Abstract

This study aims to analyze differences in counterproductive behavior of education personnel based on gender and age in Private Universities in the City of Padang. The data used in this research are prmer and secondary data. Research data collection using a questionnaire. The analytical method used in this research is the Independent Sample T test and Annova test. The sample used was 100 education personnel at Bung Hatta University and Baiturrahmah University. The results of the Independent Sample T Test analysis showed that there was no difference in counterproductive behavior of education personnel based on gender and there was no difference in counterproductive behavior of education personnel based on age.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan peran literasi keuangan dalam meningkatkan minat penggunaan mobile banking. Sampel penelitian ini adalah dosen di berbagai Perguruan Tinggi dengan teknik accidental sampling dengan jumlah sampel 205 orang. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden dengan menggunakan skala Likert. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier sederhana dengan pengujian secara parsial (uji t). Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa literasi keuangan berpengaruh positif terhadap minat dosen dalam menggunakan mobile banking. Implikasinya perbankan harus mengedukasi nasabah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuannya dalam meningkatkan penggunaan mobile banking.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui dan menguji pengaruh Dukungan Organisasional dan Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja terhadap Keterikatan Karyawan di PT. Sawindo Kencana Bangka Belitung. Sampel yang digunakan 95 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah total sampling. Pengumpulan data berupa data sekunder dan data primer. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi linear berganda dengan uji parsial (uji t). Pengolahan data menggunakan spss versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Dukungan Organisasional dan Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap Keterikatan Karyawan di PT. Sawindo Kencana Bangka Belitung.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan motivasi sebagai variabel mediasi pada pegawai Dinas Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 61 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel ini adalah sensus sampling jenuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis Measurement Model Assessment, dilanjutkan dengan Analisis Deskriptif, R square dan Structural Model Assessment. Data diolah menggunakan Smart Pls 3. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja, motivasi kerja mampu memediasi pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

Information system used at Bung Hatta University uses Digital Campus, one of the applications is E-Lecturer Performance . E- Performance Applications Lecturer designed For manage related data academic covers teaching , research , supporting , PKM, journals, proceedings , books , IPR and recognition use technology computer . Quality information system helps give satisfaction for University And lecturers in improving Power compete , give mark plus for University. To measure success something The Lecturer E-Performance application that already exists on the Bung Hatta University website and has been used by lecturers, needs to be evaluated by measuring the level of success of the application by apply model of success Delone And McLean , the analysis method used is descriptive analysis which is based on the actual scores from respondents' answers, while the number of samples used was 95 respondents. The results explain that the application as a whole has a very good running system quality with a score of 95.01%. Meanwhile, the hypothesis results from 10 hypotheses, there are 6 hypotheses accepted and 4 hypotheses rejected and the role of mediating variables can be partial and full mediation so that the findings from this research are that system quality has a very significant effect on user satisfaction

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the Behavioral Intention of the Millennial Generation in using FinTech as a payment platform and the factors that influence it by extending the TAM model. The extension variables of the TAM model are Trust, Habit, and Perceived Risk. The population in this study consisted of 521 Millennial generation respondents using purposive sampling. The analytical method used is the Structural Education Model (SEM) using Smart PLS. The research results found that the TAM model is a strong model for behavioral intentions to use FinTech, where Behavioral Intention to use FinTech is influenced by Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived usefulness, and Attitude. The findings for the extension variable are that Habit has a positive effect on behavioral intention to use FinTech, while Perceived Risk and Trust have no effect on behavioral intention or attitude in using FinTech

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how perceived usefulness affects on behavioral intention, with trust acting as a mediating factor in the Shopeepay e-wallet service in Padang. The population in this study are users who intend to use the Shopeepay e-wallet service in the city Padang, with sample size as many as 140 users. Purposive sampling is the procedure used in the sampling approach. The Partial Least Square (PLS) test is used in the data analysis procedure. According to the research's findings, perceived usefulness has a positive effect on behavioral intention. It also found that perceived usefulness has a positive effect on trust. Trust has a positive effect on behavioral intention. The next finding was that trust mediates the effect of perceived usefulness on behavioral intention
