interviews, the inclusion of students at this school is good, there are students who can carry out their own activities, but there is still assistance from the teacher. By joining a regular (non-special school) school, it provides an opportunity for them to be able to socialize with children who are growing normally to help the child's emotional development so that they do not become inferior children, and even consider themselves the same as other children. This is the basis on which inclusive education is implemented.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out what are the factors of difficulty learning mathematics, operations, counting, addition, and subtraction in grade II elementary school students. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection techniques used are test and non-test (observation, interview and documentation). Data research uses Miles & Huberman model data analysis, namely: Data education, data presentation and conclusions. This study used the validity of data in the form of triangulation techniques. From the indicators of difficulty in learning mathematics used, namely: (1) weakness in counting, (2) difficulty in transferring knowledge, (3) lack of understanding of mathematical language, (4) difficulty in visual perception, and (5) difficulty in recognizing symbols, then The results showed that the difficulty factor in learning mathematics calculation operations in grade II elementary school students was the number of students who lacked concentration, students considered that mathematics was a difficult subject for him and many students did not practice doing problems at home. Keywords: learning difficulties, mathematics, qualitative
