<![CDATA[Penelitian ini didasarkan untuk melihat bagaimana penerapan pajak konsultasi pada pelayanan publik mal di bogor sebagai bentuk pelayanan publik yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah kota bogor. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan mengadopsi keduanya secara kualitatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan suatu peristiwa yang sedang berlangsung. Saat ini dan juga di masa lalu jika dibandingkan memberikan penjelasan dengan menggunakan analisis.Hasil penelitian ini adalah penyediaan layanan dilihat dari tengibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, emphaty yang diberikan sudah cukup baik namun masih terdapat kekurangan dalam di atas bahwa pelayanan yang dilaksanakan belum optimal.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract The West Java Provincial Government has set out to develop the West Java International Airport (BIJB) in Kertajati Subdistrict, Majalengka Regency and to become the spatial layout of the surrounding area integrated into an airport city (aeorocity). This study discusses the development of an airport city or aerotropolis based on the literature study research method (meta analysis) which is then associated with the Kertajati spatial concept. In community empowerment (people empowerment) to increase the ability to choose and open opportunities to choose meaningful means is to increase the ability to make decisions and open opportunities to participate in decision making. The community empowerment strategy, in the Majalengka District Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMD), has made several efforts to develop the regions and communities in the BIJB region by making policies or regulations that are in line with plans and policies related to BIJB development and Kertajati Aerocity, the RTRW and RDTR which is still a legal process.]]>

<![CDATA[Housing and settlements have a very fundamental role in the life of the Indonesian people considering the problem that often occurs is the level of housing needs that is not balanced with the level of regional capacity in providing habitable housing. As a result, a residential area will receive a load that exceeds the carrying capacity of its environment and tends to become slum. The problem of settlements is a serious problem because it is feared that it will cause fatal pockets of poverty and then cause various social problems beyond the government's ability to handle and monitor them. The Tangerang Regency government tries to clean up uninhabitable houses through the GEBRAK PAKUMIS Program. The main focus of this program is to improve the water and sanitation sector with a focal point on improving the quality of houses because a poor sanitation system is a major factor in the formation of slum areas. This study aims to analyze and find theoretical answers to the principles of policy networks and obtain new concepts about policy networks. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods, data collection techniques by means of interviews, observation, and documentation. One of the problems that is the basis for the failure of this program is the long procedure. This is something that is feared by residents, because it is considered difficult to be realized. Based on the problems faced by residents as recipients of house renovation assistance, environmental development and community empowerment, the correct communication strategy is a solution to communicate the benefits of the program to the beneficiary residents. Therefore, the communication strategy solution offered in this study is as a stimulant for local government to provide populist socialization to residents in order to bring citizens to ease in taking procedures in this program.]]>

<![CDATA[The pattern of the policy network structure is the flow in the preparation of policy formulations. The policy network structure refers to the pattern of relations between the actors involved. The structure forms a government network between the government, stakeholders, community (society), media, academics. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of DLHK Bandung as the leading sector in determining the involvement of parties in the implementation of policies that have been set in the RTRW of Bandung City in 2011 – 2031. This writing spurs on the basis of Policy Network theory, one of the dimensions of which is structure, and research methods. by using a qualitative phenomenological approach. This study draws the conclusion that DLHK Bandung City approaches the Pentahelix system in the preparation of the annual KLHS, the involvement includes academics, business actors, NGOs and internal analysis.]]>

<![CDATA[AbstractThe purpose of this study is to demonstrate the challenges faced by MSMEs and entrepreneurship in Indonesia in dealing with the COVID-19 health emergency. Paying attention to market dynamics, regulatory framework, entrepreneurial vision and support from the Government. In addition, it seeks to identify new tools and strategies that companies have implemented to be able to sustain themselves in their business with the help of digital marketing and transformation of their products, to meet consumer needs quickly and thereby promote the reactivation of the country's economy. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods in analyzing the research data.Keywords: Entrepreneurship, MSMEs, COVID-19. AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menunjukkan tantangan yang dihadapi oleh UMKM dan kewirausahaan di Indonesia dalam menghadapi darurat kesehatan COVID-19. Memperhatikan dinamika pasar, kerangka regulasi, visi kewirausahaan dan dukungan dari Pemerintah. <![CDATA[The balance between the environment and development must also be considered by the government so that the community in the future will not be affected by the development carried out. One way of implementing development is to conduct sustainable development that is environmentally sound. One of the sustainable development policy issues is in terms of waste management. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the implementation of sustainable development policies in the city of Bandung, especially in terms of waste management. This study uses qualitative methods with data collection carried out through observation, interviews and literature study. Data analysis includes data collection, data reduction and presentation of analytical data with descriptive methods. The results show that the waste management policy in Bandung City refers to regulations at the central and regional levels where in its application these policies are not in accordance with Law No. 18 of 2018 because it leads to waste as a source of regional income. Therefore, a sustainable development policy in waste management is developed by considering 4 strategic aspects, namely environmental, economic, social and technical aspects.]]>

<![CDATA[An organization's success is directly proportional to the quality of its leadership. When it comes to adapting to new circumstances and staying on top of advancements in an organization, particularly one that deals with the public or is run by the government, the position of leader is essential. Leaders in a company play an essential role in attempts to improve the quality of service, beginning with management, expanding the resources of the apparatus that delivers services, and utilizing technology. These are the three pillars of the improvement process. The purpose of this research is to investigate the role that leadership plays in the evolution of public organizations. This investigation takes a qualitative approach and makes use of descriptive research tools. According to the findings of the study, a leader is more likely to be successful in developing a public organization if he or she is able to motivate subordinates, is competent in both skills and emotions, and upholds the professional ethics that guide the leader's profession.]]>

<![CDATA[Plan regarding Digital Services in Cijulang Village, Pangandaran Regency and describe the formulation of policies that will be taken and determined to become legal policy. In this study, the authors examine the Policy Formulation of Village Regulation Plans Regarding Digital Services in Cijulang Village, Pangandaran Regency using the dimensions of problem formulation, policy agenda, selection of alternative policy problem formulations and stages of policy establishment. This study used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The data obtained in this study were sourced from observation, interviews and documentation and selected 2 (two) informants as people who were believed to be able to provide the correct data and information, including; Head of Cijulang Village and the Head of General Affairs for Cijulang Village. Based on the research results that the author has obtained, the Policy Formulation of the Village Regulation Plan Regarding Digital Services in Cijulang Village, Pangandaran Regency, has not gone well because the policy of the planned village regulations regarding digital services has not yet been discussed in depth and has not even made regulations regarding this matter. For this reason, the government of Cijulang Village will take these policy steps as soon as possible and include them in the Village Government Work Plan because currently, Cijulang Village is still carrying out various non-digital services.]]>

<![CDATA[Digitalization has become an integral part of the public service system, particularly in the realm of motor vehicle tax services. This process necessitates a comprehensive understanding of taxpayers' attitudes and responses towards utilizing the digital tax payment system. The objective of this research is to analyze the best practices in the integrated public service of Samsat in Banten. The research methodology employed is qualitative, utilizing a purposive sample comprising individuals from the community who have utilized the public service both online and offline. Data collection techniques include interviews, observational studies, and documentation, with the researcher serving as the primary instrument for data gathering. The data analysis involves interactive interpretation. The research findings indicate that the successful implementation of a digital service system necessitates continuous support, including a thorough comprehension of the public's attitudes and behaviors in their interaction with digital services. Digitalization significantly enhances the quality of Samsat's public services in Banten. Conversely, the system must be reinforced by a socialized policy framework that motivates taxpayers. A deeper understanding of digital governance systems in tax payments would be more effective with the support of an understanding of the existing technology cohort within society.]]>
