Abstract

This study aims to describe the readiness of economic teachers in facing online learning in Ende City. The sample in this study were all economics teachers in Ende City. This research method is quantitative descriptive research. The data collection technique used a questionnaire for primary data and secondary data using a documentation study. The data obtained were analyzed using the theoretical-descriptive approach and percentage techniques. The result showed that the readiness of economics teachers in facing online learning in Ende City ranged from 61,11 to 79,17 with the ready and very ready categories.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence on economic learning outcomes. The results showed that there was a significant effect of emotional intelligence on economic learning outcomes in the amount of t = 1.991 and sig. 0.047 < 0.005. These findings reveal that emotional intelligence has a significant influence in improving students economic learning outcomes. From these finding it is expected that the school does not only produce student who have intellectual intelligence but must have emotional intelligence.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of spiritual intelligence and family environment on social studies learning outcomes. This type of research is quantitative research. The research method is Ex-Post Facto using an associative approach, data analysis using multiple regression analysis. The results of the data were measured using a closed questionnaire.minimum score per item is one then the max score per item is four.The ideal score range is 15 to 60. The results show that: Spiritual intelligence and family environment are in the high categoryThere means that these two variables, spiritual intelligence, family environment, have a hight influence on learning outcomes in Economic Social Studies. Them learning outcomes of students themselves fall into the low category due to the low ability of students to remember the past material that has been past students do not work on the problem. Overall spiritual intelligence, the family environment affects the learning outcomes of students in the Social Studies subject.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of clothing buying interest, merchant behavior, consumer satisfaction on the quality of life of the local community in Ende. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, while primary data collection used questionnaires and secondary data used documentation. And data analysis using multiple regression analysis. The results of the study partially and simultaneously show that there is a significant influence between interest in buying clothes, merchant behavior, satisfaction with the quality of life of the community with and R Square value of 0.735 or 73.5 percent while the remaining 26.5 percent influenced by other variables not disclosed in this research model.

Abstract

This research is the Development of Integrated Social Studies Learning Tools Based on Local Wisdom to Develop Critical Thinking Skills and Characters of Junior High School Students (SMP). This type of research is educational development research (R&D) because it develops learning tools using the ADDIE Model. The subject of this research is a learning device based on local wisdom in improv a critical thinking power and character of students. The object of this research is the seventh-grade students of SMP Negeri 2 Ende. The methods of data collection are giving tests, questionnaires, and documentation.The results showed: 1) the results of the second test showed changes in student activity in solving questions were in the high category of 50%; 2) For Critical Thinking, the results of the N-Gain test show that the score of 57.62% is in the medium category; 3) Characters of students are in the high category of 78.6%.Keywords: Learning Devices, Local Wisdom, CharacterAbstrak Penelitian ini adalah Pengembangan Perangkat Pembelajaran IPS Terpadu Berbasis  Kearifan Lokal Untuk Menumbuhkan Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis dan Karakter Peserta Didik Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP), Jenis Penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan pendidikan (R&D) karena mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran dengan menggunakan Model ADDIE. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Perangkat pembelajaran berbasis kearifan lokal dalam meningkatkan daya berpikir kritis dan karakter peserta didik. Yang menjadi obyek penelitian adalah anak SMP Negeri 2 Ende kelas VII. Metode pengumpulan data  dengan cara Pemberian Tes, Angket serta  Dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan  : 1)hasil tes kedua menunjukan perubahan aktivitas peserta didik dalam menyelesaikan soal berada di  kategori tinggi sebesar 50%; 2) Untuk Berpikir Kritis peserta didik hasil uji N-Gain  hasilnya menunjukkan scorenya sebesar 57,62% berada dalam kategori sedang ; 3) Karakter Peserta Didik berada dalam kategori tinggi sebesar 78,6 %.Kata Kunci: Perangkat Pembelajaran, Kearifan Lokal, karakter

Abstract

Lewotobi village has great potential to improve the economy of its people. The potential consists of two, namely natural resources and human resources. Lack of knowledge and lack of motivation cause the existing potential has not been utilized optimally. In addition, there are problems encountered in the community, such as low awareness and participation from residents, especially young people, to participate in community service activities in the environment, and there are no ditches for drainage of rainwater so that some residents' houses are submerged in water during the rainy season. The empowerment model that is carried out to the community is a form of a participatory approach. This service activity involves the community, especially young people, to advance their village. Parents and village government assisted by facilitating capacity-building activities such as training tour guides.

Abstract

Salah satu upaya mempertahankan pangan dan ketersediaan pangan dalam menjaga masyarakat dari masalah kelaparan adalah dengan memberdayakan sumber daya alam yang ada disekitarannya. Salah satu upaya untuk memberdayakan pangan adalah dengan mengolah sumber daya secara efektif, efisien dan berkelanjutan. Tujuan Program Desa Mandiri Pangan (DEMAPAN) adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan masyarakat desa dalam mengembangkan usaha berbasis produksi sumber daya local. Kegiatan pelatihan olahan kudapan berbahan dasar pisang ini, merupakan salah satu kegiatan yang dapat menunjang program DEMAPAN ini. Masyarakat disini khususnya orang muda dapat memanfaatkan sumber daya yang ada disekitaran untuk diolah menjadi makanan yang bernilai dan menajadikan kuliner local untuk dijual kepada para wisatawan yang datang. Pelatihan ini diinisiasi oleh Dinas Pariwisata Nagekeo dan narasumbernya berasal dari pelaku UMKM dan Akademisi. Kegiatan dilakukan selama 3 (tiga) hari dengan 25 peserta yang berasal dari Orang Muda Katolik dan karang taruna Desa Marpokot dan Tutubadha. Hari pertama narasumber membagi peserta menjadi 4 (empat) kelompok yaitu kelompok 1 (Kelompok Umbi/akar Pisang), Kelompok 2(dua) kelompok batang pisang, kelompok 3 (tiga) kelompok Buah Pisang, dan kelompok 4 (Empat) Kelompok Jantung pisang. Setiap kelompok mendapatkan 1 (satu) narasumber, mereka diberikan informasi terkait bahan dasar, proses pembuatannya sampai jadi makanan. Setiap kelompok diwajibkan juga bertukar informasi tentang pengetahuan yang didapat dari narasumber untuk bisa dibuat sendiri kita selesai pelatihan. Hari kedua melanjutkan kegiatan proses masak memasak khususnya bagian akar/umbi dan buah. Untuk kerupuk perlu dijemur, setelah kering baru bisa digoreng. Hari ketiga proses pengemasan (packaging) dan penyajian kudapan yang telah diolah untuk dicoba oleh anggota pelatihan dan dijual kepada tamu yang hadir dalam acara penutupan kegiatan tersebut. Para peserta kegiatan baik narasumber/pemateri dan anggota hasil akhirnya mendapatkan sertifikat serta anak-anak muda yang berhasil menghasilkan produknya akan dibantu oleh Dinas Pariswisata setempat untuk memasarkan produknya. Untuk pematerinya setelah kegiatan bisa dihubungi untuk terus melakukan pendampingan kepada mereka sehingga bisa menghasilkan kudapan hasil buatan sendiri dan bisa dijual untuk menambah pendapatan mereka untuk membeli kebutuhan sehari-hari.

Abstract

Basic literacy is an ability that children must have from an early age, especially with increasingly developing technological developments; children must have good basic literacy skills. This mentoring activity aims to overcome the existing problem, namely that some children still need to be more active in reading and writing even though they have joined the Reading Park. The assistance provided is not only limited to reading and writing literacy but also numeracy literacy, scientific literacy, digital literacy, financial literacy and cultural literacy. It is done so that children in reading gardens do not feel bored with reading and writing with the same activities but are also allowed to learn other things. Apart from that, companions also provide educational games that can help motivate and entertain children. Educational games themselves cannot be separated from literacy activities. The implementation method is to apply the PALS (participatory action learning system) method. Some of the activities carried out in this mentoring provide very good benefits for the children. The children feel very motivated to continue moving forward and improve themselves to become better. The conclusion from this assistance is that children feel increasingly motivated and have quite a high interest in learning basic literacy and other forms of basic literacy as part of this assistance.
