Abstract

Manajemen organisasi bimbingan dan konseling disekolah merupakan pengendali dan wadah bagi guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam menjalankan aktivitas profesionalnya. Sehingga dengan adanya manajemen organisasi bimbingan dan konseling tersebut bisa dipastikan kegiatan layanan bimbingan dan konseling dapat berjalan sesuai dengan harapan. Konselor/guru BK harus bersinergi diantaranya dengan wali kelas. Apalagi dengan tanggung jawab guru BK yang mengemban 24 jam per minggunya yakni ekuivalen dengan 2 jam pelajaran. Seharusnya ada 12 kegiatan konseling yang dapat dilaksanakan konselor atau guru BK di kelas dan di luar kelas. Keberadaan konselor atau guru BK di SMK Mahadhika I Jakarta jumlahnya tidak sesuai dengan  rasio 1:150.   Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah  memberikan pelatihan  praktik konseling perorangan kepada teman sebaya, dengan harapan siswa mampu melakukan keterampilan dasar dalam melakukan konseling terhadap teman sebaya. Metode yang digunakan adalah observasi langsung, kemudian memberikan angket sosiometri nominatif untuk memilih siswa yang disukai serta memberikan pelatihan praktik konseling perorangan. Luaran yang diharapkan adalah siswa dapat mengaplikasikan serta merasakan langsung proses pelaksanaan konseling perorangan dalam menerima dan melayani  teman sebayanya.

Abstract

The present research aims at analyzing the English summative test at SMA Perguruan Rakyat 1 in the Second Term of 2018/2019 Academic Year. The analysis concerns to difficulty level and discriminating power to know the teacher-made test English summative test at SMA Perguruan Rakyat 1 whether or not the test has good items, especially of its difficulty level, discriminating power and the effectiveness of the distracters. Such research procedures are employed, such as observation, literature review and statistical analysis. Specifically, the result of the research is expected to be beneficial for educational practitioners to have a more-depth insight of English summative test analysis. Furthermore, the result of the research is also expected to give valuable knowledge for those who are interested in analyzing the English summative test writing, mainly to the indicators of its discriminating power and distracters. Lastly, it is also hoped to be as reference for further researchers to draw related concepts of English summative test analysis that is integrated with various disciplines implemented in the classroom contexts.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze empirically English writing skill of Senior High School students. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The population of this research is the second grade students from SMA Yaspen Tugu Ibu in Depok. The sample was taken through simple random sampling of which 25 students as samples of this research. For collecting the data, the instruments used in this research were writing test and interview. The writing test was conducted to obtain the writing skill indicators, while the interview was carried out to elicit information of students’ problems in writing. The result of this research explained that students’ English writing skill was definitely good at SMA Yaspen Tugu Ibu Depok. There were 88% of students with scores more than 50 and only 12 % with scores less than 50. In conclusion, the students’ writing skill at SMA Yaspen Tugu Ibu is considered to be high category in English writing skill.

Abstract

involvement in caring for children with special needs is much heavier than other normal children. The ability to interpret a life's difficulties as something that happens to everyone is called self-compassion. This research is mixed methods research with explanatory sequential design. The samples taken were 110 parents from a total population of 230 parents who were determined using a purposive sampling technique with categories, parents who have children with special needs (deaf, and mentally retarded). Informants consist of parents, teachers, and students with special needs. The instruments used in this research were a questionnaire as a quantitative analysis and observations, interviews and documentation as a qualitative analysis. The results of this study indicate a significant negative relationship between self-compassion and parenting stress on parents of children with special needs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap perilaku agresif siswa di SMP Trampil Jakarta Timur. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif menggunakan metode Survei dan Quasi Eksperimen (Nonequivalent Control Group Design). Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII sebanyak 54 siswa yang ditetapkan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu angket, wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif menggunakan uji hipotesis analisis regresi linier sederhana dan uji independent T-test dari kedua variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap perilaku agresif, dan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil pretest dan posttest terhadap kecerdasan emosional dan perilaku agresif siswa di kelas eksperimen setelah diberikan perlakuan. Variabel kecerdasan emosional memberikan kontribusi sebesar 32,9% terhadap variabel perilaku agresif.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effectiveness of Geogebra learning media in solving math problems among students. The method used in this study is the literature review method with a qualitative approach, which involves a literature review of library sources such as books, articles, journals. Data collection techniques were carried out by conducting literature studies and distributing questionnaires and test questions given to 10 students from class 4C in the 4th semester of Mathematics Education at Indraprasta University PGRI, who were considered to represent the entire research subject. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analytic by collecting data then compiling, analyzing and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that Geogebra is less effective in solving mathematical problems due to lack of knowledge about Geogebra and low interest in using Geogebra.

Abstract

The purpose of this reseach is to find out about “Effectiveness of Group Counseling Services to Reduce Anxiety in Public Speaking at Wijaya Kusuma Islamic Vocational School Jakarta”. The research method used in this study is a quantitative research : if with the Pre-experimental research method using one group pretest postest design. Data and sources of data in this study were students of class X AK-2 and X AP-1 Wijaya Kusuma Islamic Vocational School Jakarta, the total population of 64 students and reseach subjects or samples as many as 10 students with sampling using purposive sampling technique. The instrument used was an anxiety questionnaire in public speaking. Data analysis techniques were carried out by means of non-parametric statistical test using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank test. The results of the study concluded that in general group counseling services were effective to reduce anxiety in public speaking. It can be seen clearly that the probability value of Asmyp. Sig (2-Tailed) speaking anxiety of students in the reserch subjects amounted to 0,005 or probability values below alpha 0,05 (0,005 < 0,05). The results of this study are useful for schools in designing guidance and counseling programs to be more effective in helping develop potential and alleviate student problems

Abstract

The development of interpersonal intelligence is needed because individuals in daily life need each other with others. One of the effective guidance and counseling services to improve interpersonal intelligence is content mastery services. The purpose of this study is to prove the effect of content mastery services on increasing interpersonal intelligence of students in high school. The method used is an experimental research method, using The Non-Equivalent Group Design. This study uses purposive sampling with 72 students as the subject of research where 36 students will be used as the experimental group and 36 students will be used as the control group. Based on the results of the pretest the value of the two groups approached comparable where the value of the experimental group was slightly lower than the value of the control group. The posttest results showed a significant difference where the value of the experimental group given the treatment was higher than the value of the control group that was not given the treatment. The conclusion is that there is an influence of content mastery service on increasing students' interpersonal intelligence
