Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini yakni guna menentukan pengaruh variabel-variabel mencakup: motivasi belajar, peran orang tua, kompetensi guru, serta lingkungan sekolah pada MTs Negeri 3 Sragen baik secara bersamaan. Peneliti memakai metodologi deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini yakni siswa MTs N 3 Sragen mencakup total 100 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel memakai teknik proposive sampling mencakup total 100 responden. Peneliti memakai kuesioner guna memperoleh data. Disisi lain metodologi analisis data memakai analisis statistik linier berganda uji regresi, uji F, uji T, serta koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menerangkan bahwasanya motivasi belajar, peran orang tua, kompetensi guru, serta lingkungan sekolah semuanya memiliki pengaruh sebesar 72,4% atas prestasi belajar. Sebagai perbandingan, 27,6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lainnya, diluar  variabel yang diamati. AbstractThe purpose of this study is to determine the effect of variables including: learning motivation, parental role, teacher competence, and the school environment at MTs Negeri 3 Sragen both simultaneously. The researcher used a quantitative descriptive methodology. The population of this research, namely students of MTs N 3 Sragen, includes a total of 100 students. The sampling technique used is proportional sampling technique which includes a total of 100 respondents. Researchers used a questionnaire to obtain data. On the other hand, the data analysis methodology uses multiple linear statistical analysis, regression test, F test, T test, and the coefficient of determination. The results of the study explain that learning motivation, the role of parents, teacher competence, and the school environment all have an influence of 72.4% on learning achievement. In comparison, 27.6% is influenced by other factors, outside of the observed variables
